I bought the flip 3 less than a year ago, the screen has cracked twice exactly the same way, in the same part. It starts like a little scratch that gets bigger until it doesn't respond anymore, samsung says it is due to physical damage.
Common guys, it is not a coincidence that for thousands of people it cracks the same way. Photos are all over the internet.
If you are thinking to get one of this, avoid yourself a headache and get another reference. The nice look doesn't match the price and quality of this device. Plus the anger you feel when they tell you you have to pay for the repair when it clearly is a failure in the design.

This product fails in the screen fold after opening (a few times) as it perishes and cracks. Take it back to the Samsung dealer I purchased from and they deny it is a latent fault. You pay $1600 for a 1980's Motorola style flip phone in a Samsung casing and it has faults the company representatives deny despite a huge amount of feedback (obvious to all) on the internet. Does Samsung Australia acknowledge? Not yet, they do not respond to my emails. I was loyal to the brand but no longer. Denying a warranty claim on an obvious fault is not what you'd expect from this brand. It takes years to build a brand, and seconds to lose loyalty. You just did it Samsung.

I have been buying Samsung for ages now, this was released just in time when I wanted to upgrade. Honestly it's a beautiful phone, I can check mostly all my notifications on the cover screen, which is great especially when I'm at work and i don't really wanna open my phone.
I love the camera quality as well and the versatility a flip phone gives, have taking some pretty great selfies since I got it.
It fits almost anywhere especially great for small baguette bags that's really trending nowadays.
I honestly miss my flip phones from back in the day. It just hits different when you flip to cancel a call lol.
I recommend this 100%

This phone has been the worse phone I've ever had. They do not advise that you phone after closing ex about of time might crack then you will have to send it off for replacement, still don't grantee that it will not happen again. Telstra has bad customer service with this phone if you have a contract they don't care say it's not there problem, should of read reviews first. Bit hard when I purchased it before reviews come out! All I want is for them to take back their lemon phone and let me pick something else to finish of my contract with them.
Don't buy the phone as you will not be happy with the our come or the service.

Loving this phone so much, I bought it in Purple and it is gorgeous to look at. When folded up it is very compact and easy to fit in small pockets and bags. The fold in the middle of the screen is barely noticeable, the screen is also crisp and well lit.
When folded up, it is easy to use the back camera for selfies. Additionally, the number and type of widgets that can be used are perfect. It's really convenient to be able to set a timer and alarms whilst the phone is still closed. I've found this has helped me be more mindful and has prevented me from being distracted to scroll through my menu and open other apps.
I would highly recommend this phone.

I pre-order this when it was launched because of its aesthetic and features on paper but when I started using it, it was a let down... apps crashes all the time, camera, voice, messaging, emails all of them while using and even when trying to load. Reset to factory settings several times but still the same. Sometime by just flipping the unit to close it, it just rebooted itself. Hopefully this is just my unit and will be bringing it to a Samsung repair shop to examine. One star for Feature and Performance for now because I couldn't use this as my daily drive due to existing issue. Hopefully I'll get a functioning replacement if it found to be a hardware issue.

I change my phones quiet often hoping to experience the latest in technology. It has been harder to find anything interesting in the phone space as every manufacturer seem to be doing the same things. The Z Flip 3 has been a complete breath of fresh air packing not only the latest in technology so you don't feel like your giving up much to get the new folding screen. Even at the 3rd gen the flip is a head turner with lots of people curious to know all about it. The only reservation I have with the Z-Flip 3 is the camera is not the best and I hope they improve it for the next iteration.

Somewhat underwhelming considering the price. No charger or earphones included. Which I wasn't aware of when purchasing from Telstra. Disappointed as the cord didn't match my previous samsung charger. Seems like a ploy to make more money despite them implying it's for environmental waste reasons. Cop out! So have to use my husbands charger until I purchase my own. Had to purchase a cover as I tend to accidentally drop. Last samsung phone came with a bonus cover. So already cracked a corner. Not much different in features from my previous mobile. But I like that it's compact considering mobiles seem to be getting bigger.

I've owned my zflip 4 for a week now and so far so good. The transition from my old Galaxy S10e has been smooth. Everything works as expected. The biggest improvement is the camera , especially the night mode. The flip form factor is fun, the crease doesn't bother me and kudos to Samsung for innovating. The reason I gave it a 4 star rating , not 5, is the phone cant be protected fully with a slimline case. I got a clear case from Samsung and it's great, but I can tell it's not going to protect the phone well. I would advise insuring it or get into a phone swapping program which are available from Samsung and JBHifi.

STAY AWAY buying these Foldable Phones OR Any SAMSUNG phones. In 2 months of use I had my Z Flip 3 in repairs for 2nd time. 1st time they replaced screen for free as it had problems out of the box without using it. 2nd time screen cracked in the middle where the fold is without dropping it. And they want me to pay $99 for something which is imperfect product. I was SAMSUNG customer since last 13 years. Now I am NEVER EVER BUYING THIS. They say it is a physical damage and they do not trust their customers. After 2 weeks of trying they want me to pay $99, even though I have SAMSUNG care+, and it wasn't dropped a single time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SAMSUNG CUSTOMER SERVICE. MOVING APPLE IT IS, THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Screen started flaking/cracked along the fold after 6 months
Took it into samsung as it kept getting worse.
Samsung tech said yer it's a known issue, look at the thousands of reviews with the same issue. Give it to them and its a warranty claim.
Samsung tried to charge me $550 to fix it. Said that a scratch on the back voided all warranties.
Had to lodge a formal complaint with ACCC. Breaking a knob off your car radio and hitting a kerb with a wheel doesn't invalidate the warranty on the paint job. 100% illegal what they have responded with in my country that they absolve themselves of any obligations for anything if they can spot any damage.
Thousands of complains online about this issue.
Wouldn't buy this phone again and I'd watch out for the Flip 4 as is the same screen design.

I bought my flip z 3 5 G mobile about a month ago.It is so much easier to use & handle than my Samsung S20 5G plus..I'm almost deaf in both ears. This mobile I can hear ringing. I can hear the alarm. My S20 I couldn't hear phone calls at all. I love the Edge features, that let's me know when I receive a message. The added bonus I like is,, at the front of the mobile I see who's phoning me & can talk front the front of the mobile instead of having to open my mobile to take a call. I also like tapping the front screen,& viewing my notifications there without opening my mobile. The Flip is just so perfect.

I bought this just less than a month ago and I have had to already send back to Samsung for physical damage caused by accidental fall. Personally I was so impressed with the flip option of this phone and was totally devastated when the same design has made it so fragile. I have owned many smart phones before which have all withstand my poor hand grip and hence such accidental falls very sturdily. But One fall with this flip and it damaged the entire LCD display which is the selling point of this phone. Eventhough I had thick protectors on, since the panel where it bends is not covered by any and my badluck since it hit the floor right on there, it has caused serious damage to the phone, which I am incurring a lump fee. Not happy!

I bought the new flip phone and was excited to switch from iPhone.
Within the first week the hinge had issues and I was unable to fully open the phone.
Took it to the service centre and had it sent away for review and repair.
They said it’ll only take 2-3 days, this was important since I am going overseas the following Monday.
I went in the store 3 times the next 3 days asking for an update and they could only see on their end parts were required to be ordered and so it will take longer, they didn’t know how much longer just longer.
Myself and the store themselves tried to contact the repair centre but after a few days, 2 emails and a phone call later, no one could get in touch or receive any response from the repair team.
The Samsung store themselves could not get a response or a hold of the repair team to give me some sort of update.
Terrible experience, I was looking forward to having a new phone to use for my 3 week trip, but now I am more anxious than excited.
Do not recommend this to anyone.

This doesn't even need any rating at all, worst customer service. back of the phone slowly coming off and the camera is blurred after I install the new software. I went to Samsung to raise the issue but they wanted me to pay as they said it's not a warranty cover. I tried to explain it to the store manager but they won't attend to me anymore and said to raise this issue with ACCC. Absolutely not worth it. Shame that they're not even looking at and attending the reviews here, or bother addressing the complaints.

First let's start off with the bad. The cases for this phone are terrible. I had some designs in mind and ways the case could work but I don't work for Samsung. But there's nothing to protect the phone case wise for males or females that would really grab you. There's truly plain or too abstract to warrant a real look.
The phone itself truly enjoying it. It has loads of features in still getting around to trying or testing them all out. Enjoy the different ways you can hold and use the phone the compact size is exactly what I wanted. Truly beautiful design the fold doesn't feels like it. So that's a bonus smooth running your finger over the fold area. Overall 7.5/10.
Get some better cases. Please

It's been a while since I had an ultimate dream phone. I was surprised when I saw that they have a student discount on mobile phones, unlike other stores where they only had discounts on laptops or tablets, nevertheless, I immediately bought my dream phone and did not regret any single penny I spent on this phone. I had a unique experience using the galaxy z flip 4. The cover screen was indeed very efficient aside from being cute and fancy. Every feature of the flip has served a very good purpose, enjoyment and excitement. Also, the crease does not bother me at all. For years and years, mobile phones haven't made any big difference for now but only Samsung has made a great difference and big improvements.

I think that it's a useful phone and the samsung software is great with minor issues. The only think that I can day about this phone is that the battery life is terrible, even with most of the functionality and apps turned off. Such a large size phone (when opened) I would have thought that the battery would have been better than it is.
Other than this I think it's a great design phone and to be able to fold in half saves the screen from damage and can easily fit into my pocket.

I used this phone for about 8 months. Got it on preordained in pink. Cute AF
Love the nostalgia of being able to hang up by flipping it closed
Liked that there was a kind of in-built screen protection because the screen was covered when it was closed.
There were some really great features with the front screen for selfies and widgets.
I really enjoyed some of the flip functions especially with apps like YouTube
But at about the 12 month mark the fold point in the screen started to crack and then I lost function on the top half then it died... and I was sad

I have been a loyal Samsung phone user for many years I bought the ZFlip3 phone in September 2021 and had no issues until about a month ago when the fold started going grey. Then one morning I woke up to half the screen going black until progressively the entire screen went black and non responsive. The phone is always in its case and has not been dropped. I rebooted and now phone is in lock mode so I cannot access. On reporting this fault to my Telstra store they confirmed that it was a known problem when Samsung released the phone but Samsung will not repair or replace under warranty which I'm sure is illegal in Australia. Phone is not fit for purpose therefore should be replaced or repaired under Samsung warranty. My only option with Telstra is to wipe the phone and return it and only then will they release me from the handset contract. So I basically have to do all the running around and pay to have the phone factory reset before Telstra will close the handset contract. I have not returned the phone yet as I have been trying to figure out a way to a) retrieve the data and b) factory reset the phone which I cannot do because the touch screen no longer works and the phone is now locked because it has been restarted. Telstra have closed my complaint. Samsung were more than useless over online chat and could offer no resolution other than for me to take the phone to their service centre and pay to have it reset. How do you call this service when I am the one who has to do all the running around. Meanwhile I am stuck paying for a useless brick of tech and having to use an old phone. I have had the Zflip3 for a year and it has been great. Folds nicely to fit in my pockets, when I am wearing and outfit with no pockets I will fold it over a necklace.
The battery is to small for what it does so it would die half way through my day. The phone also restarts a lot no matter how many times I send it in for repair.
This phone was smooth and fast, the camera took great photos, loud speaker.
This phone has been thrown across a room and dropped many times and it still worked just as good as the day I got it.
It was such a good phone and it was clearly my favei had in a very long time so I upgraded a year early and got the Zflip 4
No restarting. No battery issues and even better camera. I am spoiled with the Zflip4

My partner bought me my 1st flip last year. I wasnt actually asking for it, but i was curious and fascinated by the phone's aesthetic. He surprised me by buying the green z flip3 and i fell in love with it. I'm not the most tech savvy person but i love how easy to use the phone. The size as well, soooo adorable and i can fit the phone with any bag i have. The only downside i guess of course will be battery life but not that too much of a deal for me. Camera, resolution and everything else, i definitely loved. Looking forward for other z flip models.

I have had the Z Flip 5 for around 2 weeks and I was impressed from day 1. I came from the older Z flip 3 and the updates are clear. The cover screen is so much more usable especially as a person who takes a lot of photos. The more usable cover screen means I don't have to open my phone up as much and I don't end up on and endless scroll session. The phone overall just feels so much more premium, powerful and something that's probably overseen is the speaker improvements which was a nice surprise. Definately glad I made the upgrade, no regrets.

I bought my bespoke edition last week and so far I have been very happy with my new phone, it's the first phone I got that samsung let's you design your phone that makes it yours, I got navy blue top & bottom and silver hinge ang sides I look at it all the time I'm so happy with the flip 4, Small when closed but at the same time it's a full size when fully open people say There's a line through the middle I said that is a minor issue no issue with me, I just don't know why I didn't get this phone when the zflip first came out four years ago,

I have had this phone for less than 6 months and already the LCD screen has broken with the top half completely inoperable exactly where the crease for the fold exists. Samsung refused to fix this under warranty and I have now been without my phone for several weeks. I had switched from iPhone and will now be switching back due to this pathetic experience. Stay away from this design.

The border that goes around the screen peels off from the constant opening and closing mechanism. Samsung doesn't take responsibility for it and won't fix it under warranty, and i don't have $550 to fix it. My phone is a few months old, brand new, and falling apart. When charging, the phone gets so hot that I actually burnt myself on it. It is also very slow. Very disappointing.

I actually have the new Galaxy ZFlip 4 and I love it it’s the best phone I’ve ever had. Everything is perfect, sound easy apps and easy to use and I have the light Blue absolutely gorgeous in every way. I went from a iPhone to a Samsung and I thought it was going to be hard but I was wrong so much better than the iPhone.

After being reviewed by the Samsung technician, they said this is not covered under warranty and asked me to pay $700 which I think is not fair. Always been a Samsung user until now. Definitely switching to iPhone.

I have been told it is a "Common Unknown Issue". I am handing the phone back to my carrier & changing to a new one.
They need to get the technology right before releasing a phone that can damage so easily.

The phone was ok it fit nicely in the hand and the features were cool. But the batter was absolutely shocking. After around 30mins of scrolling on facebook I had lost 10% of my battery whereas my previous phone would have been barely 1%. It was so bad I thought I had a faulty product.

I just purchased this phone and have had the worse experience. High battery drain. I went to sleep with the phone on 100% battery and when I woke up in the morning it was on 52% only reason I bought mobile was just so I can use their smart watches with it. Regrettable purchase.

I've had it for a week and its terrible. The screen is non responsive at times, the camera is terrible and don't get me started on the horrible absurdly noticeable crease smack bam in the middle of the screen! Makes viewing ANYTHING full screen impossible. Absolutely terrible.

I am impressed with new flip 4 due to its compact size and ease of operation. Only one thing that I find to be a nuisance is the magnetism it has. Small particles are always sticking to the screen and small bits of metal shavings also seem to be attracted to it and stock.

I was a long term user of Samsung phones, until I changed to iPhone three years ago. Now I have come back to Samsung since I love the Flip and its elegant look. It is so disappointing to receive such a phone with low battery life. My phone ran out of battery within 3-4 hours and my job is using the phone pretty much all working hours, so I had to charge it 3 times a day. With the iPhone I only needed to charge it once a day when I went to bed, and it lasted me the whole day with 8 hours at least talking on the phone. I read those reviews online and Samsung suggested to give the phone 2 weeks to stabilise. It has been almost a month, and I still have to charge it 3 times a day. What have you done Samsung? I would never recommend anyone else to buy this phone. Stay away from the Flip!

I love the Samsung flip series - seriously has no competitor for the style it is and they’ve done so well managing to keep the quality I know from Samsung and marrying it with the gimmick of being able to flip. The only problem is because it’s got the gimmicky aspect it does fall short of phones of the same gen in terms of camera and battery. So worth it though, I adore it. I am very worried about longevity in terms of how durable the hinge/screen/battery is for sure though.

Had the unit for a few weeks now. Purchased as I wanted 5G as well as a smaller profile device. Performance not as good as my old Note9 as often the screen freezes and does not respond to touches to the icons. Sometimes when attempting to answer a phonecall I have to make several attempts of hitting the answer icon before it will respond. Also, the exterior design is glossy which results in the device sliding very easily on smooth surfaces and if hands are slightly slippery.

I have never had the latest mobile handset before, but my husband bought it for me as a gift for our silver wedding anniversary, and the handset color blue is so cool and the best part is that it is so convenient to carry because it can be folded.
The quality of the screen and the picture are so great when I compare it with the previous handset. The price might be a little burdensome, but I think it can be another good choice as a gift for wives on a special day like me.

I got this device about a month ago and I am really happy with this phone. I had iphone 11pro previously and was slightly worried that I won't be familiar with Android. However you can search many videos on Youtube to customise settings that are just convenient for you. The fact that it can be folded has many benefits but for girls it's just so easy to fit in your tiny cardigan pockets! The battery was concerning but after a month it's actually gotten a lot better so please don't worry about the battery when you first use it. Also whenever I pay with my phone folded lots of staffs are impressed how cute this looks. If you are ever sick of same old iphone designs, this is it! I love the width of it too as it's much easier to hold with my hands. I don't think i can hold new iphone 13 pro which got heavier as well.

This phone is glorious. The processing speed on apps and messaging and internet is superb. It is unlike any phone I've ever had. I was always an iPhone user before this. I will never go back ti iPhone after purchasing Samsung flip 4. Best phone I've ever used. Easy to operate and great battery. Crystle clear images and app optimisation is fantastic. 100% happy with this phone and have already recommended to friends and family that are looking at getting a new phone.

Been using it for a couple of weeks now, the only gripe I have was it keeps restarting once or twice per day on its own. Made sure that the restart setting is off and I couldn't work out why its doing it. But overall, it's a good phone. Features, Performance, Design and Value are all good. I recommend it to my fried but the rebooting issue should be fixed first and I phone its just a software fix. Hopefully its not specific to the Hardware I ordered and received.

Brilliant phone, love the options that are available with the phine closed, via the cover screen. Very frustrated to discover problems with Android Auto and other apps - I can’t tell it to read my messages out to me, and I can’t get it to send a message with a voice command. This is a big dosappointment and apparently something that’s a known issue. The email I got asking me to review the phone leads to this site which only has the 3. I am reviewing the Flip 4.

I am satisfied by its simple and easy effort to transfer all my data and apps to my new Samsung Flip 4.
The size of the Flip fits nicely and safely in my side pocket/front pocket on jeans, as compared to the regular phone size.
It would be nicer if the transfer from an active physical sim to e-sim would be effected once it has been completed. Not to deactivate the old sim as soon as a transfer request has been initiated.
Buy Flip you won't regret.

I only just received this phone less then a week ago and the feel is so good as well as the build quality as for the flip the hinge is top notch the same applies for the functionality as it fits nicely in the pocket overall i cant see myself going back to the competitor any time soon my only gripe are the camera's if you are paying top dollar i expect a better MP moving forward and as much as the battery is 3700 the next version needs to be bigger

I got this ph a week ago for myself and my autistic son,I find it very retro looking easy to use, I love the way it fits in my pocket with nothing hanging no need to worry about pickpockets or it falling out,mu autistic son finds it so easy to use and with his fine motor problems he has with his hands and fingers this is the perfect product to suit us both.the colour is divine, it's so light in weight it's perfect, and cant notice the fold at all

This phone is fantastic, and I am receiving lots of comments and questions from jealous friends who see it. I can now fit my phone comfortably into my pocket without it hanging out (why are women's pockets so much smaller than men's?). It is very intuitive to use with every feature imaginable and a camera that takes superb photographs. Very simple to link to my Samsung watch and ear buds which has me very happily tooled up for work and play.

I bought this 10 months ago. It was fun. Then one day it had a black spot. Called samsung they said send it back for inspection and repair and it may cost you. Unfortunately I dropped it recently and the whole screen is completely destroyed. Glitching and loss of touch sensitivity. I wouldn't buy this again. There are no bending screen protectors no great phone covers that actually protect it and no ability to prevent inevitable damage.

This is a great phone for those who like things compact. It has all the great features of my previous Galaxy S10 phone but a better camera and lovely purple colour. Samsung phones are so easy to use and are packed with useful features
The only downside is that it scratches easily so I'm buying a cover to protect it. There is also no charger plug included but luckily its the same charger as my old phone. My battery lasts about a day.

I purchaced this phone about a month ago.
I was a little worried about the durability at first being a tradie and knowing that it was going to get knocked around. I was pleased to find the flip 4 quite robust and im no longer worried about dropping it. Although it could do with a less slipery surface to hold on to. You need a cover just for grip.
All in all good phone and good features and changing from old phone to mew was seemless

I bought this particular phone about a month or so ago on pre-order, it was between this and obviously the fold z 3 but I am very happy I did. Just a very well designed and constructed phone, strong too. My protective antishock cover should be turning up soon. I've accidentally dropped it twice , once on to a concrete floor the other tiled and not a mark both inner and outer screens fine as well. Couldn't recommend enough.

I've had this phone for about 2 weeks now after I upgraded from the S21 Ultra. Ive had all of the S series phones, starting from the S4.
Let me say, this thing is a work of art. Pulling it out of the box i was absolutely amazed. The workmanship put into this phone is just incredible. I'm so impressed with everything about this phone. Design, performance, everything. Hands down best phone from Samsung yet. Great job guys.

I bought Samsung galaxy z flip 3 on boxing day and started it only 2 days ago, apart from beautiful appearance it has extremely bad battery life , if you charge 85 percent at night you wake with only 20 percent in morning without using it.
Front camera is not good, the moment you do video call battery goes down and phone gets very hot.

I got the Zflip on a plan from Telstra and it is honestly the best phone I've ever owned. The features and operating system are easy to use and the fold is surprisingly barely noticeable, I think the overall construction of the phone is good and the front glass screen is well placed so when folded you can easily view messages and notifications.
I would highly recommend the Zflip to any potential purchaser.

I recently joined the flip side. I bought the galaxy Z flip4 bespoke edition and despite being custom made, the phone arrived within 2 weeks! This was significantly sooner than I anticipated. I am absolutely thrilled with this product and all it has to offer. My favourite features include the volume buttons switch when the phone is closed, because the down button becomes the top button, and the call ends if you close the phone. Two simple yet innovative, game-changing features. This is my first android mobile, and I will never switch back. Android allows the user to have so much more control over the settings as opposed to IOS. Obviously the flip component is incredible. It's almost as if the touch screen bends, i can't figure out how Samsung managed to pull this off. I love my new phone and I am so happy with my decision to purchase this device. Your marketing team nailed the ads too.

After many years I reluctantly decided to buy a new phone as my previous Samsung (bought in 2017) was getting long in the tooth and the camera quality needed upgrading as I use it a lot in my work. I am very happy with my purchase as the photos taken by my new phone are excellent; sharp and super clear. There are many other qualities about this phone that I could talk about such as how compact it is, making it easy to fit into the smallest of my handbags; the brightness & clearness of the screen and how it opens up to bigger user friendly screen; the way information discreetly shows up on the small screen when the phone is folded. There is more that I could continue talking about re this phone but I think you generally get that I am very satisfied with my purchase; this is a user friendly phone and if you like easy, simple and sharp screen and photos I would highly recommend this phone.

I finally got the flip in the lovely purple and love the size of it. Compact but feels tough as is heavier than I thought it would be. Screen is great except if your wearing polaroid sunglasses then you get coloured swirls on the screen which I didn't know until I brought it. Not a deal breaker as I still love the phone. I got the silicon case with it which is also great for added protection.

I watched all the review videos just before ordering my first Z Flip 4 to see all the cool things you can do that goes with the Z Flip 4, that you can not do on a phone that just doesn't fold. And by far greater, funner expeirience than my expectations. From playing music when it's folded, to making calls and checking messages when still folded. Best phone in years, ever! Thanks Samsung!!! :D

I have been an iphone user since iphone 3 came out. I had been hesitant to make a change since. But the pretty colour and new compact size has definitely convinced me. It can easily fit in my small bags and the quality of graphics and photos is explicit. I even got the matching watch and ear buds.
I am a definite converted lover of Samsung Z flip. It was a very good decision I made

The screen protector gets damaged over time, because of continued folding of the screen. Doesn't last very long before it needs to be changed. Changing the screen protector is a long and draining process, because Samsung need to send the phone off to their technicians and charge $40. Apart from that the phone performs very well, just a very annoying and frustrating screen protector.

I bought this with pre order. I got updated 256gb from 128gb it's so amazing upgrade and half price discount with Samsung care service. First time I'm using Samsung smart phone. I love purple corlor and so cute. Flip phone is good protective for screen even open flip phone is proper size. Samsung phone is easy to use and fantastic widgets. It'useful to use and make my life easy.

Bought this phone recently as i got bored of the same Apple Phone designs. My first Samsung so it was a big switch as ive owned Apple phones since 2007. Better features than my Iphone Pro i was using, way clearer and brighter screen , the screen is epic , and it folds !!!!!! 5G is way faster , phone is super snappy and quick. Is this what ive been missing out all these years?

I recently purchased this and enjoying jow easy to use feature. The screen is vibrant and great size. Especially like the photos day or night they always come out amazing. Having the fingerprint scanner on the side stops accidentally unlocking etc. When folded tales up less room so easier to arrange in pocket or bag all round really enjoying the z flip and would recommend it

Been using this z flip 3 for about 1 month. very good size because it fits in the pocket. Nice cute design eventhough it tends to be more female design. But I still like it. maybe i am bored with the stagnant handphone design. but still very worried about the screen fragile. Had bad experience with z flip 1, and worst is warranty only 1 year. screen broke at 18 months.

I bought this in October 2022 and after an update my phone stopped working. Not being able to receive incoming calls. Sent to repair, assessment 3 times. Last time they damaged my screen and not able to fully open the phone. Asked for a refund and they dragging the process for the last 2 months. Very incompetent customer service. I would give ZERO stars if possible.

This phone goes above and beyond what i expected.
The screen is crystal clear and operates amazingly.
I highly recommend this phone to anybody that's considering it.
I've been using Apple phones for the last ten years and I'm stoked to be back with Samsung.

This is the first phone I've ever gotten that was brand new and I can say that I am enjoying it immensely, coming from apple though I do miss some of the easy access features and their mail app especially was far easier to navigate and use generally
Otherwise this phone is great and the camera quality is really great, haven't tried the waterproof feature yet

I have had the fold 2,3 and now 4. At one point I had a flip 3 and LOVED IT! However there was only one thing that stopped me buying the flip 4 when it came out - the keyboard is so crowded. I just kept hitting the wrong keys. If the fold was 1 cm wider it would have been the perfect phone...( although the front screen could have been a little bigger tbh. )

This phone is brilliant it's so compact when folded but its so big when opened at my age i need a phone that's easy to operate, it's smaller than my wallet so it fits in pocket easy, it has functions that i will never use so for the young people it will be brilliant also, It takes the clearest photos and videos so for what i want it for it's just brilliant.

I purchased the flip, concerned that it wouldn't have longevity, and unsure if I would love it... Its become my new favourite accessory. From the ability to fold while making video chats through to my favourite function - The ability to view the camera from behind the phone. I do love the phone but there is a few issues
*short batttery life, I went from 20 ultr to this and my ultra would last. Me all day
* you will not be playing vids and it does become ver hot
These are really the only things I can find wrong with it.
I know pretty much use my phone for calling and texting and bit of social media so. It is perfect

I bought the Flip 3 last year looking for a more compact pocketable phone. This phone was perfect. The cover screen I believe is just the right size & serves it purpose for notifying & also answering or rejecting calls. I found the camera & battery life not an issue for me. Loved it so much I just bought the Flip 4. I'm a Samsung flipper for life..

I ordered this phone online in December and received it at the end of January 2022. It has worked perfectly for me and I love it but I opened it today and it has a black line across the centre and the touch bit is not working properly. I cannot even pull the screen down to do a restart. Is this covered on warranty? I have not done anything to it.

Just converted to the Flip 4 from a Galaxy Note 10+ and am so happy with the change. I loved the screen size of the Note 10+ but it was just too big to fit in my pocket, so the Flip 4 provides the same screen experience but can fold up to fit into my pocket! I still have to learn the extra features from my new Flip 4 but am loving the experience.

I got this handset a few weeks ago and I must say it packs a punch out of a small fold-able package. I am very please with how fast it switched when your using the front vs rear camera's especially when you flip it 90* to stand it up and have video calls with your family and friends. Fits great in the jacket pocket and firm grip in the hands.

Ive had my Galaxy flip for a few weeks now and I’m very happy with it. It’s compact and easy to use. My initial concern about the phones super slippery feel has been alleviated by purchasing a flip cover as I was concerned about dropping the phone due to its shiny surface. Love the angled camera and the general display, its a great phone.

As a power user of mobile on demand devices and after considering a flip or fold I went with a flip and to say i am impressed. Having a near full size smartphone phone that folds up to a small form factor is most easily described as something i didnt know i wanted. It has all the functionality and the design is just great. A premium smartphone size screen for a phone is so adequate now woth the amount of devices available to us.
My only critisisms.
1. The battery, for a user like me is terrible. I was getting 4 hours max while using it for conference calls and data entry. But it does charge up quick.
2. I love taking pictures on the go and the camera is sub optimal for a device of this value. Its no better than an s10.
Areas for improvement.
1. The front screen could almost be doubled in size and then it could be far more useful than just a widget notification bar.
Overall. Love this device and cant wait to see how they improve.
