I've had the 75" Q60B 2022 for about a month. I also own a 65" Q80R 2019 for comparison. This TV was half the price of my Q80R, so I didn't expect it to be as good but nevertheless I'm a bit disappointed. The main reasons for disappointment are firstly the backlight bleed is really bad, see photo. On bright scenes this is not noticeable but on dark scenes it is quite noticeable and distracting. There is none on my Q80R. Secondly, the menu is not as nice, a bit clunky and has huge ads for Samsung Plus which I hate. I realise this is a low end TV but still expected more from Samsung.

I bought this tv a week ago and man it's a delight to watch movies in this one. Comes with an AI Upscaler (for older series like Friends), has a filmmaker mode, which the movie-mongers would love. At this price point, getting a QLED is great, it won't compete with the likes of 'The Frame', but normal viewers would not feel any difference. It also comes with the Samsung internet TV (you just need a working wifi and you can access tons of free content), and also the perks you get with Samsung QLED (free remote if you loose yours, being one). I would definitely recommend this TV to my friends and you. :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is primarily used in a bedroom, but sometimes moved around the house for family gaming and movie watching connected to a PC with and without wires. Also used with my galaxy s22 ultra for DEX mode, and streaming pics and videos to show others. This TV is so versatile, especially after dialing in the best settings. I usually turn off any automatic dimming and energy saving features. Then starting with filmmaker mode, I go from there as it takes some tweaking to get a decent HDR picture, but is definitely capable and the colors pop. Makes a great monitor as well, and at this price you get more than you could possibly ask for!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the most part, this tv is great. The picture is nice and they come through clearly with our Spectrum package. There was one time that we had a purple/green color issue, but I believe that was a connection thing that we fixed ourselves after searching a while online for an answer on. The remote with this takes some getting use to. It’s only truly annoyed us once and makes you wish there were slightly more buttons. For us, we opted not to get a sound bar. Def didn’t need it as we aren’t the owners of a private theater. It carries just fine over a maybe 30ft space. Sometimes movies, commercials, or different channels are louder than another. Easy fix.

I bought this TV 5 months ago. You can see a massive cloudings around the screen while watching movie with a dark background. You could see it in low level light movie scene quite easily. Other features are great and easy to set up. Samsung sent out a Technician during the day and unfortunately, I couldn’t mimic the same darkness within the room as I have windows that don’t have blinds in the living room. The Samsung representative said it's normal but it's not. I cannot recommend this TV, don't buy it! Also - don’t buy directly through Samsung as they won’t help you. If you have to buy Samsung, buy through a third party such as Harvey Norman or Good Guys.

I purchased this TV about three weeks ago, I was sceptical at the fantastic deal I got for what I was going to receive. Straight away from functionality to remote control and all of the features in between my mind was completely blown. The sound on this TV, the functionality, the picture and even the overall size and weight of it was just fantastic. This is not my first Samsung TV and from this point, it will surely not be my last. From the TV I upgraded from compare to this it is like comparing a GameBoy to a Nintendo switch . I strongly recommend if you are considering this TV to do it do it now. Zero regrets, zero dramas

Great color accuracy, and the available settings are easily dialed in to get a great quality viewing experience. I compared several brands, and this this model was simply so much better than similar models of other brands. QLED is far superior to anything else I’ve seen. College football is spectacular on this TV. My last several TVs have been Samsung, dating back to 2007 and including a couple of Plasma models. 5 Stars for this one. May try a 75” QLED next, but you can’t go wrong with a Samsung QLED. Very happy with this TV!

Bought this QLED TV about a month ago, I Was going to buy the cheaper Samsung crystal UHD series, but decided to spend a little more and get the QLED 75 Q60B. I am so glad I did as the picture quality is sensational. The TV has a real premium feel about it as you would expect from Samsung. If you are considering buying one of these, do yourself a favour and purchase the Samsung slim fit wall mount, it mounts the TV as close as 7.5mm to the wall and has a self levelling feature that allows you to get it 100% level even if the mount has been installed slightly off level. The smart features of this TV is so much better than my previous Hisense that it replaced.

I originally was looking a a few cheaper TVs, but something about this tv made me think otherwise. I’m glad I made the choice to get this TV. The clarity of the tv is outstanding. The tv has great speakers on its own. No need for a surround sound, or speaker bar. Though those would be good add-ons. I have my TV hooked up to my Alexa device. I can control the inputs, volume, channels, and power from that. Also have my bluetooth headphones hooked up for when the kiddos are asleep. I am very pleased, and highly recommend. This is a great TV.

We use our TV in the family room with large windows, there picture is always great, with color that pops and very little glare. We have Netflix, Sling and an antenna. The simplified remote makes it easy to switch between them. The channel guide is easy to use, and automatically downloads the shows information. There is also a long list of streaming channels in the channel guide. You can always find something to watch. My only complaint is that the channel guide doesn't always keep up and reverts back to the original channel when trying to find something new to watch.

TV has been repaired twice under warranty within 6 months of purchase. Still has one fault and still under warranty. But Samsung Customer Service is refusing to repair or replace even though their Approved Repair Center has reported the fault. Leaves me no options but to report to Fair Trading. I bought Samsung for quality and support, I was wrong.

The set up was extremely easy. The only challenge was mounting it on the wall due to its size. We needed three adults to do it efficiently. My only somewhat negative feedback would be around the sound. It probably would work a lot better indoors, but it can be hard to hear outside. I rectified that by buying a sound bar which has completely fix the problem. All in all the fantastic television, that I would recommend to friends and family. Price was unbelievable, could not be happier.

We have the 4k Xfinity and a 4k UHD DVD player with streaming service for the other two inputs. The colors are superb. The details are sharp. The brightness is superior. The on-line media is sharp and easy to read close up. Our PC is a media streamer, no information for gaming. The 4K UHD Samsung DVD player is super-powered for watching movies and streaming in 4k. I highly recommend the QLED line from Samsung. I recommend the 43 inch for a 4k UHD monitor as well.

The picture is always clear and bright even with the afternoon light coming through the picture widows next to it. The initial setup was simple and easy although we had to upgrade our cable and router boxes to get 4K. It is also very simple to use with the provided remote. The menu selelections are easy to add or remove to match our subscriptions. It also melded easily and fully into our home entertainment center. The builtin e-Manual is easy to find, load, read and use if you need to understand and use some of the advanced intricacies that make this TV a pleasure to use and watch.

Right out of the box this tv interfaced seamlessly with all of our accounts and connected equipment. Set up is super easy using your Android phone to activate accounts. Picture quality is great, in particular I wander whether it's worth paying the extra for HD quality streaming services because picture quality is impressive. User interface so far seems easy to use and the remote while very basic in appearance is fully featured once you work out how to use it. I found the voice activation on the remote very good and a great feature to use when you can't initially work out the remote or find an app.

I bought this TV to replace a smaller Samsung model that was six years old and expected everything to be superior to an older model. It has been quite disappointing. After running the latest software updates, I've found lots of content has a very jerky motion to it. I'd tried every different judder setting from "off" to high to auto and it makes little difference. It's very distracting to watch programming and seeing this stutter like motion and especially when it's much worse than my six-year old model. I would not recommend buying this model and suggest only considering a 120Hz refresh model.

After doing due diligence on 75" TVs I decided that this Samsung would be the best bang for our buck. Samsung did not disappoint. First off, the setup was quick and painless. Although there are many items that can be tweaked, the menus were very intuitive and easy to understand. We've also been more than pleased with the picture quality The 75" is perfect for the size of our family room and the picture is bright and crisp from any viewing angle. We also love the vivid colors that it produces. All in all, we are very pleased with, and highly recommend this TV.

We like the TV, but it does not consistently connect to the Samsung sound bar. The company we purchased the TV from has had numerous technicians come to our home, but it still not reliable. The sound bar was replaced but the issue continued. The store is not able to help us anymore even thought the problem has been from day 1 and we have purchased their technical support. There is something wrong with the tv. The software is up to date, but the tv does not always find the sound bar. We we go into settings, sometimes the sound bar shows up, sometimes it does not. Stuck with no where to go!!!!!

I bought this TV a month ago, actually it`s an 85" Q60B and have been disappointed since then. You can see a massive cloudings around the screen while watching movie with a dark background. You could see it in low level light movie scene quite easily. Other features are great and easy to set up. Technician and Samsung representative said it's normal but it's not. You don't need a technician to see what's wrong with it. I ended up upgrading the TV and pay more. I cannot recommend this TV, don't buy it!

The remote is simple and easy to use. My only complaint is that many of the apps I have are only available using my firestick and not via Samsung apps… so I have had to connect my firestick. I also like how you can change the way you watch a movie (filmmaker mode) easily. My other two tvs are Samsun and have lasted many many years so I am super happy to add this one (my largest) to my “collection”. Would absolutely recommend Samsung and this QLED to anyone

I bought this TV in October this year and hate it. Despite Samsungs marketing promises the TV simply cannot handle fast images. The result is a jerky stilted motion effect to anything that zips across the screen. If you love your Golf and Cricket then this TV is NOT FOR You. I attempted to get Samsung to help me but they simply blamed my internet provider. I have an old Sony on the same network and the picture is perfect. Feeling really really ripped off.

We needed an upgrade to a smart TV and definitely looked around to find the right one to invest in, and this Samsung was exactly what we needed. It has the ability to add a multitude of apps for streaming services and Xbox Game Pass so all we needed to purchase was a SeriesX/S controller and we are up and running. Personally I would have preferred the stand to have legs at each end of the TV vs in the middle it is stable but we have used furniture straps regardless of the stand because we have little ones who bump in to everything. Would purchase brand and version again if needed.

The remote control is also amazing, I use it as a universal remote control for almost all the devices in my house and the best thing is that it is charged with an integrated solar panel. The tv has all the apps I use including Spotify, Netflix, Disney+, Amazon prime video, HBO max, YouTube and many more. It integrates perfectly with my S22+ smartphone and with Alexa. The only weak point is the sound, but come on, with its slim design, it's incredible how they put some horns in there =D

was extremely simple to unpack & set-up. the picture is excellent, the instructions that pop-up on screen are very easy to understand, the installation process was very easy. the mirroring process is simple, again just follow the instructions. just follow the instructions, i also recommend that you read the instruction on line. i recommend this product to anyone that wishes to watch tv with excellent clarity & content along with simplicity in mirroring your devices. my wife & i are looking at buying either the 65-inch or 75-inch q80,q85 or q90 model. this is how impressed we are with samsung & we usually are a toshiba tv buyer. i guess we will be buying samsung tv's from now on.

Garbage! Poorly designed 50 inch computer monitor. Samsung should stick to tabs and phones. This thing is the biggest disappointment I wasted my time and treasure investing in. Cheap plastic, feels like leaf and incomplete at the bottom. Picture quality? I have a 2008 LCD TV, at it's lowest video setting, is much much sharper than this thing. As for I/O, this thing falls waaaaay short of acceptable. 3 HDMI's, optical and LAN. I got cheap monitors that has more! So far I have owned 6 Samsung tabs, including the latest which I locked down before it was released and they are exceptional products. Never disappointed. But this TV is a head scratcher! I Will never recommend this unit to my family and friends!

We waited several months while the house we were building was being completed. It went up very easy. Connections were great. It was easy to set up and to begin using. I have Amazon Prime so was able to get on prime right away. I'm beginning to look at other services and am finding shows people have been talking about but I wasn't getting with my old cable service. This is a review of my new 85" Q60B purchased while on sale. The TV is pretty good and goes really well with the Q800B soundbar I purchased to go with it. I'm still getting accustomed to everything but it was simple to set up. My biggest disappointment, and something I should have checked is the refresh rate at only 60, I watch a lot of AFL and this model struggles to keep up with the pace. I'm stuck with it now but if you watch Sport I'd suggest a quicker model but for movie etc it's fantastic.

Gosh what an awesome TV - picked this up a couple of weeks ago and OMG this TV ticks all the boxes and more. I have a PS5, so gaming is important to me; this TV has no lag and the sharp cinema experience was really punching it, and I really like 4k TV, so Netflix's picture quality was outstanding. The home automation integration really sold the TV to me.

My daughter uses it with her Nintendo, it interfaces with my Wifi network to access network devices, and the picture quality is impressive. My only complaint is that it loads slowly on some occassions after I turn on the device. This happens with another Samsung QLED TV that we have and I have not been able to figure that out the root cause. Otherwise, I am happy with the technology that Samsung offers year after year with its products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Samsung QLED 4K. Picture is slightly improved from the Q60A. Crisp picture and clean sound through the Samsung sound bar. I'm not a gamer, so this is a great television for me. I am NOT, however, a fan of the solar powered remote. It's been finicky since Day 1 either appearing to not be charged or requiring "re-pairing" to fully function. No charging cable was included with the Q60B so I had to purchase one separately. The batteries in the Q60A remote seemed to last a very long time so I'm not sure there's an overwhelming advantage to this model.

You may first want to reset your remote by pressing and holding Return and Enter (the center of the navigation pad) for more than 10 seconds. After performing this reset, you will need to pair the remote to the TV again. To pair, stand within 1 foot of your TV, and press the Return and Play/Pause buttons simultaneously for at least 5 seconds or until a message appears on your TV indicating that the remote is now connected. This TV is a great TV excluding the 2022 menu interface. Samsung has really gone backwards in this new interface. From a slim small ideal menu to a full screen crappy interface with giant tiles and slow responsive actions. Have also viewed a couple of videotapes and DVDs to see how they look on this TV. Overall we are very pleased with this TV. A quibble we have with it is: the plasma TV this replaced seemed to have better clarity of fast motion, such as action sports and car racing. Tried using the programmed in Samsung streaming service on this TV, but there is constant buffering when trying to view movies. Has to be Samsung problem because never have this problem with Roku, and speedtest shows constant 300+MBS.

We have adjusted to the nuances of using a numberless remote. But the remote and the TV simply do not communicate well. A remote from the 1980's did a better job of actually getting the TV to take an action than this 2022 model. You can push the back button as often as you wish but any streaming service will simply ignore the signal. No matter where you hold the remote relative to the front lower edge of the screen. Nada. We often have to turn the TV off to get the functionality back, if then. So great picture. Set your expectations for the remote function as low as the pre-80's, and you should be ok.

If you press any key on the remote and the LED indicator at the top of your remote stays on for about 3 seconds rather than blinking, please try the following steps to reset your remote: 1) Long press the RETURN key and ENTER key together for about 10 seconds if your remote was once paired already with the TV, you do not need to re-pair it again. However, if it was not paired with the TV, pairing must be done after the reset. 2) The RETURN key is on the left side of your remote and looks like a curved, backwards pointing arrow. 3) The ENTER key is the button in the center of your directional ring. when our 6 year old led tv went on the blink, i started researching replacements. this model was on sale at our local big box store, so i began researching it and comparing to other manufacturers products. i was leaning toward an oled tv from another manufacturer and discovered samsung's qled technology. several expert reviews rated this tv as average in most categories, but we couldn't tell the difference between the qled and oled picture. despite mediocore reviews, the samsung qled was the winner. the qled picture quality and color is great! blacks are deep black, like a plasma tv. other colors are vivid and sharp. if you are undecided about purchasing this tv, you won't find anything as good for this price, buy it!

The worst customer service, been a long time Samsung customer but after my experience here, never again! I purchased this tv in 60” at the end of November 2022, the tv went on sale with a price decrease of over $300 within two weeks of my purchase (December 9th, 2022). I called Samsung and was advised that they will not price adjust. I asked to escalate this and was told a supervisor/ manager will call me back to discuss, i’ve called multiple times but no one has ever called me back, it’s been ongoing for two weeks, even with my regular follow ups! Shame on Samsung!

I bought Q60B 75 inch tv. It has display fast motion issue and software issues. Do not buy this TV if you love football or cricket. You will get glitches on fast moving ball. It also has issue on software. Usually OTP and YouTube app freezes. I had to return this TV after some days of use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Watch it for everyday viewing and dvds. picture is great, speakers are loud and colors very good. but, this is second Samsung I bought this year (different models) and really hate the remote controls for both(and they are completely different remotes that work differently), but especially with this model...the magic arrow/button whatever you call it is annoying and navigating is not easy/not even a "source" button to easily switch from 1 source to another. why a tv can't have functional user controls that you don't need to read a manual to figure out is beyond me.

Picture is great. Sound is great. Problem is when streaming (Netflix, Prime), the video starts to lag the sound and it keeps getting worse until it is difficult to watch after about 15-20 minutes. I have 3 other Samsung TVs with no issues. The OLED tv is sitting right where an older one was that had no issues. I have tried all the suggestions posted on the internet, but nothing works. This is disappointing after I researched this TV and read all the great reviews. No reviews mentioned anything like this. Also disappointing considering the cost of the TV.

I have a 65 inch model in my bedroom, which i use mostly for movies, and the 75 inch model in the living room, which i use mostly for gaming. You would think that this television is tailored specifically for each one of things it does such a great job with both. My bedroom is dark and my living room is full of windows and you can't tell the difference as far as picture quality goes. The brights are bright and the darks are dark regardless of the surroundings.

1. this replaced a 12-year-old samsung smart tv that was smart: it had a camera, voice recognition, motion recognition, a full-function remote, and a simple interface. this tv (qled55”) is not that smart, and opens in various source modes, the pattern of which i cannot determine. excellent picture, good sound. the remote -what can i say -it’s not user friendly. there are four dedicated buttons on the lower part that move the source to special inputs, such as disney+, netfilix, and so on. almost every time that i pick up the remote, it switches to one of those inputs, losing what i was watching. i finally cut three of those buttons off the remote, and covered the holes with tape -problem solved. i miss my 12-year-old samsung.

The TV is the perfect size for our bedroom. The picture is so vivid and crystal clear. The remote is nice and thin, but not so small that it gets lost like the Apple remote does! I subtracted a star for the sound quality. To me, it's a little tinny. It doesn't have full-bodied lows like you would expect, or like all of my LG TVs have. It honestly makes me wax nostalgic about some of my former hotel room TVs. I think the only way that I will resolve this in the future is by purchasing a sound bar system to provide deeper, stereo sound with more richness and bass. Overall, a quality TV, especially for the price.

I have fiber optic internet with 500/300 speed and I have never had an issue with my other Samsung 65 inch tv. Sometimes the volume will just take off up to maximum and when I try to lower it the different apps that came with it will rapidly scroll back and forth. It is like it is being remotely being controlled and played with. It gets quite frustrating when trying to watch a movie and it starts acting up. I am not too happy with it at all.

Fast forward I own the TV now and I must say I'm quite happy with this TV even for a somewhat entry level TV the color difference was substantial,I was quite impressed also how much brighter it was overall I'd give this TV a 8.5 out of 10. The main reason I wouldn't give it a perfect score or almost perfecr score was just the black levels in the TV,but then again it is an entry level TV I still gotta take that in account though anyways great TV.

Sure you got shortcuts for apps like netflix, disney+, etc. But when I want to watch something on my hard drive or stream it through my PC there is so much navigation just to get to that. Sure you can use the voice command that takes 10-15 secs to respond if it can even understand you, but I would like to have an easier time navigating to what I want to do. Getting used to the button-free remote takes some getting used to. Audio is very good for music but we'll have to fiddle with settings to get better spoken audio parts easier to understand. Setup was very easy ... Connected to my Google Nest home was easy but we're still learning how to use features like interoperability with our Samsung cell phones and tablets. Rechargeable remote is battery free = a plus!!

We have had no problems with TV at all after we got the first one returned and exchanged. Screen was broken on first one in shipment as the box was pretty banged up when it was delivered. Since then all has been well. Don't particularly like the tiny remote since each button seems to do several different functions. It's a bit of trouble to change channels if they are numbered a big distance apart. However, we could use the voice command, but just haven't done that much. Overall, we are very pleased with this TV--have had it about two months. I would recommend it to anyone in the market for a vivid picture with many streaming opportunities.

It is a perfect fit for my room. Actually had a bit of discussion with my girlfriend and she this this is something for the living room and not the bedroom. But obviously I insisted it to be in the bedroom. Its perfect! Perfect size, picture is amazing! I also use it to connect to my NAS with heaps of movies. Also love the ambient mode. It bring the room to life. Next on my list would be a great soundbar. That would definitely be an upgrade, but I'm not saying the sound on this TV is not great, but it could definitely be improved.

This has raised our viewing experience to a new level. The colours are bright and darks dark. Motion is so smooth and the detail incredible. We ar3 rewatching some old favourite flick and it is like we are truly seeing them for the first time, even better than the cinema. My only criticism is that when it is off you can see that the screen is not flat but has a bulge on it and it is distorted on edges where the packing was stuck. This is not noticeable when the unit is switched on and I have read that others have noticed similar issues.

Connecting to apps, the internet, my satellite provider etc. is all good. A little disappointed that the HDMI ports cannot be utilized for audio out. Have to get the optical cable to have audio out to my receiver. Other than that so far so good. Very happy and it looks great on our wall. Once we switch to streaming and get off of satellite all cables will be hidden and it will look amazingly clean.

We purchased this tv after continual frustration with our blaupunkt tv. It was slow to load and kept having to be rebooted. I was blaming the internet but after getting the Samsung tv we realise it was the tv and not the internet. It was easy to set up. Loads quickly and picture quality is superb. I have many Samsung TVs and wouldn’t go past them in the future. Service from Appliance o line was excellent. Will certainly use them again. Product always comes on the day of delivery on time and a time frame for delivery given. Well done.

The picture quality is unmatched, the features (including installed apps) cannot be beaten, and it can be seen CLEARLY from any point in the room. You can even install other apps if you want other apps that are not pre-installed. The speakers are excellent (I do have a surround even though I do not always use it) and of high quality. There are plenty of HDMI inputs and it looks (on the wall) just as great as it performs. Love this Television!

I love the features on all its smart tvs. The shortcut buttons on the sleek and simple remote are very handy. The picture quality in 4k is gorgeous.ow light performance is also terrific. When I'm studying, I enjoy using the Spotify app on the TV also. Another great feature on this particular smart tv is the ability to browse the internet. This was very helpful for work, as I temporarily needed to project my work laptop to a larger/dual screen. It does come with free local channels through TV plus which is great for a night of throwbacks. Endless downloadable apps for other streaming services for enjoyment. Great product!

My 65" OLED screen failed after only 3 years and was more expensive to repair than the original purchase price, so no more OLED for me. Always wanted a bigger screen (75" or bigger) but after only 3 years since purchasing the last TV didn't have the ready funds to go top of the range again. Checked out this 75" model at a local retailer and was delighted with the stunning picture for a very affordable price. After many weeks of streaming movies, gaming and watching TV, I'm very happy with the purchase and highly recommend it.

So far I’ve only had one connectivity issue with it to where I had to restore it back to factory settings and reinstall everything. The sound on it is a little sparse but I’m sure if I play with the setting a little more, I can get it right. My favorite part of this tv is that I can download the Apple TV app on it and resume shows I’ve watched in my living room on my tv in the bedroom. This is nice because I was under the impression that I would have to buy another Apple TV to watch all my purchased movies on my new tv. Samsung really thought of everything, and the best part is I can cruise the internet on it. Just a fun little quirk. Samsung will always be my recommendation for anyone looking for a new television.

I bought this TV because I thought it would improve the picture quality when watching AFL. On distance picture it is blurry and players are streaky when in motion. Even when the view is closer say five or six players on screen it's the same. I expected better from manufacturer. Closer - in picture is OK. Films and TV is great.

I bought the telly on previous expectations of Samsung's excellent picture quality - tick. But never been a fan of their UI's, and this one is as expected - annoying. (probably like most 'dumb' tv's these days - epic UX fails all over) The really epic fail is the audio (non) output. Every TV maker seems to expect people to throw away their perfectly good legacy audio systems and get a stupid soundbar of the same make as the tv. No volume control on the output is such a basic fail I can hardy believe the QA team let it go. There's no longer a headphone output (only toslink), which just outputs full level to a converter. But I've had experience with Samsung not even having volume control on the headphone output, so maybe a cultural problem with the engineers?? I couldn't believe that this was still a Samsung thing after all this time, and there's no way you'd know this from reading the manual, anyway (ie doing buyers research) so am starting to regret my purchase.

We bought this TV 6 weeks ago, upgrading from a 46" so quite a big step. Initially the colour wasn't quite right but after trying a few of the settings we are happy with the picture quality. Having all the apps for the streaming services, Plex and Free to Air, is a blessing for my wife who hated switching between the different boxes. It even support Apple TV+. And the smart remote with a solar panel so no more battery problems is very cool. The one thing that does disappoint me is the sound and the different volume levels between channels and services. Our previous TV had a feature that would maintain the sound at a similar level that was awesome. I will try a few more features to see if we can get a better control on sound or maybe look at a sound bar with this feature.

I have had the tv for a few weeks now upgrading from a 65inch to 85inch took some getting used to, immediately I noticed the picture quality was sharper clearer and that Samsung had updated the features on the tv even including there own free channels now at 4k it's bright bright shard and very impressive The tv sound was fine on its own but paired with a Samsung sound bar it works together with the sound bar to bring a complete cinema expensive to my living room highly recommend great tv at this price point

The picture is a dream come true. So lifelike. The colours are so warm and rich. My only criticism is the processor struggles a bit with fast movement. The image gets jittery in the area of movement. However the price was right so I'm not complaining. I would definitely recommend QLED.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My TV has INCREDIBLE color out the box. The colors are absolutely beautiful. I am in love with this television but.. I'm dealing with a bleeding effect. I try not to turn my TV off anymore because it's really bad when I first turn it on. Once it heats up, it goes away but the bleeding effect lasts for a while until the TV warms up to it. The audio is great, the features are awesome but consider I purchased this TV for the picture and the picture is going bad, I can't give it anything better than 3 stars.

We bought this several months ago for our new house. Super easy to unpack from the box, lay down to fit / attach the feet mountings then install. The set up syncing with WiFi and setting up Apps was also easy including operating the remote, very intuitive. Picture and sound superb

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mostly use my Samsung TV for streaming TV and shows. I cut off my cable last winter, and couldn't have made a better choice. To be able to stream some tv thru the Samsung TV app and thru the other products I subscribe to is so much more cost effective. I also love being able to stream to my tablet or phone directly from my TV thru the smart things app. Samsung is definitely the way to go if you want your products to all sync. I also added the Samsung soundbar and sub. Game changer for surround sound!

The picture quality is insanely good. They offer so many different streaming options. Very consumer friendly. East to navigate. 11/10 recommend spending the little bit extra to purchase a Samsung TV. The tv and picture quality last forever I still have a Samsung flat screen right when they first started coming out with flat screen TVs and it still works amazing after 15 years ago.

Terrible purchase with exceptionally poor customer service. So the TV’s remote started acting up after 5-6 months. I called customer service and spent approx one and half hour trying to trouble shoot. In the process, the remote after reset couldn’t even get connected to TV again. A technician visit was booked who showed up after a couple of week, imagine living without a tv remote for that time. The technician declared the issue I was with the remote hence a new order was placed which showed up after a month or so. Great!! The new one stops working as well after some time, again customer service and again a technician visit. This time it’s confirmed that the blue tooth connection in tv has an issue and will be replaced along with the mother board of the tv. WHY SHOULD I REPAIR A FAULTY PRODUCT THAT WAS SOLD TO ME AT FULL PRICE? But customer service was adamant that they would only provide repairs and no replacement. Now I’m again in the queue to get the repairs done once they have the parts. Totally not worth buying Samsung products.

The Qled has a great picture but my favorite thing about this TV is the apps. This TV has a ton of free workouts and I can connect my Samsung watch to sync and get all my health data. When I do a workout it kids right into my watch. I can connect my phone to the TV as well. It's easy to use and search and also connects to alexa. I recommend this TV. It's also very light and thin

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I expected a much more crisp picture with a Ultra High Def 4k newly updated model. I even upgraded my remote cable box and modem for a 4k model. My old Vizio plasma seems to have had stronger color saturation & clarity. I am just not impressed & a bit disappointed in this Samsung model. The on/off button on the Comcast remote also does not react well on the TV when pressing for a cold start & the picture is not instantly on. Not impressed with this model and the expectations it promises.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We mainly use our TV watching movies either on Satellite TV or streaming on services like Amazon Prime. Overall we enjoy the picture quality and Bluetooth interface with our Samsung sound bar and remote rear speakers. The picture is bright enough in our room even with window shades open however, reflections are somewhat distracting so we usually watch movies with shades drawn to minimize the reflections. The darker scenes and night scenes tend to be washed out a bit but are viewable. As for the Tizen OS, it tends to bog down some when multiple commands are sent for items selected in satellite menus and when attempting to change the source manually from remote samsung blu-ray and dvd recorder devices. Uncertain why there are delays as it's not consistent in when it works and when it doesn't.

I like the picture quality. The user interface is irritating. From the HOME screen you have to go "up" and along to get the picture source you reqúire. Why can't it default to the last used source. The first position in the source list is always something else. The last source I was watching is in the second position. The main remote control is too cluttered. What is the slimline remote control all about. I can't use that. Very poor user information (manuals - no manuals, in fact).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my bed TV. It's absolutely perfect for what I use for, which is my daily TV tim before bed. But the picture is good enough to be your living room TV I use all the smart features including the smart things app to control the lighting in my room, turn on/off my AC and Control the blinds all with voice control. Plus the remote is USBC or solar charged. So now more AAA batteries! Plus if I lose the remote in the bed I can use my 22 Ultra or Galaxy Watch to do anything the remote does..

Samsung is our go to brand for our electronics in our home. The picture is outstanding. We re very impressed by the quality and by the price. I'm always hesitant to make a big purchase on line before seeing the product in person, but the reviews on here were really good and I'm glad I made the purchase. It pairs well with our blue tooth speaker and sub woofer.

We have been surprised by all the innovations and technological advancements compared to our old Samsung smart TV. We also were amazed about their remote control which doesn't require a battery replacement and charged itself with the help of room lighting. It can also be plugged in to charge if needed using a USB-C plug. There is so much more to it to brag about but I'll let the reader view this at a TV store.

Coupled with a Samsung soundbar that provides better than theater quality experience. The TV and soundbar were a snap to set up and were up and running in an eye blink. Bonus benefits is that it allows us to see family photos that are located in our NAS that is connected in our WI-FI, plus the ability to search the WWW. Best TV decision we have ever made.

This TV is very light, comes with a remote that has a solar power cell on the back and it completes my Galaxy. (Seamlessly connects to my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G, Buds Live, and Watch 3. I bought the 85” version of this TV three weeks ago and I absolutely love it. The large screen means I will never want to go to the movies again. The picture quality is superb, mixed with a surround sound system it is the ultimate television experience. Would recommend this product to the world. The remote control is solar powered, no more having to find batteries for the remote. Very easy to connect to my wi fi, with all my favourite platforms and more all easy to connect to.

This is the first TV I ever got for myself and I’ll never go against Samsung again! The first is my last. The TV makes my house pop! The shows I watch look stunning and the games I play look 10/10! From casual viewing to pro gaming it ticks all my boxes. I find the interface so easy as well! So easy I could leave my parents with it and they figured it out in no time! I’m now officially one of those Samsung Simps! Now I need the money to get my hands on a beautiful neo!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I utilize the TV for streaming and normal movie watching. I assumed it would be exceptional because we had a off brand that worked great with the limited features but picture was not all that great. I had to work to get my Samsung to work with all of the apps that I like and to get it to connect with the cable box sitting next to it. I upgraded the speed of the internet just for this TV. I connect the TV with a cable and WIFI, however the TV performed about the same.
