The vacuum broke within 2 months of purchasing, very disappointed. The vacuum broke very quickly and easily and the repairs/ warranty process has been so frustrating which just has made the vacuum completely not worth the money paid for it. For such a high price I would have hoped for something of better quality and to last more than a few weeks…

Love! Love! Love! This product is the bomb diggity!!! After going to Harvey Norman and having a poor experience, I still managed to test this vacuum in store and fell in love with it. Purchasing it straight from Samsung was super easy, quick and delivery came fast. We loved putting it together and omg... I just can't tell you how truly amazing it is to have such a brilliant vacuum in the house!!! I love that it is cordless. I love how well it cleans!!!! I used it to do our whole house - mixed floorboards and carpets. The floorboards cleaned super easily and the carpet... I don't think our carpet has EVER been so deeply cleaned! This vacuum is a BIG recommendation from me.

Without doubt this is the best vacuum ever. We live in a large house with a ducted system which we will never use again. The Bespoke Jet is powerful, very convenient, light weight and with the two batteries provided enables us to vacuum the whole house. The included cleaning station is brilliant making the Bespoke far easier to clean and maintain than previously owned cordless vacuum from another brand.

I bought the BESPOKE Complete Jet vac today, I was surprised how well it was packaged up. I haven't tried it yet but I'm sure it will be good. I bought this unit because the Stick Vac I had kept running out of battery power and clogging with dust and it was very hard to clean. The BESPOKE Complet Jet Vac has two rechargeable batteries they both charged up very quickly so I will get the extended running time I was looking for, also when you put the Jet Vac back in the Docking station and press the button the Docking station sucks all the dust & dirt out of the Jet Vac, so no more clogging and having to deal with dust. Occasionally I can remove the Jet Vac filters and wash them in clean water. I know I'm going to love this machine compared to the one I had.

I've had this for a week and I am amazed by the results of this cordless vacuum! I have pets and the power and removal of the hair on carpets is so satisfying I actually enjoy vacuuming. It is a bit pricey and keep in mind the battery time is up to an hr that's for both batteries on low level. So average time per battery for me is 20mins for mid range power which is enough power. Providing cleaning is kept up to date I'd highly reccommend this vacuum as the power and ease of this vacuum reduces the time it takes to still complete the same work as a standard powered vacuum reducing cleaning time in general. The dock is an extra bonus! So convenient and health conscious. The attachment dock is also very handy and each peice is useful for different purposes.

I bought this 1 month ago and it has been an absolute dream. It's light weight, has great features and the suction is fantastic! Doesn't matter what your vacuuming or on what surface, it does the job quickly and with ease. The cleaning station not only looks great and saves space, but makes your chore all the more easier and cleaner. The twin batteries are a must have have - I could vacuum the house 4 times over without running out of battery... LOVE this machine, all it's accessories and highly recommend for any homeowner!

So far I have owned this brilliant and very stylish vacuum for 48 hours and already very impressed. The Samsung Bespoke Jet is a powerful vacuum, lasts for a long time especially with the included second battery and cleans fantastically on all surfaces. The Clean Station is brilliant, this vacuum is so easy to empty without getting dirt everywhere like previous brands I have owned. The included accessories are wonderful and all fit neatly on their own tidy and compact stand. Overall I am very impressed with this vacuum.

I decided to upgrade to a better-quality upright Vacuum Cleaner. I knew Samsung's TVs were very good quality, so I was a bit unsure about spending too much money on their Vacuum Cleaners. I've had a variety of Cleaners before from Cheap to expensive. I am extremely happy with this Vacuum Cleaner, its performance. maneuverability, charging and its attachments. I would definitely recommend it.

We ordered this a week ago and expected to received in 2 weeks but delivered 1 week early. Although manual and warranty card was not included in the box, sales team were able to send it via email. No missing items and color is sleek, it can be put as display. Vacuum works perfectly and 1 battery last an hour. This is our first stick vacuum and did not regret buying it at all.

Bought this during Black Friday to replace a 5yr old Samsung Vacuum which has a flex feature. It arrived on time and the features really is more than what I expected. It is easy to use. The suction is powerful. The auto empty dust bin is very helpful. The number of accessories it comes with, makes it easier to clean. Lastly, the spinning mop is a game-changer for me.

Replaced the Dyson v11 which broke after 2 years. Have to say this Vacuum knocks it out of the park in everyway. Its light, zippy and plenty of suction. It comes with all the accessories and a really handy Cady to Cary everything up and down stairs. Overall I would look anywhere else and it just looks fancy for an appliance.
I recommended this product.

Just brought this machine. Unpack and set-up is pretty straightforward and the machine looks good. This is our first stick vacuum but power wise almost comparable as corded vacuum. Will use it for both carpet and dark floor flooring of my house. This is also handy to quickly clean the mess created by my toddler.

First impressions, this vacuum is incredible! We thought we had clean carpets before, and this thing found so much more dust and pet hair that we couldnt see! And the charging stand with built in cleaning function is a game changer. Would not hesitate to buy another one or recommend to family and friends.

Such a good idea to include a second battery! So easy to use, the light weight makes it a breeze to get around the house. The clean station makes it easy to empty. I've never owned a stick vacuum before and I'm super impressed. I would definitely recommend this product.

I have bought this and previously two other big brand vaccums and they just don’t compare! The Samsung bespoke is light weight, easy to manoeuvre and the suction on it just fabulous. The attachments are fantastic and meet its every purpose. Certainly worth every dollar!

Excited with this new vacuum. Our less than 1 year old Dyson broke and got this as a replacement. So far has been great. Looks good and easy to use. Lightweight but powerful. The stick it the perfect height for me and feel like it’s ergonomic to use.

Works excellently! Pet hair and all. Glad to have 2 batteries as if using on jet mode they run out quickly. The only problem if i had to pick one is that the auto dust bin sometimes doesn't empty properly.
