The machine has a range of settings which are useful and overall it is a decent product. However, you really need to read the instruction manual to navigate its many settings and wash/dry cycles can take 4 hours or more, which I did not expect at all. There also isn't just a basic dry only option in the settings whch means if you forget to add dry function to cycle you need to run another /drain/spin' cycle just to set a dry washing setting. So the machine wasn't as user friendly as I had been expecting. Having said that, it does a good wash job and has good safety mechanisms if you have children and the add to wash draw is useful.

The dream of smart phone push notifications and a set-and-forget wash load is now real ! Already have a vented dryer, but loved the idea of putting on a dirty load of washing and coming back later and its all dryer and clean. Has a handy delay feature where you set the time you want it to complete by. Only down side to this unit is the dryer function can be rough on clothes, and mandates a long 1400rpm spin no matter what the wash load is. The Super Quick feature which is 3hrs including wash and dry has damanged several of my normal cotton clothes, because it runs the spin dry for over 20 minutes at 1400 rpm, besides that love all the features of this washer dryer combo!

Here's the deal. It's a top of the line machine and no use in listing the obvious. I had an older model washer/dryer combo and it's clear with this Samsung model the tech has evolved substantially. There are two modes which I use all the time: the 3 hour speed cycle (1hr wash/2hr dry) and the 15min wash cycle + 45min dry. For deeper cleans there are the longer more intensive cycles. The combo works for me and you'll be surprised how quickly you get through the loads. I don't have space to have separate machines in my laundry, but truthfully I don't think I'd opt for anything else even if I did.

I bought a 3 years ago and even from 6 month old has been breaking each 6 month, now because I am out of the warranty, I prefer buy I new one, “not Samsung” pleaseee.. then spend money pay to fix it. The issue is, this machine doesn’t support dry and wash together, doesn’t have any proper filter to remove all the dusty. All the time the service man comes was to open the machine to parts I couldn’t reach and clean it. Some one told me, Samsung is good for TV and mobiles and that’s it!! I have a fridge Samsung and brocket too. So frustrating with this brand..

Works great. Much quieter than our old machine. There’s no lint filter to worry about. No hot air blowing lint and dust into the air in the house. Don’t bother with the pre set ‘wash and dry’ function unless you want to wait 7 hours. Simply add a dry function onto the Super Speed wash and it will only take 3 hours. If you have Samsung TVs, you will get a notification on screen when it’s done as well as on your phone if you have SmartThings set up.

Good services provided. The delivery driver was helpful to install the new item. The washing is good. As it is a washer dryer and at the cost of saving space, its drying is not so impressive but acceptable. The washing and drying cycle is 5-6h long, but thanks for being smart, you can set the washer when you are at work. Clothes should be taken out immediately after drying finished. Due to the general small drum for drying, clothes will have a lot of wrinkles if you leave them in the machine for a while.

The best washing machine that I have ever had. Noise level is quite low and washing quality is very good. Also the capacity of the machine is perfect a family. Definitely recommend. Mobile connectivity and control from mobile is excellent.

We had both our front loader and dryer die within a few weeks and so we went on the look for replacements. Our laundry is small and so we thought to go with a combo and the Samsung met all our needs. It is a brilliant washer (cleans stuff so well it got rid of grim we thought was baked in) and the drying while it does take time, doesn't fog up the laundry and pulls water out without impacting the clothes. This is simply the best washing machine we have every had and it's a great dryer as well.

We have had a Samsung washing machine bought 12 years ago and was still running fine, we were looking to upgrade and Samsung staff offered 25% discount being loyal customer, despite the discount we decided to look at other brands but couldn't find any better than Samsung, new Samsung washer is really gr8, very quiet and, old washer is gone to good home and I am positive that it will last them few more years

This is our 3rd washer dryer and the 2nd form Samsung. Overall impression is this is a far superior machine to the one we had 12 years ago. The bigger capacity in both wash and dry is a big advantage and the ability to add items once the wash cycle has started is a bonus. My advice to anyone getting a washer dryer is to go for the largest capacity as they work so much better than lots of small loads

From the day we received our machine it had problems. It leaked at the door, it overheated when using the drying cycle and then the door would not open for about 3 hours after using the dryer. The washing cycles also would get stuck and you would have to cancel and start again or wait until door would open then have water spill everywhere. Samsung customer care was terrible. I have spent countless hours over the last 12 months with them on the phone. They have sent a repairer twice and then told me it was working fine. I had to send a video to prove it wasn't to the authorised repair centre. The repair centre was amazing in helping me deal with Samsung, and they did everything they could from their end, but Samsung was refusing to authorise another repair! It has been over 12 months of arguing with them and they are finally refunding me for the machine. I will never buy another Samsung product!

I am just over 6 months in and had a repair man out 4 times The machine clogs with lint as it does not have a lint catcher, we have had the worst service from Samsung support and domayne don’t wanna hear from you. Do not purchase this machine. Definitely up there on the list of worst purchased items. You’d be better off with a bath tub some soap and a clothes line.

Overall machine is pretty good. The only thing that is a little disappointing is the amount of lint left in the machine after you using the drying cycle. Because there isn't a proper lint filter, that lint then ends up on the clothes you wash in the next cycle. There is no mention of this in the manual. Not sure why there isn't a lint filter?

Bought a month ago. Does a large load of washing & drying in a reasonable time and at a better-than-average energy and water efficiency. You can send laundry recipes from your phone to the machine, load the laundry in, push start and forget about it until you get a push notification that the laundry's done. Super quiet and super convenient.

Looks modern, with digital display. Haven’t had the chance to use all the different modes, so far have used the 15 mins super cycle (which takes 26 mins after some adjustments made to the temperature and tumbler speed), it washes great. Can also be used as drier only, but little bit tricky to get into, wish it was one of the preset modes.

Had second thoughts due to the bad comments on washer/dryer combos but bought this particular model from the brad new Samsung range after seeing few good reviews. A quality product with some good features. The clothes smelled like plastics in the first few drying cycles but now its gone, which is a good thing.

Great washer and meets all of my needs in an apartment. The door is great for those missed socks and it washes well. Took a little bit of learning but once I got it, even the dryer functions excellently! Love putting it in before I go to sleep and waking up to clean, dry clothes!

The reason we bought this is for convenience, so we can chuck our clothes in and hopefully everything be ready in a few hours. Hoever, after 7 hours of wash and dry cycle, our clothes still come out damp. The Dryer just doen't work. Dissapointed and will be returning it back.

Love the washing machine, the design is minimalist, iterating through programs is software driven and it's super silent. Programs are lengthier than a traditional washing machine but it's not an issue for us. The machine refines program duration based on weight automatically

A fantastic washer dryer combo. Takes up alot less space and the features are great. Shout out to Appliances Online. The service was exceptional and the delivery guy was great. Took away the old machine and even gave me a demo of the new one. Great work team!

This washing machine has been great, I love the wash dry setting, I can set and forget. The clothes are perfectly dry at the end of the cycle. As always the service was fantastic, delivery driver is always so helpful and friendly and delivers when they say.

I bought this a month ago and it works seamlessly with my galaxy. I could programme a dry cycle whilst at work . It washes clothes perfectly but initial washes have some smell but after a few washes the smell went away. The dry cycles are too long

Had the thing fixed under warranty twice during the first 2 years. Should have been fixed more frequently but by that point I just avoided dealing with it. Now it’s out of warranty and instantly broken in two different ways. What a waste of money.

I love this machine! It makes my life so much easier. I no longer have to worry about remembering to move the washing over to the dryer. I put it on when i leave for work and it's all done and ready to be put away when i get home

Its a great washing machine. A lot smaller unit overall compared to the LG 9 kg washer/5kg dryer that i previously had. But overall the Samsung is working well leaving my towels lovely and soft.

This machine was an extended warranty replacement after my previous washer dryer (of a different brand) continually had issues from the 2nd year, and I couldn't be happier that I have this one now. I love the features, the usability and the machine overall. I haven't done the wi-fi connection yet, but I probably will in the future. The AI capability of the machine makes it so easy to do a load of washing as it learns your favourite cycles really quickly. (Took about a week.) The kids have fondly named the machine Sam. I've been using washer dryer combos for at least 6 years now and would never go back to separate machines. Yes, it can take longer to do a full cycle (inc drying), but it's a set and forget thing. Sam will happily sing to you when he's done. (You can turn his singing off.) The wash function is better than I've had in other combo machines and the auto sensing works well. Drying doesn't take that long and if you use the machine overnight (when electricity is cheaper anyway), you wake up to freshly washed, dry load of clothes. I have noticed that the spinning cycle has a lower vibration than other machines I've had in the past, but it's not noisy. You also have the option of calibrating (and re-calibrating) the drum so that it spins smoothly. Ideal size for a family of 4-5.

To appreciate this particular model it requires more video on the uses it can offer, it can be quite challenging when one is use to old school ways. However one can appreciate it's value when trying it out. It feels like it it is an engineering marvel and it needs to be viewed as such so as the consumer can use it to its full potential. I have tried it out on some things over the past two days and found the automatic set-up quite hard to adjust to, as it can take a very long time to wash and dry on what should be a third of the time. The recipe for washing program is a very nice touch, including on the use of smart things app that helps to use it without bended knee going through the small screen to work out how to use it. I could only imagine that the longer I use it the more enjoyable it will be. Apparently it has an intuitive program as to decide in how to wash your wares pending on the size, the weight and how soiled they are, this is the reason why the cycles can take longer than expected as it is configured to give the best results on what the specialist have concluded from pryer results and customer needs. For me now I am planning to hold washing off until I have a decent load to make it worth the wait. The results of the washing is very good indeed, the wares come out very clean, fresh and dry, the machine is reasonably quiet and feels that it is of a high quality standard. Delivery of the item got to me in good and a great functioning tracking system, however that's when it stopped, the driver did not want to deliver past the door, which frustrated me as I'm 59, without a trolley or help, trying to manoeuvre this it that weighs over 80k took some doing, even unpacking it, the bottom of it had the mould foam up in the machine at least 10 inches, not knowing this took a lot to complete then try to move it into place. Samsung are great for there care of the customer when on the phone, but I'm sure they need to know that if delivery of there heavy goods are to be offered, I would suggest to offer help to bring it in and unwrap it with the aid of installing and a brief introduction of the particular item and make sure the customer is happy before they leave.
