Appliances online were easy to deal only criticism is that while purchasing the site showed “Next Day Delivery” for our postcode but after ordering found out delivery to our area is only Monday and Friday we purchased Sunday and had to wait til Friday for delivery . Delivery team were quick, installed new machine installed and tested and old machine removed in and out in under 10 minutes. Machine so far has been great and love the add wash door have used it a couple of times already, and the steam function although it’s a long wash cycle Seems to do a great job. Our last Samsung lasted 10 years if we get 10 years out of this we’ll be very happy.

Bought this product in December 2018 , since the first wash it created bad smell on clothes and in laundry room. Complained about it they did change some parts in it after I did their basic troubleshooting steps using descaler, Epson salt, vinegar which was guided through phone. But unfortunately smell on clothes still exists when I complained again they declared that they can’t do anything about it as it is not machine fault but it is not my fault as well. I strongly recommend all the customers not to buy this product.

The Machine: The size is just right for the space at my house. It is easy to use, with add wash function. The machine is quiet and finishes with nice melody. The 15min quick wash was awesome for quick laundry task! Low Spinning still gives "dry" laundry, i.e. laundry is not dripping with water. Free delivery and installation service: Excellent!!!!! The delivery was quick and PROMPT! It really arrives at the provided estimated time. The washing machine was installed and tested its function before leaving my house! The guy (can't remember his name) even taught me how to operate "test" function, that is not written on the manual.

1 after long washing stains and marks are there 2 for bath mats it does stop / lock in the middle of the cycle 3 very noisy both washing and dryer (samsung combo) 4 the combo purchased with Noel Leeming and spent about 2K or more, now both wash. Dryer turned 2 years and in the first year had one call to warranty service (stuck with wool inside). 5 washing powder dispenser never stays clean, even with a good quality soap, somehow a lot of wet powder is left stuck in the dispenser after many washings. Would not recommend them for the money spend. Go with brands they do worry about client s satisfied when it is regarding a product they really know how to produce.

I have had this machine for a year now. The detergent tray doesn't stay clean. It goes off balance extremely easy - even after having someone come out and "fix" it. And the count down timer is way off - it will say it has a minute to go but that minute takes over 5 minutes to complete. Extremely frustrating when you are standing there waiting. the cycle. I haven't used all the features of this machine (eg steam options) in the year that I've had it. I have rated value as poor as not all features work - I feel I could have spent a lot less and brought the same quality with another brand or machine.

I got this washing machine as a replacement for product recall and it is A LOT worse than my old machine... I picked the daily wash cycle which has 1400 for spinning.. even though i put an anti- vibration mat underneath, this machine still 'walks away' and makes so much noise. When I changed the spinning to 400, it still vibrates so much, and is still very noisy, even I close all the doors, I can still hear the noise... This vibrates too much and I dare not to turn this on again... no wonder Samsung offers this as a replacement product...

I had always been a steadfast top loader lover - as far as machines go that is :) However when I moved into my new home recently the laundry was designed for un under bench washer. I resisted the prospect and went without a washing machine for 2 months until I had to do something. I bit the bullet and purchased a Samsung front loader with "Add a Wash" feature. I love, love, love it ! it uses the tiniest amount of water, good for the earth and the steam cycle at the end aids the drying time afterwards. Only be aware that the steam may shrink some items of clothing, also it does not have a "quickwash" cycle which is annoying if in a hurry. I would definitely say im very happy with this machine.

There were a few negative reviews on this machine so I was anxious when it was delivered. On using it I find no unpleasant smells (and my nose is good enough to be able to replace the Beagles at the airport). wash is efficient with more options that I will ever need. Can recommend this machine very highly. Even better is that it was a replacement for a recalled model which I hated from Day 1 anyway. I am one happy camper
I recommended this product.

I bought this washing maching a month ago after our 13 year-old LG machine died.The machine works as it should, clothes come out clean. I mainly use the daily 45 min wash or linen one for bedding. I find the other programs too long. The machine is quite loud, I was expecting it to be much quieter. If I could give our old LG a scoring on noice, it would recieve 9 out of 10 (10 being the loudest). This machine would get 6, sometimes 7 depending on the cycle. I find the little window very useful and would recommend this machine to my friends.

I love this washer! The add wash feature gives you the same ease of use you get from a top loader (for those sneaky socks and things you drop on the way to the washer) but the outstanding wash you expect from a front loader. This machine can hold a load! We regularly wash our super king duvet and linen on the steam wash and everything comes out so clean and fresh. When each cycle is done the machine plays you a happy cute tune to let you know it's done and if you happen to find that annoying you can turn it off. The spin cycle is so amazing your washing comes out practically dry which means less drying time, so if you're throwing everything into the dryer, less drying time too! This machine is so quiet I find myself checking to make sure I actually started the cycle!

I have only had this washer for a couple of months, but wow I can not fault it. It is simple to use and quick (for a front loader). Has a smaller footprint than the old one - but can hold much more washing per load. Some of the features, such as aerated suds and steam wash; I thought I will never use them - wrong, I think they are fantastic and know I will use them often. Also it is so quiet. I would certainly recommend the Samsung washer and also AppliancesOnline, for me it has been a successful combination.

This machine is a replacement for a recall machine. Great machine except it has a really bad odor. The machine had an odor from the day it arrived and we have only had it a few days. Leaves an odor on the clothes and It smells pout the whole laundry. I wouldn't recommend this product.

Purchased a few weeks ago, the 8.5kg is a great size for a family of 3 and bulk washing once a week your personal clothing for 1 too. A large variety of options but easy to customise and adjust to your desired setting. Personally, the bubblesoak and easy iron options are my favourite that have left my shirts a lot less crinkly. Steam functions take awhile but great for the bedding. Most importantly, whisper quiet all the way through - you wouldn't even know it was spinning!

overall, pretty impressed with the machine. Does all it says. It is quite quiet during wash and spin. Maaaaaybe a tad louder when filling with water than our former 12 y.o one, but probably fills faster. The 15 min is really great for, example, kids school shirts that get chucked in at 7pm at night. The little door on front, hmm not sure; wife likes it but I personally not fussed, would not get just for that and if missing not a big deal, possibly another mechanical thing to break. The bubble wash + high temp is real good for my synthetic gym shirts - hard to get these clean after a few wearings. The new machine makes these very fresh now. I like that it seems the door seal, drum etc are going to be easier to keep clean compared to prev Electrolux. it has a program for drum clean too. overall pretty impressed, but I was expecting that given the brand and price.

Purchased this about a month ago and I am so happy! I love that I can add in those missed socks once the machine has started. It has so many functions with the quickest being 15 minutes. My everyday wash takes roughly an hour, and being the 8.5KG it can hold Alot of washing! Was a bit concerned how the water would go heating up because of the cold water inlet only, but the internal heater works fabulous! Also love that I can use a bit of Napi San in the drawer and use the bubble soak function. Whites come out amazing. Super quiet, and has such a great energy and water rating. My clothes come out smelling better than ever and the freshness lasts all week! So happy with my purchase after upgrading from my below average machine. The delivery guys from appliances Online were awesome, they unpacked and set up the machine AND also took the rubbish with them. Thank you.

The quick 15 minute cycle is great for clothes that need a quick rinse while the 1400 rpm spin really reduces drying time. A year ago we bought this product since we were using a top loader washing machine and we have massive lint issue especially for coloured clothing. We changed to front loader and what i like with the feature is if you forget a piece of clothing to add into the washing you can easily add it on the small window. Sweat free! I love my new washing machine and its doing a great job for me.

This is my first front load washing machine and I'm very happy with my purchase. This machine is easy to use and is very gentle and clothes are spun nearly dry. The iron free function really does leaves clothes wrinkle free and surprised they don't take long to dry. Would recommend this machine. With regards to the delivery they keep you informed of time of impending delivery.

I’ve only had the washer for a month now but I’m very happy with it so far. Does a great job cleaning with a variety of settings that all perform great. It did have a weird smell but it’s wearing off now. I would definitely choose this one again given the chance to choose again. Appliance online was excellent, deliver and installed the next day, super fast and professional.

I bought this a month ago and I am so glad I bought the one with the opening to add more items. I tried to wash a bath mat on its own and the machine refused to spin it, wouldn’t finish the cycle and wouldn’t unlock the door when I turned the power off. I had to remove the bath mat via the front opening to allow the machine to finish. Otherwise I happy with purchase.

This is the best washing machine I have owned, ever. Everything I wash feels cleaner since I got this machine and there are a variety of wash settings to choose to get the most appropriate wash cycle. It is also much quieter than previous washing machines I have had and it is so easy to use. Didn’t think I could love a washing machine this much.

I purchased this after our last washing machine failed, and we were looking into the Samsung due to the AddWash feature. The machine offers some quick washing cycles, uses very minimal detergent and everything comes out very dry. Its delay function works well as we can put it on before going to bed and have washing ready to hang when we wake up.

1 week out of warranty the electronics fail. It was a reasonably good machine, but expensive as a throw away after 2 years because repairs would pay for more than 50% of a replacement . Local high integrity appliance repair company no longer do warranty work due to non-payment by Samsung. Thinking that our trust in this brand stretched too far.

Alright machine in first couple years although since then, the rubber ring at entrance of front loader has failed/broken twice and now the drum has completely come loose and bangs everywhere rendering it useless. Warranty only valid for two years. Machine is only 5 years old. Apparently they should be good for a minimum 8 or so years

We have had this new machine for about a month. So far, so good. No performance issues of any sort and the clothes are cleaner than from the previous machine (which, admittedly, was on the way out). At this stage we would buy the same machine again (but then we would only have to if this one went bust, in which case ...). Good machine.

I bought this washing machine about 3 months ago and I couldn’t be happier. It looks great and it leaves the clothes smell nice and fresh, which my old top loaded couldn’t do anymore. And the small opening is very handy, it surprises me how often do I actually use it. All in all, I love this machine and highly recommend it.

This is a great washing machine, its easy to use and has a quick 15 minute wash if you are in a rush. It also has the facility to open and add those last minute things, the odd sock, some left out undies etc. after the wash has started. Usually use the 1 hour daily wash but put the sheets on bedding which has steam.

I really like the add door addition down side would be the that you cannot alter the quick wash setting to 30 minutes like I used to.

Received this washer as part of a recall, and the toxic smell coning from this is burning our eyes, i can see from the comments 8 months ago that you have not fixed this problem. Either someone comes and fixes this problem or you need to replace this. If problem is not fixed i will go to Consumer Affairs.

We got this about a month ago now, and really disappointed with our purchase. The machine on any cycle results in a lot of piling of our clothing. We didn't have any issues previously with an Electrolux machine, new and older clothes get the same issue. I wouldn't recommend this machine.

I bought a few weeks back. Easy to set up, washes great. Just need to remember to turn temp off to avoid using heat as it heats internally and the rpm of 1400 makes towels less fluffy. Overall a great washing machine and really happy. Also, appliances online was really easy and helpful.

Unfortunately this machine has fallen apart under 5 years old and too expensive to repair. What a waste, such a shame as i never had a problem until one cycle it just died and the seal broke into a million pieces and the drum came loose and bearings apparently fell off

Love this machine! I am always using the add door feature with a family that like to leave a sock or single here and there. So quiet too! Sometimes I have to go check if I had pressed start. Also less time running the dryer since the spin cycle is so efficient.

Love my washing machine easy quiet good wash love the 15 min cycle .. there is a fair amount if water left around door rubbers not sure if that's a problem or just how front loaders are but I love it.. the finish cycle alarm could be louder but no problems..

While designed and constructed quite well, it is clear from the metal fatigue around the stress fracture, that catastrophic failure is most likely a design feature. These washing machines are engineered to fail shortly after the mandated warranty period.

Great machine for cleaning heavy farm clothing. Very quite. Easy on the laundry powder and water. Love the 15 minute wash. This cycle even gets the heavy dirty farm clothing clean. Looks good and fit any decor. I.e laundry or kitchen. Highly recommend.

Have had this machine for about a month, first time with a front loader. Absolutely LOVE the Add Wash function which is what attracted to me to the product to begin with , with 3 kids and clothes randomly showing up everywhere I use it all the time. It looks good and has lots of different functions I just have to go to the manual a bit as still figuring them all out. 15 minute wash is perfect for small loads that are only slightly soiled. Love the little song when it’s done as I quite often forget it’s on its so quiet, however there has been a few times when the spin cycle has been noisy but it may have just been me overloading the machine as will generally do this when I have a load of towels in so quite heavy. Only other kind of negative is that sometimes the clothes feel like they’ve been washed with hard water and I’ve never used fabric softener in my life but might try and see if this makes a difference. But cleans the clothes very well. So overall I love it after a month of use, hard to say what it will be like in the long term but time will tell.

We bought it around about a month ago. It is a very solid machine, love to addwash feature. Only thing is that it does make some noise.

Runs fantastic, only issue is washing powder is not fully sucking in. When I check the tray after wash, I see part of the portion left.
