This dishwasher is beautiful! The look is super sleek and clean. I enjoy that the buttons on on the top side of the washer so that they cannot be messed with while the dishwasher is in us. The door closes with ease, almost like there is a magnet helping keep the door closed, creating the perfect seal so no water can escape! The slats between the dishes are quite close to each other, which does not help when you have deep dishes, but the amount of room is great! The silverware holder can come out and holds a ton of silverware. The top rack can hold super tall glasses and coffee cups, which I love! The best thing about this dishwasher is it is super quiet and efficient. All my dishes come out clean!

The dishwasher has a few setting to choose from, so there are plenty of options. The auto release door dry function that makes the door open automatically at the end of wash cycle significantly improves drying performance and time. The dishwasher is very quiet when in use, which my family loves as we spend a lot of time in the kitchen. Because of the fingerprint resistant surface, the dishwasher stays clean, even after my kids load the dishes. I like how it looks and overall am extremely pleased with it.

I bought it a month or so ago, I really don't like it all. All the dishes are wet which is just crap, yes I use a rinsing agent but I never had to keep the door cracked one whole hour after. Samsumg you are very wrong for this. I have had several other models and never had these instructions. I wish I would have stuck with my whirlpool. Plus the bottom loading tray is a bad design, can't fit thicker plates in to make most of the space. Bad bad, trust me pass on this one, this price is alluring but honestly with this machne you get what you pay for. I will replace back with my whirlpool and donate this one to charity.

I purchase on 1/12/25. Recently the dishwasher fell and stripped the screws out of the cabinet sides. The adjustable legs came all the way through and there were no threads left on the base. I had a repair technician come out and they said there was "physical damage". They called samsung and samsung said there was nothing they could do. I see a review from Steve for this product 7 months ago above where he complains of the same thing. Clearly its a design flaw. Samsung is refusing to do anything to replace it or fix it even under warranty. Samsung is a garbage company. Don't ever buy anything from them. I guess their dishwashers aren't made to support the weight of dishes.

I had the dw80m3021us dishwasher. Thank god I ran it when I was home or there is a good chance I wouldn’t have a house. All of a sudden my house was filled with smoke, the dishwasher wouldn’t turn off when I opened the door, or pressed the power button. I had to turn it off on my electrical panel. When I called Samsung, they didn’t care! They continued to tell me well without any noticeable physical damage we can’t do anything. It’s out of warranty. When I told them it had rust on the outside I was told, well you should have called while it was under warranty. Obviously this didn’t appear in their sad one year warranty offered or I would have called. I have children and animals in my house and if I had ran it while I wasn’t home this could have been a very bad situation and all they could continue to tell me is that it isn’t under warranty. This shouldn’t happen after 3.5 years, nor should it ever happen. I understand dishwashers and other appliances breaking down but filling my whole house with smoke and the customer service representative not caring or willing to even transfer my call to management is unacceptable. I will never buy another Samsung product.

I haven't had issues with it, doesn't make too much noise, I will say that the way you have to lay the plates and stuff is kind of weird or sometimes you need to adjust the plates so it doesn't hit the interior fan. It gets most of the food and dirt off with the exception of really sticky food. Oh! I will also say that the top rack isn't sturdy or strong. where the wheel is came broken. It was passed the return limit so I couldn't return it. I will say getting a dishwasher instead of another cabinet is totally worth it and was around the same price anyways, so in terms of flexibility and capacity it works. Wish it has some smart things integerated to it to be notified when my dishes are done.

My old dishwasher didn’t clean very good, left a lot of residue, would never dry all the way. But this one runs quiet and cleans so good!! I also like that you can put tall glasses and larger dishes without having to do abunch of rearranging. When I need clean dishes quickly which is a lot with little kids who use up a lot of dishes I need, the one-hour wash is perfect. The stainless interior feels sturdy and is easy to clean. Everything comes out dry, smelling good, & clean.

Quietness would rank in middle….can hear running but not distractedly so… Only issue is touch controls a bit cumbersome when open door mid-cycle, generally strive to not open midcycle or if do so usually start cycle over….if not for this would have rated a “5”

I am not a big fan of wasting water and rinsing off dishes before they go in the dishwasher. Thank goodness that I no longer have to with this baby. I just load it on up, throw it in the dishwasher pod, and await perfection! In such a short amount of time, and with peaceful quietness, my dishes are pristine and ready to use in a flash! My only complaint is I wish the rack dividers were a bit wider. The dishwasher seals with ease and is a breeze to operate! Cheers to another amazing Samsung product!

I have had some issues with water collecting in the bottom and the dishes being wet after a cycle. I love the extra space in the silverware holder and that the top rack has places to put larger utensils. I also love that the buttons are on top of the door instead of the front because of my small children. It is also super quiet when it’s running which is nice. Running a load during nap time if the kids fall asleep in the living room is no issue.

Cleans easily leaving no prints or streaks. So far I've only tried the regular wash and dry cycle. The unit is quiet and beeps when complete. I'm looking forward to trying other cycles and using the adjustable rack. The unit opens and closes easily with very little effort. Start and cycle buttoms light up when pressed. This dishwasher gives my kitchen a fancy upgrade without breaking the bank..

This Dishwasher is one of the worst! Leaked the first time of use, leveled, and set right to the directions, samsung told the tech that was out to look at it, they needed to find a crack as that could be it, there is nothing, the seals are just not correct. Do not buy it will flood your basement and wreck things, and they will not pay for any damages to your home, they will also not replace if there is not a visiable crack and its leaking somewhere that no one can figure out, i am stuck with a leaking diswaher.

I have never before seen such rack placement and angles. This dishwasher is a frustrating nightmare to load, seems incredibly small and is just overall underwhelming. The lower rack barely fits our plates and the placement of spokes on both the top and bottom racks leave unusable or difficult to use space. Why even build something like this? I hate everything about it, from the silverware bin, to whatever that thing in the left corner is, to the "buttons", to the chime. I absolutely hate this thing.

It ended up being an upgrade compared to our previous one. We've had it for over a year now, and it's been used 1-2 times a day. It's faster and quieter than our old one. I like how low the top shelf is so you can put bigger things in the top rack, and even pots put up there still get cleaned well. With how well it works, so far it's been a great value!

The three points for washing really ensure every spot on every dish gets cleaned. We have not found any spots on any dishes. The capacity is very large and fits multiple days worth of dishes as well as larger size dishes with no issues. The outside has looked great from day one, with no fingerprint marks. The express cycle is very useful and still maintains the full cleaning power we want.

3rd time having to get it repaired within a year and i use it once a week. The service at samsung is mixed. One wont help ..but another person might . I called a number that was given to me and was on hold for over an hour. I finally hung up. The dishwasher blinks on normal and beeps continually. You have to unplug it. The service guy said everything is plastic and causes it to break easy. Cheap made i suppose. Lennar builders put this in the new homes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this dishwasher that came installed in my home by the builder. Overall, it’s been good and runs pretty quiet, which I really like. From my experience, the racks feel a bit tight. They work fine for small to medium dishes, but it can get a little tricky when trying to fit larger pots or plates. It has two racks, which is okay, though I know some of the newer models now come with a third rack that would be nice to have. I also feel like there’s limited adjustment for rack height, so you don’t have a lot of flexibility when loading bigger items. Another thing I noticed is the delay start only works in 3-hour increments, which feels a bit limiting. That said, it does the job well and I don’t really have any major complaints. It’s a solid dishwasher for everyday use, but I do find myself wishing it had a bit more space and flexibility.

Its cleaning performance has out matched what we had before in every aspect of either the cleaning of glassware, cookware or everyday dishes, and its drying cycle has been very reliable without leaving the white water spots or any residue. The interior is also spacios enough for us to load efficiently, and the racks also felt sturdy. Also, its fingerprint resistant stainless steel finish stands out in the kitchen as it gives a very clean look. The controls are also very intuitive and the build quality felt very premium, and overall i can say that its gives a very perfect balance between power, efficiency, and design. A well deserved upgrade which is quiet, dependable and premium.

I will never by another Samsung appliance in my life. This dishwasher is the second Samsung dishwasher that we have had break on us in less than 4 years. The dishwasher was never great, the cycles took forever and the dishes never seemed to come out completely clean. Our current dishwasher stopped running completely out of the blue. It would fill with water and then flash an error code that said it was sensing a leak and then wouldn't drain. The dishwasher and it's parts have been completely combed through by a professional and no leak was found. They were also unable to determine why the dishwasher will no longer run. Our entire house was furnished with Samsung appliances when we bought it and we have now had to replace the dishwasher twice and have the circuit board on the oven replaced in under 5 years. I would never recommend a Samsung appliance to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is definitely not my favorite dishwasher. If I could go back in time, I would buy a different one. The performance leaves much to be desired, I have used the platinum dishwasher tabs with every dishwasher I have ever had and this one manages to leave residue behind on my plastic cups for some reason. The container that holds the drying aid broke within the first month, it has a tab that catches on to the top basket during the cycle and eventually snapped off you can hear the basket tapping on the plastic piece during the cycle. Overall it's okay I guess, it gets the job done. I had to raise the front up just a tiny bit more than level so the basket would stop hitting the rinse aid container during the wash. You cannot put any long knives or mixing spoons in the bittom utensil baskets they must go on the top rack laying sideways or they will hit the water blade.

I've had this dishwasher since March - wanted to replace old one (which still worked) with a better . make and model to match other appliances. Worst thing I could've done! This dishwasher does NOT clean thoroughly, does not dry at all and cycles are very long. Don't leave dishes in too long because it will start to smell which makes me think the drainage/rinse doesn't work well either. SO DISAPPOINTED!

It actually is finger print resistant. Cleans dishes very well. The not so good. It is not as spacious in the inside as you would think for a dishwasher at this price. In addition there is no third rack and the top rack while states is “adjustable” it doesn’t seem to offer the same space as my previous. While it is designed as an under counter dishwasher, the touch controls should be on the front and not so hard to press. Lastly there should be some kind of display indicating whether or not the inside is clean. I know I am sounding picky, and the quality is very nice. For the price of the dishwasher I just expected more. As far as the actual campaign, I am grateful for it. We were able to save a bunch of money on a decent dishwasher. Install went great and I am satisfied with the campaign

This dishwasher only lasted a year and a half. Just past the 1 year warranty. It’s collecting water in the bottom and leaking onto the floor in some cases. I can understand if these issues come up around 5+ years with a product of this caliber, but just past the 1 year warranty is poor performance and workmanship. I’ll be going to a different brand.

Dishwasher looks great. And that's the best I can say. It sounds like a commercial jet is taking off inside my house. Sometimes the dishes come clean, but not always. Very disappointing given the image that Samsung is trying to cultivate for themselves. We bought a Blomberg for our last house which was the same price, but MUCH better!!!

We had this Samsung dishwasher 2 months and have decided to move on. Doesn’t dry, the drain doesn’t always work ( yes, we’ve checked the screen after every wash ) I do not recommend this machine and as mentioned we moved on, taking the loss, and bought another brand the same as our older DW which lasted 9 years.

They only way you can tell that it is finished is that you don't hear anything running. I have opened the door only to see it is not finished so I close it as soon as i can.

There is not a quick rinse cycle on this dishwasher. If you live by yourself, you're not washing a load of dishes every day. It might take a few days to fill that dishwasher. It would be nice to be able to rinse them between washing them a couple days later.

Avoid this dishwasher at all costs. After 2 years it is leaking from the motor and blinking a flashing ‘normal’ light. Samsung customer service is no help, as their warranty is conveniently only 12 months. Save your money and frustration, shop elsewhere.

We typically run it in the evening after dinner and the kids are in bed. So that's the last thing we do before we retire for the evening and head to bed ourselves. Our bedroom is adjacent to the kitchen, and with our old one, we couldn't run it at night because it would keep us awake. Not this one. I've even got up to see if it was running, when we first got it, but everything comes out so clean and sparkling! The capacity is perfect for our family. We can put an entire day's worth of dishes, pots, pans, glasses, silverware, everything in it and it works beautifully! There's no leftover residue on the interior when it's finished, it's flexible enough for a small load or a complete house party and the dishes always come out perfect! Even the fingerprint resistance is remarkable. With a couple small children in the house, everything gets smudges, but this is still as shiny and sparkling as it was when it was brand new! I absolutely love it!

The dishes come out squeaky clean, no matter which program I choose. The number of programs to choose offers options for all types of situations and lets me adapt my cycle depending on what (and how fast) I need done. 2. Looks. The dishwasher looks great in my kitchen. The stainless steel color matches my other Samsung appliances. The coating on the dishwasher door is fingerprint-proof, so it stays clean for the most part. 3. Adjustability. I like that I can adapt the rack to my needs - I have a few tall pans that normally would not fit in a dishwasher. With this one, I ca move the rack up or down, depending what is required. 4. We can talk in the kitchen! The dishwasher is quiet enough that we are able to have conversation while preparing or eating meals in the kitchen. 5. The door opens with ease. My previous dishwasher had a heavy door that had to be pushed and pulled in order to get it opened. This one works smooth and with ease. Overall, I would recommend this Samsung dishwasher to anyone.
