It is a cinch to clean and keep your clothes smelling fabulous. There are so many cycles to choose from to effectively clean your clothes depending on what type of clothing or articles you may be washing. It has a large capacity and I can fit a King size comforter in it and it comes out looking and smelling clean. An extra added bonus is the WI FI capabilities to use this machine anytime you need. Overall I highly recommend this Samsung washing machine, you will wish you had purchased it earlier.

It holds a ton of clothes—I can finally fit our king comforter in there without the machine shaking like crazy—and it’s super quiet. I actually love the smart features too, because it sends a text to my phone when its done so I dont forget the laundry. Only real complaints are that the control panel is super sensitive (Ive paused it by accident just leaning against it) and you gotta leave the door cracked so it doesnt get that weird front-loader smell. But overall, it looks great and saves us a ton of time on weekends. Definitely recommend if your looking for an upgrade!

I have 2 large dogs and I have to constantly wash their blankets (and ours) and having the larger capacity definitely helps. Being able to wash (and dry) on the steam sanitize is amazing because it works so much better at killing germs and odors than chemicals do. I love how you can connect "Alexa" to the washer and dryer and she will tell you when your wash is done so no more guessing...you can also get a text and or a notification on your compatible TV, amazing. Very satisfied with my purchase and would do it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer has so many great features. The superspeed wash lets me run a quick load anytime, so I can keep up on my laundry needs. My 8 year old even runs a load every day or so to keep up her laundry - the washer is so easy to use. The steam feature lets me clean out the tough stains as well as run some delicates that dont need a rough washing. Having the washer connected to wifi lets me link it to the SmartThings app so i get notifications when a load is done or when the washer needs to be cleaned. The shallower depth let the washer fit easily into my laundry room but did not take away from the capacity. I can still run large and heavy loads.

I am disappointed in this washer to be honest. I expect better from Samsung; I have all Samsung appliances and am very happy overall. The issue with this washer is that they made the programming overly complicated and relying on a phone app. In the previous version of this washer I could set a “my cycle” setting on the machine. Now it requires an app that is very difficult to use and I discovered that does not support custom cycles in my region. So a simple feature and I lose it because of the app requirement. Forcing customers to manage a washing machine through an app is ridiculous and unnecessary. It does not make for a better customer experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best part is the Super Speed Wash. Its really fast, about 30 minutes, and still gets clothes clean! Super convenient when you’re busy or just don’t want to spend all day doing laundry. Also holds a lot of clothes, so I can do fewer loads. The “smart” features are actually useful. I can start or check the washer from my phone, which is nice if I forget about a load. On the downside, it doesn’t use a lot of water, so you have to be careful not to overload it or use too much detergent, or your clothes might not come out as fresh. Also, you have to leave the door open after using it and clean it sometimes, or it can start to smell.

The washing machine and dryer ran perfectly over the Internet and give us notifications whenever it started done and what was happening. We also liked that room in the tumblers for the washer and dryer is sufficient for a big load, including blankets or towels plus the way they look real eloquent and nice and match our decor of our house. We really like the way they were efficient and saved water when they were when it was running the washing machine in the dryer was not loud. You didn’t have to worry about hearing it down the hallway or waking you up when you rented at night to do your final load before you go to bed.

Samsung are by far the worst appliances that exist. We bought a new home back in 2021. The home was just one year old and all the appliances are Samsung. This year (exactly on the 6th year of the appliances, just shy of the extended warranty deadline ) we had our fridge broken down beyond repair. Our Stove has serious problems where if we build water or any thing that produces steam in the back burners the panel and oven completely stops working. And now the latest is our washer that started leaking, and also has balance problems, where the entire house shakes when we are doing even the small load. Samsung appliances never again.

Best feature is they clean clothes great, washer is so quiet and with the wifi they let me know when the wash is over- a feature I did not think I’d use but now absolutely love it. Also let’s me know when someone else is using them. Also being stacked I expected them to move while in use but they don’t . I highly recommend. Everytime I go downstairs I smile when I see them. The design is beautiful and they appear more compact leaving me more room which I like. I like how much capacity they have. Very impressed over all!

Honestly, this washing machine fits a bunch. I feel like it looks like when I was gonna buy it. It wouldn’t connect to a phone, but I realize that this is more smarter than I thought. This is a really good washing machine. The washing times are not too slow, but it is pretty fast like 45 to an hour washing. It is efficient when using water. It cleans a lot and it Makes things spotless and the thing is I’m not losing any money or actually not as much money because when I got this a couple years ago and replaced it with my Old basic one I am saving a bunch of money in the water. This is the reason why you should get this machine!

I don't think I have ever gone out of my way to leave a review before. I am on my second washer in about 3 years (warrant replacement) the first unit broke in less than 9 months with a cracked counter weight on the front. I contributed this failure to a large load on a high spin cycle. The second unit just broke Christmas morning due to a bolt steering off that holds the counter weight on. There were only 4 hand towles inside. This is obviously a manufacturer issue and should be recalled in my opinion. This until is awful you will be lucky to make it past two years with regular use. Save your money and purchase another brand.

Im purchase this product. Im purchase de washer and dryer electric. Four months later of purchase the Asher are complete damage in all function. Is inappropriate and inaceptable this situation. Im not recommended this for any reason. The warranty not responding appropriately. It's necessary change all parts of the washer Machin except the box. It change everything parts of the washer. Not waste your money, not waste your time with this product. The dryer is not different is bad very bad situation. The dryer not dry the clothes, and not function the dryer sensor and the temperature sensor. It's extremely bad purchase.

With this Samsung 6300 Series super speed washer, I have to go into the laundry room to be sure it is still running. The speed in which it washes is amazing too. So fast. So many speeds and options for all my items including bedding, towels, delicates. The controls couldn’t be easier. The drum is huge. Can take the smallest to the biggest load. The front loader makes it easy for us short people to reach the back of the load. No more tippy toes. You can connect to your wi fi for hands off control. This really could not be easier. I highly recommend.

It is noticeably smaller, but can certainly wash a decent amount of items. Cycles: has standard cycles. Does not have an option for using extra water - a favorite feature of our last machine Design: super modern. Sleek. Cool Performance: I’ve used it a few times now and it seems to wash clothes well. I like being able to use up to 5 rinse cycles. Technology: I don’t know why a washing machine needs an ap. Thenap adds very little to the product other than the “downloaded” program button

Great washing machine! Cleans clothes quickly and efficiently. Quick cycle is only about 40 minutes and cleans a large cycle of clothes. There's also longer and hotter cycles for dirtier things such as towels or bedsheets and has a steam sanitize mode. Great for Airbnb or other heavy users that need to make sure things are clean. Don't forget to self clean your machine every two months or after 40 to 45 cycles or so. Front loaders use less water than top loaders and less soap as well. The machine will tell you when it needs to be cleaned; as it is Wi-Fi connected and has a phone app that you can follow along with.

I like Samsung products and i was happy with my purchase but the problem is the when I wash the soap or softener stays on the side of the door and it doesn’t wash like I was thinking it would also it does not spin good , when the cycle is done and I want to put it in the dryer is still really wet so I wish Samsung would provide help with this issue or exchange for a better one , this product is expensive and to not be able to be happy after used is not fair for the customer

Simple things like the heigh of the washer is perfect for me (5’9”) because it doesn’t require bending or reach too much. I have two indoor labs and hair gets on every piece of clothing, but as long as I maintain the dryer and I occasionally clean the washer, the hair rarely makes it way into the clean clothes. I love that it can handle larger loads, like my washable rugs, and the delicate cycle has so many options. I’m enjoying these machines and hope to continue to try other features like the dryer rack for things like tennis shoes.

After owning my Samsung washing machine for 6 years, the clothes began to smell. After thoroughly cleaning the machine it persisted. One cycle we heard some strange noise coming from the machine at the end of the spin cycle. When I stopped the cycle I smelt smoke. I opened the door to check and a plume of smoke came out from the drum. Our smoke alarms went off and we had to toss cold water into the drum. It turns out the drum was rubbing against the silicone seal and was melting and on the verge of igniting. called Samsung and they said there is nothing to do as it’s out of the warranty period. They almost caused a fire in my house and they won’t even fix the machine.

i purchased a 4.5 large capacity front load washer on june 19th at a big box store. it was finally delivered on july3rd but because they do not install i was not able to use until july4th and it has been a shake rattle and roll ever since. loud noise, shaking enough that it moves the books and knick-knacks on shelves on the other side of the wall. i called customer service and was told because it was delivered with 2 dents(and the big box store credited my account for a small amount) that the dents voided any warranty. it is a piece of junk!!!! i keep using it because i have to! plus my clothes all have a musty smell to them. never again will i purchase anything samsung!!!!

Adding all of the extra Steam based options in as well makes it even more of a value proposition. While a little confusing at first to program a wash without the app, that confusion goes away with familiarity. I can't stress enough that while you do NOT need the Smart Things App to enjoy this product, the functionality and flexibility you get with the app is awesome. Life Cycle Management and product information is readily available along with energy monitoring and being able to fine tune your laundry settings. A FANTASTIC system!

Setting up the washer to the smartthings app was a little tricky at first but after a few tries, it finally connected. I love being able to check the app to see the time left for the washer as well as being able to pre-set a wash with specific settings via the app. I am definitely not used to this much technology for a washer machine. I am still learning the many different options available in the app, but I would absolutely recommend this washer to my family and friends!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the samsung series 6300 washer and dryer is outstanding! i had a frigidaire and it had good options and got the job done, but this front load washer is epic! options i wanted and options i didn't know i needed! the sanitize option is amazing! the cycles are faster than any washer i've ever owned. the washer is super quiet. i've loved everything about it. we have also saved quite a bit on our water bill. we have a family of 7 (4 are teenagers) and dad is a first responder, we have lots of dirty clothes. our washer/dryer tends to be used daily. the sanitize option has made me so much more confident that my clothes are clean. both washer and dryer have a capacity for super big loads!

The old one had developed a constant banging noise through pretty much all of the cycle. The new washer has noises in transitionary speeds that are significantly, much louder than our old washer. So loud in fact, that it frightens my kids on another floor of our home! The machine is leveled, left to right, back to front. It literally sounds like a machine gun going off at times. We will have to contact Samsung to get a service person out. I am sure we will be told this is normal. So disappointed, i would prefer to have our old set back...as noisy as they were. I never would have imagined a washer could be this loud. Stunning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've been using the washing machine for about two weeks, and overall it has been fine, but I have two issues that result in the deducted stars: (1) The door is a bit awkward to close. I don't really know how to describe it, other than it is not a satisfying close, we often have to lean into it or open it and try again. (2) on several occasions, we have set the washer on, and have come back to it having turned off, with the clothes slightly damp but not washed. We will continue to use it longer to see if they're just initial kinks, if there's any user error on our end, or if the machine just has those frustrating features. Otherwise, the buttons are helpful and seems to wash fine.

I did have to read back about the shipping bolts almost left them in for good cord management, but i did take them out and put caps in. Read the instructions dont try and be a know it all. LOL. I ike the ice cream truck melody when the washer or dryer stops. The smart home connects is nice, it lets you know when cycles are completed if you have to step out. Dont know about using the app to actually set up laundry cycles, really dont i have ever loading machine and programmed it complete later. The Steam feature for the washer & dryer is absolutely great, it is a must have.

i have this Samsung washer coming up on 3 months now. i would not recommend purchasing at all! I can't return, but i hope no one else gets stuck with it. it's a pretty machine, yes, and i thought would be good technology, but i am utterly disappointed in it's function. Clothing does not come out looking or smelling clean. The powder dispenser always stays stuck with detergent, no matter how little i put. You can't "lock" the machine wants it starts and i i by mistake move next to it, it messes with the cycle. I'm just really frustrated and I wouldn't want anyone else to stay stuck with it.

Honestly I would not have purchased another Samsung product had I not wanted it to match color and pedestal of my Dryer which hasn't failed yet. In my experience Samsung appliances have proven to have a high failure rate and poor build Quality. The Samsung washer I replaced was only 7 years old and had to be repaired 3 times previously do to broken wires on thermister temperature sensor. The motor finally died causing in not to spin anymore. The spider brackets are known weak points. Your refrigerators have a horrible reliability history

The one thing that stood out the most for me about this washer is that it really is a stress free, peace of mind product. The reason I say this is firstly the noise and vibrations are significantly reduced as opposed to other loud machines. It has multiple innovative features like wifi connectivity to monitor and control your washing via the app. It is very roomy and able to wash through big loads of clothes in one cycle. It has a steam wash function. This eliminates stains conveniently without the need to pre-treat stained clothes. It has a self clean feature and other amenities that help keep your washing machine fresh. 100% Recommended if you are looking for a good, durable washing machine.

Before, it would take a load of laundry sometimes hours to process! With this model, it seemed like I could put on a load, turn around and it was already done! I have never gotten so much laundry done so quickly. Everything comes out smelling amazing and the variety of settings are easy to use and not at all overwhelming. My only setback is that I don't really get the point of the app that goes with it, but that's likely user error and not an app issue!

Washer and Dryer look super modern, were a breeze to install and overall do an amazing job so far. Love the Wifi connectivity, although setting up a second user is little counterintuitive. Unit looks very modern and has many great features. Love the Quick wash - 28 minutes. All my appliances are now new Samsung Smart units, which makes me feel like I live in the sci fi future =). Now just need to add a samsung smart tv, so the notifications pop up on screen if Im watching something. My fiance loves it too.

The capacity is unbelievable. What I used to use for three loads on a typical washing machine, now gets done with one. I control the cycle time to fit my needs. I adjust for more rinsing or longer spin and if my work uniforms are really dirty, I can adjust for longer washing. The best part is connecting my washer and dryer to the to the Samsung Smart Things App. This monitors my appliances in real time. When I'm folding my clothes and putting everything away, l am always impressed with how all my things still look brand new. My Samsung Washer and Dryer take great care of my laundry. And ...my water bill is lower. If you're looking into buying a new washer and dryer, look no further, Samsung is the choice.

The SmartThings app is super handy; I get a ping on my phone when the cycle’s done, which saves me from finding soggy clothes two days later (again). It’s surprisingly quiet too, which is nice… until I forget it’s even running. My only gripe? The rubber gasket around the door needs frequent wiping or it starts smelling funky. I bought this less than a year ago and the seal in front broke with normal use. I called Samsung and they refused to change it under warranty. Labour and material cost is around $600 for that seal. I would not recommend this product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my 20 y/o traditional washer and I'm really impressed at how much better it works. It uses very little water compared to my old washer. The washer automatically adjusts to the load and the clothes come out unusally clean, much cleaner than with the old washer. The electronic controls take some time to learn but it's got a lot of options. The Koreans love appliances with jingles and this washer definitely has them. I don't have much use for the connectivity with my phone, which surprised me when my Samsung phone asked if it could join with the washer. It was weird.

I particularly like the size it fits my comforters without any issues. Also love the soap dispenser it is very convenient, I fill it up once ever so often and it disperses soap for all my washes. (There’s a way to set how much soap to disperse) This washer also has an amazing steam feature that leaves clothes smelling clean. Overall this is an amazing washer with a tremendous warranty that I’ll likely never need!!

I’ve been using this Samsung washer for a while, and it’s decent overall. The connectivity features work but are fairly basic, so I’d rate them average. Wash performance is acceptable, with average stain removal on everyday clothes. The wash cycles tend to be quite long, which can be inconvenient. While the large capacity is great for handling bigger loads, the water efficiency could be better as it seems to use more water than expected. Overall, it’s a reliable washer, but there is definitely room for improvement in cycle time, stain removal, and water efficiency.

It's always done a good job at cleaning my colors, though I'm not too sure on the whites. Granted, I do sweat a lot. The speed of the washer is interesting, but I think that varies with weight as well. Having the Smarthings app definitely helps with being able to track how long my wash is gonna be, so I can anticipate when I should stop doing one task to move things into my dryer. Other than that, I seldom use the app to program cycles.

We have replaced our Samsung washer and dryer after 10 years. Now we're having issues with the new Samsung washer and it's only 1-1/2 years old. Samsung will not honour anything and now we're on the hook to pay to have an almost brand new machine fixed through an independent appliance store. I also bought a Samsung fridge and it stopped making ice after changing to genuine Samsung filters. Same thing, less than a couple of years old and we're on the hook to fix that too. This is how Samsung treats loyal customers. I won't buy again anything Samsung makes again.

I'm very glad I received the Samsung washer ! it is a great addition to my family . ps: the only downside I noticed was when I washed my comforters and sheets, I used the "bedding" option and it kept saying 10 minutes to finish" it never finished!! i had to stop it manually because it wouldn't finish the cycle with the bedding option. I'm not sure why.

It is very fast, gets my cloths clean, has many settings and is easily controlled by my Galaxy Fold 7, Samsung Chromebook and Galaxy Watch 8 Classic, It pairs easily and I can control all settings from my phone and I get notifications when my laundry is finished also. It is great with the ecosystem that Samsung has.I have the washer, dryer, range, microwave, dishwasher and several Samsung mobile and wear devices as well as the Bud pro 4. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first thought on this thing I purchased once I got it home was just how much more clothing I can get in it than I once did with my old washer and I'm just a much bigger fan of the front-loading models. I am forgetful, so that it connects to my phone helps a lot too. I haven't had too much cause for stain removal efficiency yet, but I will say that it seems like this machine goes through it's places just a bit faster than your average appliance. The water usage was very reasonable as well, I thought. I did notice a small difference in my utility bill.

The washer has many options for easy and quick start. Very quite and you don't even know it is working. Does not vibrate like others have during spin cylce.and clothes come out clean and almost dry. I like that I have the option to stack machines. The dryer also has many options for drying. Extremely quite and clothes come out wrinkle free. I have only tried using regular cylces. Have to try the delicate and quick wash soon.

I absolutely love every single feature-especially the notification to my cell that the load is done! It’s champagne colored with black accents so it looks super sleek and fancy! I would give 4.5 stars for 2 reasons: the return hose (dirty water) was not long enough and it turned into a disaster trying to find something that fits, I eventually created something that worked. The second is the machine shakes a lot sometimes, I had to put something underneath it to try and control the shaking.

I like all the cycle settings. I can actually connect to SmartThings with this one versus my old one wasn’t really anything you could connect to. It works pretty good. You need to make sure the balance is right on all the feet I think the only downside for me is eating to leave the door open more often and the detergent tray open more often to let it dry out and not get moldy overtime, but that’s just good practice anyway.

This is the SECOND Samsung washer I have purchased in 1 year. The first one which I purchased from a big box store knocked and rattled so much during the rinse and spin cycle, they finally agreed to replace it. I got the second unit directly from Samsung.com in June 2023. Now, only 2 months later, the second washer is doing the SAME THING. I can't even wash clothes while on a Zoom call in my home office with both the laundry room and home office door closed because it sounds like a freight train is coming through my home. I'm beyond frustrated!!

I did my research and talked to several people for recommendations. Decided on the Samsung based on the reviews I read online and recommendation from people that own Samsung appliances. The washer and dryer are a great size for us. We hooked everything up ourselves no issues with hooking up the washer. My laundry shares a wall with our bedroom and there is minimal noise. Also love the simplicity of the control panel. So far I am loving it.

Bought the samsung WF45N6300A (a previous version) about 4 years ago. 1 year and 1 month later, a month after my warranty had expired, the control board died and needed to be replaced. It was a $500 fix for parts and labour. 2 years later, and I’m having a control board issue again. The only solution for this is to replace the control board again apparently. So in 4 years of ownership, I will have spent more that the original price of purchase on repairs. Washer is fine when it works, but maintenance costs are absurd. I would expect at least 5 years of service. The matching dryer has had multiple power relay issues, which I was thankfully able to fix myself. Dishwasher I purchased at the same time lasted 1.5 years. Absolute garbage.

It’s quiet and I love being able to be notified on my phone when my load is done that way I don’t spend hours on in doodling around honestly would recommend buying it I just recently bought the dryer but waiting for install and everything and I’ll post to review after I use it a couple of times the capacity is great for what I need and the cycles are awesome and match what I would want to use in a washing machine having the app to set the washer up is great.

The large drum makes it easier to handle bigger loads, including bedding and towels, and it runs much quieter than we expected. The wash cycles are more efficient then I've used in the past, and clothes consistently come out clean and don't have to cycle thru 2x. We also appreciate the SmartThings features and the time saving Super Speed cycle. The only thing to keep in mind is the regular maintenance that comes with any front load washer, like wiping the gasket and leaving the door open between loads. But that's for my boyfriend's to look after. Overall, we've been very happy with it and I love to do laundry when I stay the night and would definitely recommend it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Darn good washer and dryer combo couldn't ask for nothing better I wouldn't know what that would be because it with everything and I do mean everything a person could possibly need their laundry purposes it is fast blonde friendly and amazingly quiet I am I am so overly thrilled and off the top Lee excited worried about the capacity many items would fit and if it would clean things good if I put a king size comforter in there it connected to my regular ports and plugs and was quiet as can be very fast loads get some done before you know it.

Very good washer The different availabilities that it has and the amount of laundry in which it can hold is definitely a plus. It washes clothes thoroughly remove stains effectively and doesn't seem to consume as much electricity or water as other brands do. It is easy to maintain and small repairs such as the door seal are easily fixed with at-home methods. The ability to control things with a smart home app is a major plus too The enormous amount of different cycles and the amount of custom ability that there is is hands down beneficial.

We have had this washer for. Several years now, and it has worked consistently, through long cycles and hard use. It cleans well without drama, which is what you want your washer to do. Second, the washer is efficient. We wash multiple cycles throughout the week, and this washer uses minimal detergent while getting the cleaning done right the first time. Finally, the connectivity is great. It is nice to get notifications on your phone or TV when cycles are completed, and the syncing between the washer and dryer is very convenient. All in all, this washer just works well. Great capacity and reliable.

We love the High-efficiency (water- and energy-saving) of the machine and the LARGE capacity of the barrel. We can wash a comforter or blanket in the convenience of our own home instead of going to a laundrymat for larger capacity. The cycle length is good although sometimes the timer stays on 11 minutes for spin mode for about 20-25 mins so it’s hard to actually gage when the cycle is complete. Overall we love our new washer and recommend it. Also the champagne color is beautiful

My clothes are washed fast, smells clean, uses less soap, less water, less noise. I can't say enough about this machine. I have needed a new one for a long time. I love the color, the lights, everything. It works so smoothly, My machine did have a few little scratches and tiny tiny ding on it when i unwrapped it,which was a little disappointing.. My clothes smell so good and when i use it my house smells so good from the soap. I like that you can still use the detergent pacs and the fabric softner beads inside the washer with clothes. All the settings have great options ,so i can adjust the way it washes,rinses and drains. I recommend this 100% Enjoy! Drains.

Adjusting to life without an agitator was a bit of a feat, but it does a fantastic job of rinsing and spinning without ever going off balance. My only complaint is the cycle length; most cycles take about an hour, which is longer than I’d like. Doing a few loads ends up taking the whole day. Other than the time commitment, I absolutely love this washer!

We bought this and it was a floor model. We got a good price but no instructions on how to setup. After installing and stacking a dryer on top in a tight space, it would not work properly because we didn't remove the shipping braces. We didn't have the instructions so we didn't know. We called Samsung and the support person was phenomenal. He walked us through the process and even used an app that gave him the ability to see our washer and diagnose the problem. The washer is great and we love the text notifications.

I decided to return to Samsung for my new washer, and after two months, no regrets!!! The washer is very quite, has no house shaken banging and rumbling like my suppossedly "quite drive" LG washer had. Easy to use controls, sharp looking washer that cleans very well! Great feature that it connects to my Samsung watch and phone to let me know when the laundry is done... can also sync with Alexa to announce when laundry is done. No mustty odor from the washer as I have noticed from other front load washers over the years. The steam cycle is great, it cleans thoroughly and the laundry comes out nearly dry! Delivery and setup was excellent! Very happy with the purchase!

i just want to start off with how this washer is one of the best i ever had. the up to date sleek appearance made my dingy, boring basement look like i gave it a makeover. it's has so many user friendly features that are very useful, and has just the right type of settings for all different types of clothing, fabrics and laundry loads. i spend a lot of my time doing laundry so the things i really like about this washer, is the fact that it is energy efficient and it running time is custom to what type of load it is, so you're not wasting time over washing clothes that does not need it. that really helps me fit more loads in during the day. the washer is quiet when it's clean but i like that i can actually hear it when my load is done and ready to be put in the dryer.
