Dein Feedback leiten wir trotzdem weiter. Du merkst auch an, dass du Probleme mit der Fingerabdruckerkennung hast. Prüfe wegen des Fingerabdrucks, ob sich dein Galaxy auf dem neusten Softwarestand befindet. Verwendest du ein dickes Displayschutz-Glas, welches die Funktion des Fingerabdruckscanners negativ beeinflussen könnte? Versuche, ob die Option unter "Einstellungen > Anzeige > Berührungsempfindlichkeit" hilft. Hilft dies nicht, lösche bitte die gescannten Fingerabdrücke und lege sie neu an. Bewege dabei den Finger etwas und nimm dir Zeit bei der Einrichtung. Es kann auch helfen, den selben Finger zweimal anzulegen. So werden mehr Positionen des Fingers registriert. Beachte auch die folgenden Hinweise zur Fingerabdruckerkennung: - Die Fingerabdruckerkennung kann durch Falten oder Narben beeinträchtigt werden. - Möglicherweise erkennt das Gerät Fingerspitzen von kleinen oder dünnen Fingern nicht. - Achte darauf, dass der Bildschirmschutz und der Touchscreen im Bereich des Sensors für die Fingerabdruckerkennung nicht durch Münzen, Schlüssel, Stifte, Halsketten oder andere Gegenstände zerkratzt bzw. beschädigt wird. - Der Bereich um den Sensor für die Fingerabdruckerkennung und deine Finger müssen sauber und trocken sein. - Wenn du den Finger beugst oder nur die Fingerspitze auflegst, erkennt das Gerät die Fingerabdrücke möglicherweise nicht. Drücke mit deiner Fingerspitze so auf den Bildschirm, dass der Bereich zur Fingerabdruckerkennung großflächig bedeckt ist.
