The left hand side lcd display keeps failing, I’m on my 3rd and the drum occasionally leaks from the door. I have a Samsung before this one and loved it, I’m struggling to now get the part. I’m thinking of just cutting my losses and getting a new machine but it definitely won’t be a samsung

I used to have a Samsung washer that was good. It broke recently so we replaced it with the latest model. And i just HATE this new model. It keeps showing the message about "too much suds" and takes forever to get rid of them. I I found out later that it requires HE detergents which I have NEVER heard of. Why is this not clear from the description? It seems that in the UK, detergents are most common as regular, not HE. I am very disappointed.

Best washing machine I have ever used. I love the connectivity and smart things functionality. When the laundry is done, I get a message on my TV. I never thought I needed that in my life, I can never see myself using another washing machine without this. The performance is great. I am impressed by the energy efficiency. Even when it runs longer cycles, it still uses less electricity than my previous washing machine. I appreciate the added capacity. This machine was so impressive, I went out and bought a Samsung tumble dryer. It took a few attempts to set up the smart things connection. Once it was sorted, it has been brilliant.

This machine is both exceptionally quiet and energy efficient. We teamed this up with a series 9 dryer and the way they interact to set the correct drying cycle appropriate to the wash just completed is great. The washer increases or decreases wash/rinse cycles according to the cleanliness of the laundry. Altogether a fantastic machine.

Had this machine for over few years and finally discovered why our dry fits and silky clothes always appear with scratches or runs. The drum tiny holes on some sections are not entirely inverted. When use fingers to rub the the metal cuts. We have to resort to putting our clothes in laundry nets ever since. Overall washing is good. Unfortunately our machine came with such defect and too late for warranty. We can only show how our laundry nets frayed after a few washes.

I wouldn’t recommend this washing machine especially if you live on your own or are an odd no. Household. For example You can’t use the super speed cycle for anything other than underwear and shirts and you have to balance the wash out. You can’t put leggings, hoodies, jumpers in this load and especially not an odd no. Of items. Want to use the bedding cycle, if you’re in a household you can only put 1 in at a time. Most of the cycles will only hold up 2 max 5kg. Denim cycle only has a max hold up to 3kg. Despite the washing machine being a 9kg. There is a total of 3 complete washes that will hold the capacity of this machine. So it makes the other cycles redundant unless you want to do the wash in 2-3 washes. Save yourselves spending the extra money and all the added facilities because unless you have the time to spend the day washing it’s not worth the extra cost. Go for a big standard washing machine!

I love this washing machine. The auto dispensing feature is perfect as I only have to fill the detergent and softener once every 2-3 months. Also the Addwash is a superb feature as I often find a sock I have dropped carrying the washing down the stairs. The motor is extremely quiet and the quick 15 minute wash is perfect for just freshening up lightly used items. I love the Smart features as my house runs on SmartThings so it is handy to have an alert appear on my Samsung 8K TV letting me know the washing cycle is complete (which is handy when im gaming and have my headphones on) as well as Alexa vocally informing me. AAA+ SAMSUNG!!!

I have had my Samsung add wash series 9washing machine for about 3 years now and there hasn’t been any problems or issues or faults it is still going well I like that it has the smart things app so you can monitor it control it from your iPhone and it’s kind of quiet as well I would recommend this washing machine to anyone. Just to mention to all people out there who is thinking of buying a new appliance or any sort of gadgets always plan to get the product on a Monday or Tuesday because you’ll won’t have the issues because when you buy something on a Friday it’s gonna have problems that’s what I’ve experienced and friends and family experienced

Dit is mijn tweede samsung wasmachine. Een stuk stiller en een mooie extra gimmick dat hij Wifi heeft en is te koppelen met je smartphone. Ik heb ook een droger van Samsung. De twee machines zijn te koppelen, waardoor de droger een programma voorstelt op basis van het wasprogramma wat je hebt gebruikt. Veel gebruikte programma's worden automatisch naar voren geschoven in het programma menu. Kortom een behoorlijke upgrade ten opzichte van mijn oude machine. Het was resultaat lijkt prima. Ik moet nog even experimenteren met de hoeveelheid wasmiddel in het menu m.b.t. de autodose functie. Het is in iedergeval fijn dat je ook per wasbeurt wasmiddel kunt toevoegen.

Ongelofelijk wat is de nieuwe wasmachine stil. Doseert zelf wasmiddel en regelt alles zelfstandig. Waar eerst hrt gehele huis kon horen eanneer de oude Miele wasmachine begon te centrifugeren, hoor je bij deze niets. Alleen een vriendelijk.melodietje als hij klaar is. Nu nog de app installeren en ik krijg een berichtje wanneer hij klaar is.

Ik heb deze wasmachine gekocht tijdens de Black Friday 2023 en ben tot nu toe zeer tevreden met de aankoop, zeer goede eerste indruk. Het werkt zoals verwacht, erg stil en de was komt er fris uit. Het is een zeer gebruiksvriendelijke wasmachine. Ook zonder app. Met app krijg je melding wanneer de wasmachine klaar is. Dit vind ik persoonlijk erg handig en bespaart mij tijd met het doen van de was. Er kan snel weer een nieuwe was in. Ook de auto dosering van wasmiddel en wasverzachter is handig. Geen omkijken naar. Ik was bang dat de was dan niet lekker fris zou ruiken, maar dat is niet zo. Je kan het ook bij instellingen dit aanpassen naar je eigen wens. Als hij draait hoor je hem vrijwel niet. Alleen het afpompen van het water hoor je. Niet door de machine, maar het water wat in de afvoer klotst :-)

Well I never thought I could get so excited by a washing machine! I bought this to replace my breathtakingly expensive Miele which repeatedly damaged my clothes and I couldn’t be more pleased. From the auto dosage to wide range of programs to suit every need (shortest 15 minutes- you can choose your temperature and spin speed, bubble soak, stain removal, you name it) the hatch in the door for those forgotten items that you want to pop in once the wash has started. It’s easy to use and almost silent. I am a little in love! This washing machine is fantastic.

So excited to have this amazing washing machine. I have just done my first wash and the 1600 spin is brilliant, the washing has vome out really dry. I love the detergent drawers.fill them up and the machine only takes what it requires. Just check and there is still a lot left for several other washes. My first new machine for 21 years. It's so quiet, doesn't sound like a 747 taking off! Not sure I'm fully 'au-fait' with all the programs yet, but I love the great spin on it & my Smart Meter isn't ramping up the cost, it's very economic. Also love how you just fill the draw with liquid & conditioner & it automatically takes what it needs for the load...brilliant. Oh, & it looks good too! Also bought the matching heat pump dryer, which is also great! They are both a considered purchase, but well worth it.

Supermooi product, erg stil en efficient. Ruuerb poten had ik los er bij besteld voor het trillen maar deze zijn niet nodig de wasmachine zelf is heel rustig. Ik ben er heel blij mee. Er zitten veel opties op dat is even wennen maar de meeste zaken spreken voor zich. Wifi, autodosering en AddWash superhandig allemaal. De handleiding/introductietraining kan misschien vollediger of logischer maar na een poos weet je sowieso hoe het werkt. Enige nadeel is dat de deur naar de verkeerde kant (rechts) open gaat, daar hebben we niet bij stil gestaan maar leek ook nergens expliciet benoemd. Kan de wasmachine verder niets aan doen.

This is the worst washer ever! It is so 'smart' that you have to beg it to wash. Every program takes at least double time than it shows on display. It has to be cleaned after every second washing otherwise it will stop in the middle of the washing program and turn it off, so you dont know if it is finished or not, unless you are checking on the washer while it works. We bought it 1,5 year ago and we already did one service. It didnt suceed to wash 1 time without complications. Choose any other.

Als je wasmachine er mee stopt met twee kleine kinderen is het overleven tot de nieuwe er staat. Na goed advies via de chat kon de bestelling snel en eenvoudig geplaatst worden. Naast een mega snelle levering en installatie kon het feest beginnen. Naast dat deze wasmachine een mooi design is , maakt hij wassen een feestje. Geen gedoe meer met te veel of te weinig wasmiddel…. De machine doet zijn werk en dat is een walhalla. Onze oude wasmachine maakte vrij veel geluid. Maar deze doet zijn werk shiny op slofjes zo zacht. Het maakt wassen gewoon weer fijn! Een echte aanrader

Ben erg blij met mijn aankoop. Makkelijk in bediening en erg stil tijdens wasprogramma. Duur van de programma’s is kort en was komt er heel droog uit. Als ik iets negatiefs moet benoemen dan is het het lange eind deuntje. Gelukkig is het niet hard in volume dus alsnog weinig last van. Wordt bijna leuk om de was te doen.

Mijn opwinding bereikte echter nieuwe hoogten toen ik de Samsung WW90T986ASH Quick Drive AddWash wasmachine aan mijn was arsenaal toevoegde. Deze twee apparaten vormen samen een onstuitbaar duo dat mijn was routine heeft gerevolutioneerd en de algehele was ervaring in mijn huishouden naar een hoger niveau heeft getild. De Samsung WW90T986ASH Quick Drive AddWash wasmachine is niets minder dan perfectie. Het strakke ontwerp past goed in elke wasruimte en de bouwkwaliteit is uitstekend. Het brede scala aan functies dat in dit apparaat is verpakt, is werkelijk indrukwekkend. Een van de opvallende kenmerken is de WIFI-connectiviteit, waarmee ik de wasmachine op afstand kan bedienen en volgen met behulp van mijn smartphone. Deze functie heeft een wereld van verschil gemaakt, omdat ik hiermee vanaf elke locatie een was cyclus kan starten of pauzeren, waardoor ik er zeker van ben dat ik nooit meer terugkom bij vochtige of muffe was. De Quick Drive-technologie is op zichzelf al een wonder. Door een roterende plaat aan de achterkant van de trommel toe te voegen, vermindert de Quick Drive-functie de wastijd tot wel 50% terwijl dezelfde reinigingsprestaties worden behouden. Dit bespaart niet alleen kostbare tijd, maar draagt ook bij aan energiezuinigheid, wat perfect aansluit bij mijn milieuvriendelijke waarden. De AddWash-deur is een ingenieuze toevoeging aan het ontwerp, waardoor ik vergeten items tijdens een was cyclus kan toevoegen zonder de machine te hoeven stoppen. Geen frustratie meer omdat ik moet wachten op de volgende was lading om dat ene ontbrekende sokje toe te voegen! De verscheidenheid aan wasprogramma's en opties voorziet in al mijn was behoeften, van delicate stoffen en babykleding tot zware items. Ik ben dol op de veelzijdigheid en de zekerheid dat mijn kleding met zorg wordt behandeld. Bovendien zorgt de stoomfunctie voor een grondige, hygiënische reiniging, wat vooral handig is voor het verwijderen van hardnekkige vlekken en allergenen. De gebruikersinterface is gebruiksvriendelijk en intuïtief, waardoor het gemakkelijk is om de gewenste instellingen te selecteren en elke was cyclus aan te passen aan het type stof en het vuilniveau. Het LED-display is duidelijk en geeft realtime updates, zodat ik altijd weet hoeveel tijd er nog over is in een cyclus. Wat betreft de Samsung DV90T8240SH droogmachine, deze vult de wasmachine perfect aan en levert uitstekende prestaties terwijl hij energiezuinig is. De grote capaciteit van het apparaat betekent dat ik grote hoeveelheden was in één keer kan drogen, waardoor ik tijd en moeite bespaar. Bovendien past het Optimal Dry-systeem de droogtijden automatisch aan met behulp van vocht- en temperatuursensoren, waardoor overdrogen wordt voorkomen en het energieverbruik wordt verminderd. Deze functie beschermt niet alleen de kwaliteit van de stoffen, maar verlaagt ook mijn energierekening. Een andere functie die ik waardeer, is de Smart Check-technologie, waarmee snel eventuele problemen worden gedetecteerd en gediagnosticeerd, waardoor ik bespaard blijf van onnodige service-oproepen en frustraties. Met mijn drukke schema is dit een echte levensredder gebleken. Tot slot vormen de Samsung WW90T986ASH QuickDrive AddWash wasmachine en de DV90T8240SH droogmachine een onverslaanbaar duo dat al mijn verwachtingen heeft overtroffen. Het indrukwekkende scala aan functies, de WIFI connectiviteit, energiezuinigheid en uitzonderlijke prestaties hebben het wassen een fluitje van een cent gemaakt. Als je je was routine wilt verbeteren, raad ik ten zeerste aan om in dit dynamische duo te investeren. Ze zijn elke cent waard en ik ben ontzettend blij met mijn aankoop.

De ervaring tot nu toe (2 dagen) is goed. De wasmachine heeft veel functies, maar is toch eenvoudig te bedienen. De was komt er schijnen uit dat is het belangrijkste. Handig vind ik: de automatische dosering en de mogelijkheid tot toevoegen van was tijdens het programma. Het hygiënisch stomen is prettig ivm allergieën. Het kunnen volgen in de smart things app is lekker en handiger dan ik had gedacht. Wel nog een paar punten waarop de wasmachine nog beter zou kunnen (misschien een idee voor een firmware upgrade?): - meer opties voor stomen (anti kreuk, opfrissen) en een optie om stoom toe te voegen aan het eind van een gewoon programma (tegen allergenen, anti kreuk). - meer opties om af te wijken van de voorgeprogrammeerde programma's en zelf een programma te programmeren (bijv, beddengoed op 60 graden ipv de maximum 40, of een pauze voor het spoelen om afwijkende wasverzachter of impregneermiddel toe te voegen. - de was assistent is leuk qua concept, maar waarom stelt ie niet het beddengoed programma voor, als ik aangeef dat ik beddengoed wil wassen? (en wat is het verschil tussen beddengoed en lakens?) Dit zijn punten die niet essentieel zijn voor de juiste werking, maar die ik niet helemaal snapt en het product nog beter hadden kunnen maken

De cand am cumparat masina aceasta de spalat, o data la 6 luni chem baietii de la garantie, din cauza unu pacanit la interior, prima oara au venit in primavara lui 2022 si au zis ca era un surub desprins la tambur, dupa aceea la mai putin de 6 luni a revenit pacanitul si am sunat din nou la garantie , de aceasta data echipa a constatat ca trebuie schimbat tamburul, iar la 3 luni dupa schimbarea acestuia a revenit acest pacanit. Consider ca aceasta masina de spalat este o mare inselatorie pentru ca am platit 4400 de lei, peste toate agata si hainele si apar mici rupturi si nici nu spala bine, nu scoate petele. Regret ca am cumparat acest produs si voi da in judecata Samsung ca sa imi recuperez banii.

De eenvoud in de bediening en de mogelijkheden die de wasmachine bied hebben de doorslag gegeven. Nu blijkt de machine ook nog erg stil te zijn en de mogelijkheid om via de telefoon het proces in de gaten te houden geeft een moderne mogelijkheid. Wast goed en is zuinig op je wasgoed. Door de 1600 toeren centrifuge scheelt het veel in de droogtijd en daarmee energiekosten.

The drum spins and the back part spins another way plus it has an eco bubble system which mixes the detergent with air before it mixes with your laundry and therefore washes far better. My old washing machine never spun properly as it could not work out the weight. This machine can spin at 1600 and so if you tumble dry - it dries far quicker. Brilliant

Habitué des produits Samsung, j'ai craqué pour équiper mon domicile d'un modèle haut de gamme pour éviter les soucis. Cependant, en 1 an, deux courroies qui ont sautés. Je penses me diriger en cas de changement, vers un produit concurrent. Malchance ou mauvaise manufacture, je ne sais pas trop mais en tout cas, problème récurrent. De machine is 'te intelligent'; het laat je kiezen uit een reeks zeer specifieke programma's en wil bij veel van de meest algemeen bruikbare programma's zelf de instellingen bepalen; je kunt in de AI-opties niet zelf de temperatuur kiezen, wat het onmogelijk maakt om zeker te weten dat je was de door de machine gekozen temperatuur aan kan. Het standaard-programma is Eco 40-60 wat belooft dat alle kleren met zowel wasinstructies 40 als 60 graden erin gewassen kunnen worden (omdat de was niet veel heter dan 40 graden wordt). Ik vertrouwde dit niet helemaal, maar na het lezen van de gebruiksaanwijzing, de website van Samsung en de uitleg van de consumentenbond hebben we er een lading van onze gewone kleren in gewassen. Dit waren allemaal kleren die we al jaren op 40 graden wassen en die bovendien in de droger gaan. En al die kleren, werkelijk de hele lading, zijn gekrompen. Er zaten kleren bij waar ik al jaren heel veel plezier van heb en die zijn nu allemaal te klein. Dit specifieke programma is bedoeld om zo energie/water-zuinig mogelijk te wassen en wordt echt als standaardprogramma aangeraden, maar ik kan er dus geen kleren mee wassen (en kan nu een hele lading kleren waar ik aan gehecht was weggooien...). En dan blijft er weinig over om uit te kiezen in de programma's, omdat ze allemaal of zelf de instellingen willen bepalen, zonder ze van tevoren te laten weten, of erg specifiek zijn (overhemden, wol, jeans, sportkleren, handdoeken, puur synthetisch, puur katoen, maar nergens een ander algemeen programma). De machine is echt een miskoop.

Vill varna för denna tvättmaskin och avråder verkligen alla att köpa den. Den är av så dålig kvalitet att problemen börjar efter knappt 6 månaders användning. Gummi ringen spricker maskinen läcker vatten underifrån och även vid byte av gummi kvarstår problemen. Denna åker tillbaka fortare än den kom!

Maar wij hebben ons om niets druk gemaakt, het wijst zich vanzelf. Zoals bijvoorbeeld de automatische dosering van een vloeibaar wasmiddel en wasverzachter. Je kan niet alleen de hoeveelheid instellen maar je kan de automatische dosering ook uitzetten. De eerste was resultaten zijn echt geweldig, schoon en lekkere frisse was uit de machine. Kortom een echte aanrader, hadden wij de vorige wasmachine er maar eerder uit gedaan.

L'intelligence artificielle adapte le nettoyage en fonction de la saleté du linge, très protique pour les vêtements de travail. Un application très pratique pour adapter au horaire de travail et aux panneaux photovoltaïques, pour l'autoconsommation, même si celle-ci est infime. Na een week lang ontzettend veel wasmachines vergeleken te hebben (ook andere merken), hebben wij de keuze gemaakt om voor dit apparaat te gaan. Wij wilden sowieso een slimme wasmachine en de eentje die zuinig is. Nou daar voldoet deze aan. Daarnaast is deze lekker stil en de machine trilt nauwelijks. Wij waren anders gewend. Wij zijn het meest gecharmeerd van de app. De app geeft advies, nadat je aangegeven hebt wat erin zit. Perfect! Daarnaast is de autoloze functie de functie die ons hopelijk op de langer termijn kosten gaat besparen. Minder wasmiddel, maar toch je was perfect schoon! Ik raad deze wasmachine dan ook iedereen aan! Doen! Owja, de verlengde garantie van 5 jaar en standaard 10 jaar op de motor waren ook zeker belangrijke factoren om dit geweldige apparaat te kopen.

En zo sneller kiest om een kleinere machine was te draaien, omdat de machine zich hier naar instelt. je de was dus beter kan bijhouden. Via de app kan je hem instellen (en evt starten), tijd bijhouden en stuurt een bericht als deze klaar is. Natuurlijk heb je wel WIFI nodig, helaas ondervind ik op dit moment een verbindingsprobleem en heb deze gemeld daarom voor algemene functies voor nu 4 sterren. Omdat dit beter kan, maar ik heb deze storing kunnen melden en wacht verder op reactie. Kan hier op dit moment nog niks over zeggen, behalve dat het er in eerste instantie erg goed uit zag en ik zelfs kon aangeven wat voor was het betrof (broeken, handdoeken, vesten) en de app dan aangaf wel programma, wol of juist iets anders. Hier was ik wel van onder de indruk. Dus als het werkt ik hier wel heel erg blij mee ben. Ook dat je kan starten op afstand en je dan weet wanneer je thuis moet zijn. Ook kan je zelf wasmiddel aanpassen en de was voelde ook met laagste verbruik van het wasmiddel schoon.

Veel mogelijkheden om in te stellen en wat zeker handig is dat hij automatisch het wasmiddel doseert want meestal geef je toch meer dan nodig is. Wij zijn er iig héél erg blij mee!!!

We have the machine location in the attic, mobile monitoring and control make it easy to control and get notified when done. 3. Auto dosing is a key feature, fill the drawer and the machine will take its requirements for every wash. Never the less, you will be notified to re-fill. 4. Very simple UI, but strong features. You will need to read the manual once at the beginning, then everything will be so easy. 5. Yes, it silent compared to many other machines. 6. Monitor your energy consumption, this is so useful these days with energy prices blowing up. Overall, we can't be more satisfied with a washing machine than this one. It worths every penny we put on it.

Ik wilde perse een machine met Energie klasse A, spaar energie waar nodig. We hebben een groot gezin met 4 kids dus ook veel was. Ook een hele fijne optie is de automatisch wasmiddel dosering, ik gooit er altijd te veel in... daar maak ik de machines ook mee stuk. Ik weet het van mijzelf dus deze keus was voor mij snel gemaakt. Mijn was is weer snel schoon en fris, door de goede centrifuge is mijn droger ook sneller klaar. win-win! kortom SUPER BLIJ met deze wasmachine!!!

Reeds verschillende wasprogramma's uitgeprobeer en zeer mooi wasresultaat. De connectie met de SmartThings app is top, je kan de voortgang makkelijk volgen en krijgt de melding wanneer de wascyclus beëindigd is. Geen was meer die in de wasmachine blijft zitten. Een aanrader

Had the machine about 3 months now and have had nothing but trouble. If I could return it I would but sadly by trying to persevere I have missed the boat. We live in a hard water area and even on the highest auto dose setting the washing comes out crusty. I have spoken to samsung and had a repair agent come out and replace the detergent pump but still crusty washing. Also I used the delayed start option for a couple of weeks which just created a breeding ground for mould! For some very strange reason when you use this function it puts water in the drum spins a few times then waits for the optimum time to start leaving you cloths in a pool of water. This then leads to mould problems which is a nightmare to clean and remove the smell.

[Deze beoordeling is verzameld als deel van een promotie.] Voodelen: Was komt er schoon uit, veel verschillende programma's om uit te kiezen en de automatische doseerfunctie is ook erg prettig. Een leuke extra gadget is dat je via de app kan zien hoe lang je was nog duurt, hoe energiezuinig je bezig bent, hoeveel wassen je hebt gedraaid en je vanaf een andere plek je was aan kunt zetten. Nadeel: Enige nadeel is dat hij bij sommige programma's je was weegt en op basis daarvan de tijd aanpast. Je was duurt dan ineens langer dan vooraf gedacht.

De afwerking van de wasmachine ziet er zeer goed uit en de waskwaliteit voldoet ook aan onze verwachting. Fijn dat er ruim 9KG in kan. De machine is stil en heeft de beschikkin g over een AI functie wat ervoor zorgt dat de machine meedenkt over het bestpassende programma en behoud gezien zelfdosering van wasmiddel en wasverzachter. Goed gedaan Samsung.
