  • What’s the difference between Samsung Pay and Samsung Wallet?

    Samsung Wallet is a secure platform designed to store digital items such as tickets, loyalty cards, and identification credentials. Built on Samsung Knox security, it helps ensure your sensitive information stays protected. Samsung Pay, a payment feature integrated within Samsung Wallet, enables users to make secure transactions using supported bank cards.

  • Samsung Wallet works with a wide range of major banks and credit card providers in the UK. Most major credit and debit cards from supported banks can be added. To see if your card is supported, check compatibility here

  • Samsung Wallet is supported on most Galaxy phones and newer Galaxy watches. However, factors such as device model, software version and region settings can affect compatibility. To see if your device is supported, refer to the table here

  • Samsung Pay allows you to make secure payments using your Samsung devices, whether in store at virtually any terminal that accepts contactless cards or on participating websites. In addition to payments, Samsung Pay offers extra convenience, you can set up a card as a transit card for use on TfL services.* With this feature enabled, there is no need to wake your phone or verify with a fingerprint, iris scanner or PIN. Simply tap the middle section of your phone against the card reader
