By entering the Prize Draw described below (a “Prize Draw”) you (the “Participant”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).

1.       Promoter: Samsung Electronics (UK) Limited, Samsung House, 2000 Hillswood Drive, Chertsey KT16 0RS.

2.       The Prize Draw is open to UK residents, excluding ROI, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Scottish Islands, aged 18+ only.

3.       Employees or agents of the Promoter or anyone professionally connected to the Promotion is not eligible to enter.

4.       No purchase is necessary to enter.

5.       The Prize Draw will open at 00:01 on 16 November 2023 (GMT) and close at 23:59 on 30 November 2023 (GMT) (“Prize Draw Period”).

6.       There are five (5) x Prizes to be won in total, each consisting of one (1) Samsung Bespoke Jet AI vacuum cleaner and a visit from a Clean Qween to vacuum your home (together a “Prize”).

7.       The Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted by the winners. The Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any Prize.

8.       To enter, Participants must follow @SamsungUK on Instagram and re-post the Samsung Clean Qweens post and tag @SamsungUK and #CleanQweens #SamsungJetVacuum on Instagram (“Entry”).

9.       Maximum of one (1) Entry per Participant.

10.       The winner of the Prize will be the Participant selected at random from all valid Entries received by the end of the Prize Draw Period in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

11.       The winner will be notified by 23:59 (GMT) on Thursday 7 December 2023 via the Instagram Handle at the time of Entry.

12.       Winners will have seven (7) days from the date of notification to confirm address. Prize will be delivered by post within seven (7) days. The Clean Qween visit will be arranged at a convenient date.

13.       In the event a winner is unreachable, ineligible, or fails to claim the Prize in the time required, the winner shall forfeit their Prize and it will be awarded to a substitute winner, selected in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

14.       Samsung excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the Promotion or with the acceptance or possession of any Prize.

15.       By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to be photographed by the Promoter for the purposes of promoting the Prize Draw for Samsung’s internal purposes;

16.       All Prizes are subject to current tax laws, and may be considered to be a taxable benefit to those who have Participated and won.

17.       Entry into the Promotion signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

18.       The Promoter reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time.

19.       These terms and conditions will be governed by English law.
