Ive had the s25 ultra for just over a year now and not had a single issue. The camera is amazing as well as The battery, the display, and the performance is just out of this world. I'll admit ive dropped this phone countless times in and out of its case and not a single bit of damage has been done. My previous phone was the z flip 4 which was great but not the best especially when it came to the crease but the s25 ultra is the best phone ive had yet. Also, with the camera i managed to get some awesome moon and firework shots and the fireworks pictures I did as a video and took the pictures as a frame of the video.

I recently bought this phone, and overall it feels very fast and responsive. I chose it mainly because I work in construction and rely on the S Pen daily it’s a fantastic tool and works really well for my needs. However, there is one major downside. I don’t understand how such an expensive phone can have an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor that performs so poorly in real-life situations. When I’m in a rush and need to make a payment, it often doesn’t work on the first attempt or sometimes not at all. It feels like the design assumes perfect conditions every time, which just isn’t realistic. It may seem like a small issue, but it makes a big difference in everyday use. If I had known about this problem beforehand, I probably wouldn’t have chosen this phone.

Altho a good phone. Samsung not doing a wallet phone case .that when you open the case .it turns the screen on. This is maybe the second s phone with no wallet case. I have ALWAYS HAD A SAMSUNG PHONE. BUT MY S25 ULTRA WILL BE MY LAST. VERY POOR. MR SAMSUNG. Plus. I should have reeived free bits when i got this phone still waiting.

Got a new s25 ultra in the middle of january, by the middle of February, the super fast charging has stopped working and the phone now takes 3 hours to charge. I have called Samsung support 3 times about the issue, each time with a different set of troubleshooting steps from clearing usb cache to a whole back up and reset of my phone and it still is not working properly. Very, very poor from Samsung.

I really wanted to love this phone. On paper, it’s a beast—the 1 TB of storage is massive and the performance is snappy. But none of that matters when the primary reason I bought the "Ultra" is fundamentally broken. I have been using this phone for 1 year. Now it's a €1899》Paperweight with a Broken Camera The camera performance on this unit is, frankly, embarrassing for a flagship. There is a persistent flickering issue whenever I open the camera app or try to record video. It looks like a hardware synchronization error or a sensor defect. It's common problem with s25 ultra Poor Image Quality: Even when the flickering stops for a second, the photos are muddy, lack detail, and look worse than mid-range phones from three years ago. Manufacturer Defect: After troubleshooting and comparing with other units, it’s clear this isn't a software bug—it’s a hardware failure straight from the factory. For a premium device that costs this much, "good enough" isn't the bar—excellence is. Shipping a flagship with a defective sensor is unacceptable. If you’re looking at the S25 Ultra for photography, be warned: quality control is clearly lacking. I cannot recommend this phone until Samsung addresses these manufacturing defects

I bought this due to the battery onm S22 Ultra giving up. I can definitely see the improvements to my old phone with advanced AI technology, some new features for the camera and video including the ability to remove and isolate audio. The interface has had an upgrade too- i lovetthis feature to use AI to show the weather on your wallpaper. Overall performance is brilliant and I'd definitely say this was an upgrade from my S22 Ultra- which i loved for 4 years.

Camera is miles better than my S24+, but for the price difference I would have expected better.
I am delighted with my new purchase. The slim design fits nicely in the hands. The battery only needs charging every other day as opposed to daily with my old S22.

Went from S24 plus to S25 Ultra, bigger upgrade than I thought it would be, I really like the S pen, features such as translate and magnify are especially good. The ease which you can write a note. Altering photos, deleting parts of images. The camera, especially like the digital 100 times zoom. Got a great deal as well, basically cost me nothing, cancelled my sim only plan, sold my old phone for £350, got £250 cash back. So upgraded for no cost.

What i love the most about the s25 ultra is that the battery life is so good , I stayed on my phone for 6 hours and I was only at 50 % I also like the display and camera on it , the camera can literally zoom 100x and I could take a picture of the moon and it looks so much better better than my iPhone

For someone like me who has big hands I proffer the Galaxy S25 Ultra for its bigger size. The screen is very crisp and clear with a good screen size (bigger than I expected). For someone like me who likes mobile gaming this phone offers amazing performance, but my biggest positive is how the phone feels. The S25 Ultra has a good strong construction that feels solid and premium. This phone even comes with a pen which is great as an artist who doesn't like to take around a lot of pads and drawing equipment for a simple day out. Overall Samsung has created another amazing quality piece of mobile tech and I'd highly recommend this phone.

While the samsung s25 ultra is a fabulous phone I cant get over the constant pop up telling me that water or dust has been detected in my charging port.. yes I have checked and there is nothing in the charging port so im stuck having to use a wireless charger which is not ideal.

A very expensive phone that still has issues like, trying to attach photos and the gallery coming up blank, having to re select gallery for it to then find photos. Text is hard work when it thinks your typing a different word even though you correctly spell the word you wanted and struggle to change it back to the correct word, space bar keeps double clicking leaving extra gaps for no reason. Simple stuff doing too much.

I love it but there's one problem with LAG, especially Ticktock videos. When i make videos they always dont sync with lip movements. I have been using my s22 ultra and it worked perfectly. If you could please look into it. I have tried clearing cache, restarting but videos in social media apps will always come out like that

Hi guys i would like to share about samsung 25 ultra I was using a samsung s24 ultra.but had frezzing issues.so i had to contact vodafone/insurance as im with them.They took abit long and some problems occured.so as a they didnt have it stock the upgraded me to SAMSUNG 25 Ultra.But unfortuntly the device came in a selled box(Im guessing its new)iv opened my new device and a few days later the same problem happend.I was shocked so i called back and was send a new one.And i thought yes it will be fine but nope yet again same problem.so i changed 2nd time.and yet again for the 3rd time same problem.I am shocked iv actually took a video becouse i feel like people might think im making it up.The phone has yet agai frooze.I recived yesterday and yet again i went to reply to a email and this happend.I really dont know what to do now as its the 3rd phone they have replaced for me.iv checked everything to see if its a update needed or a memory full but no everything is ok.when i spoke to them yesterday i asked lady like ehat if it happens again you will have to send it in to get checked.So iv been sent fualty devices and yet again they will send it to be fixed.Who wants a fualty device.
