To begin with, the AI features are peak-level, offering seamless proactive actions on-the-go — a major feature. S25 camera 📸 is quite powerful and offers pro-level photography for photograph enthusiasts, like me, for example. All connectivity work fine, no flaws on that. Sensors function accordingly and hands-down, screen nits are immaculate for crystal-clear visuals. One major concern is the battery! If Samsung can perhaps incorporate a 5000 mAh leap in battery 🔋 juice for Baseline S-class phone models, like the S25 or S26 (coming) for example, I reckon the benefits will compensate Samsung proactive customers, fans, and its users. Tbh, the S25 had some areas of concern, particularly with the refresh rate, conflicting with the battery feature limits and boost options like the #Performance Profile. I experienced several lags... Perhaps a problem with UI 8? I ain't sure as yet. But congrats to the Samsung tech devs' for producing a stellar device worthy of accolades this 2025. Clear smooth display, nice colours. Camera takes very clear pictures, easy to use. Even when using the device all dayz there is still 50-65% battery left. Very fast when using apps and online browsers. Connects to 5g, WiFi and Bluetooth. Overall very pleased with performance but I've still got lots to learn about what can be done using this device, which is good because it keeps giving.

The app tiles cannot be made slightly larger as with my last phone to see inner tiles easier to see without loosing tile grouping grid. Typing errors are occurring where cursor jumps on going back to correct errors or editing, updates may fix. And the singular "i" why not automatically make "I" pointless to go shift. Samsung app is the best way to buy over all including The leading online retailers where phones were a few hundred quid cheaper but could come from Argentina, Spain or even Hong Kong with complaints of several faults, with samsung app and discounts worked out far cheaper than even some used of the same specifications a no brainer.

Only had the s25 a short while, but loving it and the design is right for my hands which have arthritis. As an older person every ii ideal for me, The battery lasts a couple of days, the camera is good for the photo and video. The performance is excellent with the cpu and a generous amount of ram.the display is nice and bright for old eyes. All in all it's worth the money with the generous trade in. So 5 stars it gets.

I moved from a Huawei P Smart, to a Motorola G(8) Power, to a Samsung A52s 5G, to my current phone: a Samsung S25. This is such an unbelievable upgrade: and worth every single penny I spent. The battery is incredible - coming home with 75% battery vs. all my previous devices needing charging throughout the day! The camera is also amazing quality and the colours are so true to life. I took the attached photo with this phone! However, the thing that really jumps out to me is the performance. I can run many applications simultaneously with no slowing down or issue at all, where my previous devices struggled to have a call and an email going at the same time! 10/10 would recommend :)

I loved my samsung S21 ultra but i needed more storage so i obviously had to upgrade to the same phone but newer version so i ordered samsung s25 ultra and so far i love the design. This phone, the Samsung S25 FE is an amazing package for the Samsung S series of phones. It has a lot of the S25 premium series, a stunning AMOLED display, a powerful processor, an excellent & versatile camera, very impressive build quality, & advertised with a great software longivity. The price is pretty good as well..... The telephoto lense & an IP68 rating without paying a top tier price is one of the main reasons for the purchase. Very fast performance, the AI is improving almost daily, connectivity is blindingly fast compared to my Pixel 8, loving the camera functions , and the pictures and videos are stunning, the battery lasts up to 60 hours easily before charging, and the display in bright sunlight is second to none. Amazing phone, relatively easy to set up and enjoyable to use. Great sound and picture and very responsive even with a glass screen protector. Heads unlike some older phones there is no screen protector included or case so ensure you obtain these to protect your phone however there are plenty of options. Also this is a usb c to usb c cable that comes with the phone so if your like me who had a usb c to usb 3 would be worth investing in a new usb c plug. Camera is good still working out the tweeks as an ex huawei and note user I'm trying to get the Camera right to compete with the ladies iPhone. But all in all 10 out of 10 as always for samsung.

I am incredibly frustrated by the inconsistencies in this handset. It's 50/50 whether the facial recognition or finger print authorisation works. If i`ve been on WiFi and switch to roaming i regularly have to restart the handset because it refuses to connect properly to my mobile provider services so I can't check mail, WhatsApp or even access Spotify for music. When i`m texting it regularly drops out of the app because the space bar is above the circle icon and sometimes its too sensitive but even that is inconsistent. It won`t happen when I try to make it happen. Honestly I question my own sanity at least 3 times a day using this handset. Awful

I bought s25 ultra before the launch date and since then I am using it. It have really good features and I am very pleased with AI features which my old phone not had. Pen is also a new addition for me and I can make my notes in my hand writting and editing photos with pen using AI is lot easier as can reach to the tiniest area. Other than that phones visual look is also very nice and corners are not sharp as compared to s24 ultra. Camera is outclass specially if any one doing vlogs or reels ect. Overall I am very happy with my phone and definitely recommend
Having skipped the S24 i'm glad I made the jump from my S23 Ultra! Love the size and weight seems to be much more pocketable than the S23. the new Ai features are amazing and have made using the phone an absolute treat, very intuitive features that work well. Camera has had a noticeable update too pics are cleaner/sharper and more vivid on the new improved screen. Superfast charging has had a boost too so no more wasting time waiting to charge fully. The introductory offers along with great trade in prices made this a no brainer for me. Overall a vast improvement over the S23 and will be my go to device for the next couple years.

By far the worst phone I've bought in years! DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE! IT IS TRASH! By far the worst functioning phone I've bought in years. I completely regret this purchase. I'd rather wash my mouth out with buckshot than recommend this phone to anyone. Nothing works. I have never had a worse experience just trying to use the internet no matter what browser. I have wasted days of my life trying to adjust and change settings to improve functionality and it's be pointless. This phone is trash! A brick makes a better smart device than this thing.

This phone is supposed to have some degree on IP Rating and has a 24 month warranty however my phone - less than 11 months old failed to connect to SmartSwitch or to recognise a USB-C flash drive when connected to the USB-C connector on my phone although it would charge via the USB-C connector. When I took this to Samsung they said there was 'corrosion' in the USB-C socket and was not covered by the warranty - really makes a mockery of the warranty especially as this phone has never been taken into the bathroom or anywhere else for corrosion to have taken hold.... Disappointed and out of pocket having had to pay for the socket to be replaced. !!!!!!

Replaced my samsung s10e with s25, it doesnt seem any faster but does hold charge well and camera ia pretty good. Bought a samsung screen protector to go with it which broke my screen by cracking it in half, not covered under warranty and to get it fixed with care+ would have to send it off which I can't do as I need it for work. Disappointed that this new phone cracked within weeks but my 5yr old s10e was spotless...

Its pretty much like my S20, although the battery lasts longer and it gets updates now. But what's with all this AI rubbish? Why does it need to be forced into every product? It does nothing to make it better. I've turned off as much as I can because I'm not interested in using such an experimental technology that has been proven to be wrong so often. I'd rather use my brain, thanks. At least it seemed fairly easy to remove most of the features, although I haven't tried to take a photo yet as I've seen some pretty awful AI upscaled or "improved" photos taken with them. I'll use my off Internet S20 for photos for now, at least I'm sure of the output.

I enjoy my S25 as it provides more helpful features than the A series. It has replaced my S20FE and is quicker, very good and quite confusing. Confusing only because of my age (75), as my sons approve of it. I've not yet had it a fortnight, so I'm still exploring its capabilities. A reassuring fact is that it will have guaranteed updates for seven years, thus probably making it my last phone. However, it's a Samsung and reassures me as I can't remember when I didn't have a Samsung. I have no complaints and don't expect to have any. The offer of the Smart 7 watch was also a nice touch, so I'll have plenty to keep me busy for a while. Many thanks, David

First of all thanks to Sumsung to make this happened. I would like to start with the delivery, the delivery packing was good and then the in-hand feel of the phone it's "WoW" ,the phone is very light weight and very smooth display functions. I loved the gaming experience and more even the AI features. It's outstanding. Then the Camera it's fantastic! The built quality, display quality everything is perfectly balanced. But a small disappointment only with the battery side. You can improve more, It's just Okay. Otherwise the phone is marvelous. I loved it. And also my friend got wireless charger from samsung. The S25 Snapdragon 8 Elite processor is ultra-quick compared to my 7-year-old Huawei, which was good but not great. The S25 processor works so quickly that my brain can't keep up with the speed and results, haha!! I am very pleased with my purchase; it is well built, the camera is great, and I'm still learning all its features. It will take me years (I am old!) to learn all of its functionality by which time it'll be time to upgrade the phone...maybe it's a marketing ploy!? The S25 is recommended. I've only had it a few weeks, and I'm blown away by it. Great phone - will keep me out of mischief learning all of its functions!

Galaxy S25 blew me away, especially with its AI features. This isn’t just a phone anymore, it’s basically a pocket assistant. I had not updated my phone for quite a while and previously had the glorious Note 10+, in fairness this phone did most of what I thought I wanted. I purchase the S25 ultra to take advantage of the AI and the better cameras (as this seems to be the trend). The phone is super quick and smooth in all it does and Camera and combination of AI I find fantastic. I must admit I have not used all the AI feature in real life but it is good to know they are there if I need them. The Translation stuff is really impressive I tested this with a French friend. Great Phone and love the battery life and the updates it gives me throughout the day, a big update from my Note10+
Although swipe gestures feel like they have worsened with the S25 series (I need a lower swipe gesture area as I keep accidentally hitting home swipe during games, I'd like to suggest an option to disable swipe gestures in the game boost app). I love how ultra clear the camera is, the responsiveness of the phone is a huge improvement and the AI aspect was crashing on me at first when trying to connect to spotify but has since resolved the issue by itself and has been a significant improvement to feature rich AI for samsung.

I'm really pleased with this, for context I previously had an Honor for the past year and then a Samsung S23 before that. I think this phone looks good, dark blue colour is lovely, almost looks like an iPhone from the front to some degree. It's fast when loading or swiping and has good touch sensitivity. Fingerprint registers well to unlock. Nice features, I'm using Gemini to find places near me such as walking routes, pubs, diarising reminders etc. It's got photo editing where I've jokingly added hats to pictures of my pets etc. Good camera quality. Only thing to note is it doesn't come with a screen protector so make sure you get one! I'd recommend this phone.

Having had the Samsung Note 9 for several years now, decided to upgrade to the new S25 Plus. The Amoled screen is amazing, sharp and bright. The performance is brilliant, so much faster and quicker for work, browsing and emails. The new design feels comfortable and nice in the hand to hold. Chose the Mint Green colour which I really like with a clear phone cover. The migration from my Note 9 was super easy using Samsung Smart Switch to transfer my apps, data and configurations over in good time. Definitely enjoying my new S25 Plus, a great smart device and would highly recommend the upgrade if you have an older model.

The battery life is the only reason this phone gets any stars at all. I've had a lot of phones to compare it to, and up to now I've been die hard Samsung fan, but this phone has me wanting to shop around. Not user friendly is an understatement. Not even screenshots, or the screenshot ""shortcut"" is convenient. Read 1 of a text batch? And you'll be forever guessing where your UNread texts are, or if you even have any, bc once you open a senders text it no longer highlights but your message indicator shows you still have an unread text. Good luck finding it. Group texts? Have fun. The fact that its grouped, and w who, is hard to notice. Recent texts? Nope. Maybe fairly recent- hunt it down. Hope you have a good memory. Texts aren't listed in order of most recent activity. The list goes on and on.

Lovely design of phone but the battery life isn't great, the camera isn't the best quality. My previous Huawei p30 pro still out performs the galaxy s25 even at 6 years old.

I like this s25 but previously i have used s23 comparitively i dont see much difference between these eventhough i like this S25
I’ve been really happy with my new S25 FE. It keeps the same great quality I loved from my old S22, but with a noticeable boost in performance. The new processor makes everything run faster and smoother, and the added AI features give it that extra bit of smart convenience. The screen is slightly bigger and looks fantastic — bright, clear, and perfect for videos or gaming. What I appreciate most is how familiar it feels; it’s clearly an upgrade, but not a complete overhaul. Samsung managed to keep the best parts of the older models while improving speed, display, and usability. Overall, the S25 FE feels like a well-balanced upgrade — familiar, powerful, and easy to love.

I upgraded to the new 25FE and traded in my S23FE direct with Samsung. I always go to Samsung direct to upgrade (and trade in) my current phone or tablet. Helpful customer service agents and the system to trade in and purchase is very slick and very fast. Thoroughly recommend going straight to Samsung for help and recommendations. My S24 fe is 11 mths old. Have trouble getting it to charge and tried to get it fixed under warranty. Was told it had watet damahe not covered by warranty?? The phone is IP68 which states able to withstand 4feet plus submersion in water. However my phone has NEVER been in water. All I can think is if you use your phone outside on a wet day - which we get a lot of in Scotland that's the problem?? Such a terrible phone not to be useable outside - I'm disgusted with the service I've received -;buyers beware.

First of all the screen is amazing! The AI experience is very good basically all information gathered in seconds what can you ask more? What I love about my S25 is the size and the AI features! I have small to medium sized hands so it an ideal size to hold and use. Dex will be a feature i will definitely use in the future as i don't need a laptop but could do with a bigger screen for photo editing. Which brings to the camera, it is amazing, far better than my old Samsung A51. As I am an amateur photographer, the camera was a really important feature. I really enjoy using Gemini AI for research, Bixby for phone based tasks and modes & routines for automation. Overall, I am really pleased with my purchase though I would have loved the use of the S pen in this sized phone. Maybe Samsung might bring out an Ultra Mini 🤞

The Battery life is very nice for a strong processor phone. As a result of this, you will be able to turn on powersaver mode and only limit it to 70% which is more than capable for your general standard apps. The camera and video quality are also very nice as they can be set up perfectly. I have been using pixel phones for the last 5-6 years, but when I upgraded to the Pixel 8a I wasn’t happy and got rid of it, going back to my Pixel 5. Where the S25 shone for me (over the Pixel 8) was in the following areas: - Lightweight. I wanted a light phone I could comfortably hold in one hand. - Great battery life. Is easily lasting 3 days for me at the moment. - Smooth interface. Performance is good and responsiveness of apps is good In addition to the above I like DeX. I haven’t owned a Samsung since the S3, but now I am back!

Absolutely transformed access times for my Smart Home. I literally had to wait up to one minute to access routines on my previous phone: I now only wait a few seconds, and, as a bonus, I can add and remove devices without error! Battery capacity is good, and I love the cable-free charging feature. I used to hate plugging and unplugging my USB cables into my old phone. Now I don't have to: I have two docking stations that I can just place the phone on to for charging. The WiFi is much stronger, too. Better reaction to the signals around the house, and far better reception for phone calls, even to the point where I'm considering removing my old landline. Al-in-all, a very good purchase!

Unfortunately, after using the S25, I found the camera performance to be extremely disappointing. In fact, it is worse than my previous mid-range devices (the A52s and S20 FE), and I feel that Samsung has failed to improve the camera quality over the years despite marketing this as a premium upgrade. Specifically: It was struggling to focus on the whole scene (with or without auto-focus). I had to tap on the screen multiple times to have it focus but still wouldn't do it's best. Lack of sharpness is definitely an issue. This made the images look blurry when you zoomed it to check the images. This happened regardless of scene optimizer being disabled. Not sure why they made the images warmer. Not liking it at all post processing. Something was very off with it or probably not my preference since I have been using mid range s20fe and a52s which performs equal and well according to there range.

Just upgraded from my S23 Ultra and I can already see a clear difference in the quality of the camera and it's festures. The camera is one of the main reasons I buy the Samsung Ultras. The size and shape have not changed noticable for me but both phones were in cases so maybe that is not a surprise. I must learn more about the AI features, I'm sure they could help me more.

I went for the s25 edge as I wanted something lighter and slimmer to the phone I currently have. It is a good phone overall, and easy to handle. battery life is about a day for an average user and also has mi sleek design. However, the camera, while good, lacks significant upgrades from previous models. Overall, the Galaxy S25 offers a solid experience, though its high price. AI functionality and day reports need development and are basic.

The form factor is just right. Coming from a S24 Ultra I do appreciate the rounded corners of the S25. I also enjoy the performance boost even if it isn't that a big jump. Being lighter also helps when in your pocket. I feel it has been a really good experience so far and hopefully it will keep being for the foreseeable future.

Ok so firstly the AI has advanced integration in the apps which makes managing my daily life easy! When I'm on work calls I can now record the call and when talking to colleagues across other countries I can translate seamlessly. I haven't fully experienced all the new gizmos of my phone, tbh it's a Pandora's box!!

The Galaxy S25 is an excellent phone, was a little nervous at first as I previously owned a phone since 2018! The screen is clear and takes good photos, I've also noticed that it has a good battery life, the connectivity is also good even after a slow start. The phone is great! Obviously it's an S25plus! However, when wireless charging, the phone gets too hot. I don't mean warm... I mean TOO HOT... I have downloaded the Samsung Thermal Guardian to monitor and "help"... But apart from stopping charging at 85%, or always charging by wire, there's nothing you can do. I think this is a DESIGN FAULT, but Samsung would never admit to it... Too expensive!

I have zero need for AI as far as I am aware. The S25 seems the same as all the previous Samsung S range phones I have previously purchased. I care not for the quality of phone pictures. I do not use the Bixby , AI , incorporated Samsung/ Google features. I have disbanded Google data collection, which is unknowingly on the phone. The phone allows me to make and recieve calls , emails and texts. The sound is fine for my music downloads. Everything else is pretty much pointless for me. The phone fits in my pockets comfortably and hasn't broken the time's I have already dropped it. The contract I purchased for this phone made it attractive. The extra gift will be re-gifted as I have no use for the watch.

Phone is great the design has been improved on S24. The performance is fantastic with AI whilst i am still learning the full benefits.Display is very good, Camera great again still learning all features.Battery is not quite as good as i expected seems to run down quickly if used on a game. Overall 100 %

Works well except its camera at night.I am a photographer and decided to do some street in liverool uk.The shots in the day came out the same as my S23. Night shots were not good,the S23 does this a lot better. Power level icon far too small,S23 same overall size has a power level icon I can see.

Absolutely shockingly bad service. 2nd phone I've had. 1st had to be sent back due to "technical issues". Fine. Only problem, no one communicated and I was threatened with debt collectors for a phone that I'd sent back, but no one had marked as received. Now on my 2nd phone. Had it for a few weeks now. Still not connected to the network - another "technical issue" no doubt - and I am still awaiting a replacement sim card which should have been sent out to try and resolve the issue. Absolutely poor service from a company you'd expect so much better from. Wishing I'd never bothered.

I've been an iPhone user for many years. I've moved over to the Samsung and am not sure I made the right decision. The main problem is unlocking the phone. Iphone's face recognition system is brilliant, and I miss it. Samsung's face recognitionis slow and doesn't work at all in poor light. The fingerprint unlock only works intermittently. More often than not I have to use the PIN, and i didnt spend all this money on the phone to use the same unlocking system used by brick phones 20 years ago. I was expecting so so much more from Samsungs flagship phone. I have no doubt it's brilliant once unlocked, but this face/fingerprint problem is seriously annoying and there is no reason for it to be so poor

Really good, great camera, sounds awesome and performs very well Only thing that isn't perfect is the ai voice assistant bixby, says "sorry i didn't understand that" half the time i talk to it no matter how much i do the voice recognition thing Otherwise great! I love it !!

We're sorry to hear that Bixby isn't always understanding you, and we have some fixes available for this. You can retrain Bixby by going to the Bixby app > Tap the Menu (the three lines) > Settings > Voice wake-up > Retrain voice wake-up. This will improve the accuracy. Also, go to Settings > Apps > Bixby Voice > Storage > Clear cache > Clear data, as this will refresh the app. Ensure that your phone's software is up to date by going to Settings > Software update > Tap 'Download and install'. You also may wish to perform a soft reset, as this will completely refresh all systems on your phone. You can do that by pressing and holding the Side key and the Volume Down key at the same time for about ten seconds or until your phone reboots. You won't lose any data with the soft reset. I am, overall, pleased with the S25. One major disappointment is that there is no VISIBLE recycle bin. For example, I was in a long text correspondence with an old friend. Included in the 'toing and froing' was a piece of vital information I want to keep, the remainder could be deleted. Unfortunately, if you want keep ONE text out of a longer conversation you have to keep the WHOLE conversation. Deleting the conversation means EVERYTHING goes. You CANNOT select to keep one. With my old A13 I could select to keep one part of a longer conversation. In addition, if I accidentally delete a conversation there is no way to retrieve it. With the A13 all I had to do was go to the Recycle Bin and retrieve it. With this in mind, the S25 has taken a retrograde step. Very disappointing.

We would like to confirm that, when using the pre-installed Messages app on your device, it is possible to delete specific messages without the need to delete the whole conversation. This can be done by heading to: Messages app > Access the conversation > 3 dots (top-right) > Delete messages > Select the individual message you wish to delete > Delete. It is also possible to retrieve any deleted message or conversation on the pre-installed Samsung Messages app by selecting the 3 dots menu on the right > Recycle bin > Select the conversation or message you wish to restore > Select > Restore. I love nothing about my s25. Plagued with moisture content warning which does not allow me to charge it. Spoke with Samsung several times trying to resolve the issue but to no avail. The last thing was to drive 140 miles to drop it off and it would take approx 11 days. 11 days without a phone which I require for work and very important personal issues. Had to buy numerous original cables, all of which made no difference. My wife's phone is exactly the same. Had to now buy 2 wireless chargers just in order to charge it. Absolutely terrible customer service and even worse phones.

Can't fault the phone in terms of screen clarity and speed ( although my first one lagged and I had to return it - Samsung replaced it efficiently) I only bought this particular phone because I use the stylus, and my old Samsung phones lasted a long time. I haven't used any of the new features but am mooring the loss of my sd card. Trying to transfer folders from my PC to this phone was a nightmare. If you are going to remove the sd card it needs to be simple and fast. In the end I had to load the folders onto an old phone with an sd card slot and use Samsung transfer. I think Samsung ought to listen to what consumers want and stop trying to copy iPhone. It doesn't have a 3.5 socket either. I'm sure the camera is fantastic, but it will probably be used only for quick snaps. So, yeah it's OK.

User friendly and nice. Apps on galaxy are really good and the camera on point. Battery has long life span. Charging is very fast and is easy to carry as it's not heavy. The manual makes it easier for beginners to get going.

As title says was forced to buy a new phone as soon as I got off flight from holiday as I left my normal Android in the hire care 🙄 Was a reluctant purchase, having not used samsung for many years. Have mainly been using oppo and one plus. Have to say in all honesty im happy with the purchase, the UI is intuitive, easily personalised for a familiar look and feel. Wasn't to sure about the smaller screen but after a couple of weeks use i have got comfortable with the smaller phone.. The phone feels well built and fast to use even in graphic intensive apps. The camera works well in default, not played with the setting yet..... The only downside so far is the lack of fast charging. Overall, please with purchase

Had this S25 for a few days now and on first impressions the phone is super fast and responsive. The display for a smaller flagship phone is great, vibrant colours with smooth scrolling and fine details. I love the design of the phone, it feels very comfortable to use and fits in my pocket with ease. The cameras are up there with the best, so many options to choose from, with the help of AI you can play about with the pictures and fine tune your images, add or remove unwanted parts of the image in a flash. The battery is fine for me, i'm not one for being on my phone every minute of the day, my only gripe is that the battery icon at the top right of the screen is too small, it would a good idea to make the size adjustable. All in all a brilliant little powerhouse phone, glad i upgraded to the the S25.

More than happy with my s25 having upgraded from my s21. Much the same for the apps I use, but quicker. Great for pictures. Not yet made use of the Ai features but I'm sure knowing Samsung that they'll be amazing

I don't like any sort of AI, I don't like how my phone always pushes me to use Galaxy AI, and I don't like how some AI features cannot be disabled. I wish to have option to either remove or completely disable AI.

I have got the s25 ultra, its absolutely amazing, honestly I was considering the 17pro max, pixel 10 pro xl, and the s25 ultra for over 3 months, and did lots of comparisons, all were good products, but by far the s25 ultra blows everything out of the water, its the king of all phones.
