User Generated Content (“UGC”) Terms and Conditions

You hereby grant Samsung a worldwide, non‐exclusive, royalty‐free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute the content in any and all media or distribution methods (now known or later developed). You represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older; you are the sole creator and author of this content; the content does not infringe upon or violate the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity; and that no third party has any rights in or to the content or that you have obtained written permission from each such third party to grant these rights. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Samsung from any claims to the contrary. You hereby waive all rights of attribution, how your content is used, the way your work is treated and shown and any similar rights you may have now or later to the content.
