I am very dissapointed with this microwave, it is extremely underpowered, taking an age to reheat food especially when its has been in the fridge. Other features don't work very well - the power defrost stops after 30seconds! Wish I'd have spent a bit more and got a better one as Samsung are very difficult to get an exchange from.

The microwave is a simply, tidy set up. Perfect size for our work kitchenette but lacks 'power' and takes forever to heat things. Wish I'd spent that little bit extra and got a higher wattage microwave. As always, Appliances Online are great with delivery times and delivered perfectly on time.

Great little microwave, fitted perfectly into the shelf box required, the service from appliancesonline was excellent, I was phoned prior to it being delivered to my work place, would highly recommend appliancesonline and will be using them again

Very good value, easy to use. I would have given it 5 stars if the buttons were easier to press (and they're a little hard to see on the dark background). But for the price, it's an excellent microwave.

Bought product 3 weeks ago first night of using it to cook rice it stopped working mid way though, next day it worked again, Christmas Day I used it to steam all the veg and it stopped working again

Too much plastics feels cheap quality, from the pictures can’t tell. The buttons are hard to press. Door won’t open after 3 weeks… poor quality
