My washing machine is only rinsing in cold water. Is this normal?

Last modified : May 23. 2018

Samsung washing machines generally use cold water for rinse cycle and this is normal. However, depending on the type of wash cycle selected the washing machine selects a suitable rinse cycle that can be either with hot, warm or cold water. To know whether your washing machine uses hot, warm or cold water for rinsing please refer your user manual or follow the instructions to download a copy of User Manual.

Please note that depending on your selection either hot water or cold water can be drawn in your washing machine during the actual wash cycle. Some models of front and top loaders do not have a hot water inlet but they utilise an in-built heater for hot water supply. For models that have both hot and cold water inlets do not have an in-built heater.
