Raising an Error Report via the Galaxy Wearable App

Having troubles with your Galaxy Watch or Buds and not sure what to do? If you raise an Error Report through the Galaxy Wearable app our Samsung Members Team will be able to provide further troubleshooting steps to help resolve your issue. Simply follow the below guide to learn how to raise an Error Report through the Galaxy Wearable app.

Raising an Error Report

Please ensure you raise an Error Report within 5 minutes of the issue occurring on your Galaxy device. While raising an Error Report it is important that you DO NOT close the Samsung Members app while log files are being generated.

1 Launch the Galaxy Wearable app

2 Tap on

3 Tap on 3 dots > Settings

4 Select Contact us

5 Select Send Feedback

6 Tap on

7 Select the device you're having a problem with, then tap on Next

8 Tap on Frequency

9 Choose between Once, Often or Sometimes

10 Tap on the text box and explain the issue you are facing with your Galaxy device. If you would like to add any screen recordings or screenshots to your error report tap on . Once you are ready to send your error report select

Please ensure Send system log data is ticked.

Reviewing Feedback

1 Launch Samsung Members app

2 Select Get Help

3 Tap on Send feedback

4 You should be able to view all your raised error reports and responses from our Samsung Members Team.

5 You can then review the responses from our Samsung Members Team and even ask extra questions
