How do I restore from the Recycling Bin?

Accidentally deleted photos of videos in your Gallery and want to restore them?  Or perhaps you accidentally deleted your favourite Ringtone via the My Files app? Don't stress, you can easily restore them from your Recycling Bin. Just make sure you restore your files within 30 days otherwise the will be permanently removed from your Samsung Phone or Tablet.

1 Launch the Gallery icon Gallery app
Launch Gallery app
2 Tap on 3
Tap on 3 lines
3 Then select Recycling bin
Select Recycling bin
4 Tap on Edit
Tap on Edit
5 Select the photos or videos you would like to restore back to your Gallery then tap on Restore
Tap on Restore
1 Launch the Message app
Launch message app
2 Tap on the 3 dots
Tap on 3 dots
3 Tap on Recycle bin
Tap on Recycle bin
4 Select Edit
Tap on Edit
5 Tap on the conversation and then select Restore
Select restore
1 Launch the Contacts app
Launch My Files app
2 Tap on 3
Tap on 3 lines
3 Select Recycle bin
Select Recycle bin
4 Tap on Edit
Select edit
5 Tap on the contact and then select Restore
Select restore

Please Note: This setting is exclusively available on Galaxy devices operating on Android OS Version 10.0 (Q) and above.

2 Scroll down the screen and select Recycle bin
Tap on Recycling bin
3 Tap on Edit
Select edit
4 Select the file then tap on Restore
Tap on Restore
