Setup Bedtime Mode on my Samsung Galaxy One UI 3.0 Device

Don't want to be woken up by group chats late at night and want to reduce the amount of light emitting from your phone? Simply enable Bedtime Mode within the Digital wellbeing and parental controls, once enabled your calls and alerts will be muted and the screen will change to a greyscale.

1 Head into your Settings > Digital Wellbeing and parental controls
Head into Setting s> Digital Wellbeing and parental controls
2 Scroll down the page to Bedtime Mode
Scroll down the page
3 Tap on Bedtime Mode
Select Bedtime Mode
4 Toggle on Turn on as scheduled

5 Select the days you would like Bedtime Mode to be applied to

6 Tap on Set Schedule
Tap on Set schedule
7 Set you Start and End time then select Done

8 Once the Schedule is in place you will notice your screen set to greyscale and Do Not Disturb will be activated

9 If you would like to disable Bedtime Mode simply swipe down on your screen to view your Notifications, then tap on the Digital Wellbeing Notification

10 Select End Bedtime mode
Tap on End Bedtime mode
