How do I prevent RF signal interferce with my TV LAN cable?

Last modified : Apr 05. 2018

To prevent RF interference (Radio Frequency) with radio signals you may attach a toroidal ferrite core to the LAN cable that runs to your TV or other devices as follows:

Toroidal ferrite core
1 Pull the fixing tab of the Toroidal ferrite core to open it.
2 Make two loops around the core with the LAN cable.
3 Attach to Toroidal ferrite core to the LAN cable as the figure shows and press to close until clicks.
4 Attach the ferrite core as close to the product as possible.
