Bought the vacuum 4 months ago and a plastic piece in the head broke, making it unusable. Took to JB HiFi to get replacement or refund, to be advised I should go to Samsung directly. After explaining to them their responsibilities as a retailer, they are sending the piece to Samsung to review whether we broke it or it was a defect. Of course we broke it - we were vacuuming, and it snapped a piece, but I consider this a defect under normal use. So - average quality vacuum, with average battery life - it nearly makes it through my small apartment. Terrible service - we'll see how Samsung react when (if) JB ever get the head to them.

I purchased this vacuum at the latest secret sale, I had been invited to purchased over the past few months via this method, this was the first time I was able to and was ready to purchase something. The vacuum is well made and was packaged and delivered , perfectly. The only small complaint I had is it seems to run out of power ofter only 5-10min. we have tried to decrease the power so to operated on a lower sections but this really doesn't improve the longevity go the battery. a little disappointed as the advertised time is 40 min and were lucky to get 10min before you have to recharge. thank you

Whilst I love the vaccum itself, being unable to purchase combination tool, crevice tool and no compatibility to clean station. If I had known there would be lack of aftersale ability to purchase accessories I would have spent more money and got the pet 60 or a higher model

I bought this about a year ago. Like other reviewers, I have found the battery power only lasts for about 10 mins. And for some reason, it now doesn't work on the lower power setting so have to increase the power which means it does not last long at all. I looked into buying a replacement battery and it is almost as expensive as buying the new vacuum cleaner. Very disappointed.

This is the most extraordinary stick vacuum i have ever purchased. The suction from this is unbelievable, i struggled to pull it off the carpet. I have had many vacuums, but none compare to the beauty and power of this. The battery is better than $1000 vacuums, and the feel is premium, buy while you can.

Great suction and battery life has been fine for me but it does not come with any accessories and there are none made to fit this particular vacuum. Which is awful because I very much need the other types of accessories that generally come with all types of vacuums.

I’ve just recently bought it and had a test use. It was much quieter than I expected and vacuumed stuffs well. It was very useful to clean up a dirty house after a move out. Simple design, good price, good performance.

I used to own a Dyson for years and bought this. Not as sophisticated as Dyson but value for money is unbeatable. Light, long battery, easy to clean, great suction power. Honestly it just does the job.
