I bought this machine 3 months ago and I am very happy with it. It easily washes my King size doona and handles large family loads effortlessly. It also does the most thorough wash of any machine I have owned. The drum clean feature and reminder is a great feature. I especially love the add door feature for those forgotten items. Best washing machine I have owned.

I've had this washer now for a couple of years, it's run quite regularly in our home. It's been the BEST investment and time, saver! I've also noticed it cleans my clothes SO WELL. They just smell better. I LOVE that I can fit my big doonas in the washer! Generally, I never use the add wash function, I tried it once and it was a pain to use so I never adopted it in my routine, so if there is any feature that's a pain, it's that. I LOVE the smart feature to have it connected to my phone, it tells me when it's done, so I know to go change the washing out. It also sends me notifications when it's ready for a clean, which is ALSO very handy as well. It tells me if there is an error at all too. I've only ever had it error once and it was a small fix. Not 1 other error since. We are a household of 6. I will never go back to a smaller washer again.

Ong! So far this machine has been a complete package from size, performance, price to noise out put! I have always sworn by top loaders, in fact hated the front loader… when my top loader recently went to heaven and supply is still really restricted I opted for the 16kg front loader. I will never look back. Very impressed.

We purcahsed the 16kg washer as we wanted to be able to wash our king and super king duvet without stressing about taking it to a dry cleaners or using an industrial washer. The machine is super easy to use with versatile settings and heat settings to kill off those pesky germs! Super satisfied with the machine.

So far so good. It's very quiet, so quiet I have to put the drum light on to make sure it's on. Nothing to fault so far. No regrets in buying this washing machine. Service was great and was able to seperate my orders as there was still a wait for one other item I ordered
