Im not sure what i most disgusted with the product or the service ? Unit markings come off in less than 9 months and its cosmetic damage so not interested Forget its health and safety to know which ring you are igniting or that you pay a premium for a samsung products Told cant fix it so you pay us £96 to attend and then we will charge you for a new hob so how does that work I bought all kitchen appliances to match all samsung well lets see how that goes in future Ill now either replace with another brand or go buy stickers from ebay yes you heard it that was advice given

Not the usual standard you expect from Samsung products. As per other reviews - the labelling on the cooker just falls off after only 6 months use - despite following all guidelines, not using abrasive cleaners etc. The cooker itself seems reasonable quality - although we are sceptical that the heat output is as specified. Despite having higher rated output than our previous appliance, the flame and heat seems smaller. Questioning the problem with customer service, they immediately start to quote the consumer rights act which just shows they know the product is sub standard. The consumer rights act states a product should be fit for purpose. Does Samsung really believe that markings on a product disappearing after 6 months use is fit for purpose - or are they hiding behind this to protect an inferior product?

Please be aware that unless you clean this with verified unicorn tears, all of the labelling will be removed, yet Samsung will argue that you used something abrasive to clean it. I have a hob that has just gone through it's 1st birthday and has absolutely no labelling left on it and Samsung won't do a thing about it!

The hob when it works is good. unfortunately since I've bought this hob in March this year (2023) I have had to call the engineer three times to replace the ignition pin. It's gone again for the fourth time! This time the service department are just not being helpful. a new hob going wrong that many times in 8 months is not acceptable. Then the service department not being helpful adds to the frustration.

I would not recommend buying this product. Despite only receiving this product in August 3 of the 5 hob plate indicators/ order and temperature dials, which are painted on, have worn off. After hanging on the phone with them for 45 minutes Samsung support unhelpfully informed me we would have to pay for an engineer to come out; presuming they would re-paint them on?
