Step 1
Purchase and activate your Frame Pro from a retailer in the UK between the 24th of December 2025 to the 20th of January 2026.
Step 2
Open the Samsung Promotion app on your TV, which can be found in ‘Apps’ and connect your Samsung Account. You will be able to access your unique voucher on the Promotion app until the 19th of February 2026.
Step 3
Go to the Art Store App on the TV to use your voucher. The voucher will be valid to use until the 24th of December 2026.
Step 4
Subscribe to the annual plan and as part of the payment, input your unique voucher code from the Promotion App into the ‘Promotional Codes’ option. Detailed instructions with images available here.
