The Promoter 

1.     The Promoter is Samsung Electronics (UK) Limited, Samsung House, 2000 Hillswood Drive, Chertsey, Surrey, KT16 0RS (the “Promoter”). 

Promotion Period

2.     The Promotion will commence on the 27th November 2025 (00:01 – GMT) and continue until the 26th December 2025 (23:59 – GMT) (“Promotion Period”).

Eligibility

3.     To be eligible to participate in the Promotion you must be an individual and legal resident (aged 18+) of the United Kingdom (including Isle of Man and Channel Islands) only (the “Territory”) and be a Samsung Member and signed up to the Samsung Members App (“Participants”).

4.   Employees or agents of the Promoter that are involved in the operation of this Promotion or anyone professionally connected to this Promotion are not eligible to enter.

5.     Network providers, retailers, distributors, resellers and any person who purchases the Promoter’s products for resale or otherwise not as the end user, may not participate in this Promotion.

6.     For the avoidance of doubt, this Promotion is only available to individuals as consumers (e.g. not to any business or reseller).

Referrals

7.    During the Promotion Period the Participant will need to obtain a code available in the Samsung Members App by responding to the prompt and opting in to the Promotion (“Member Code”) and follow the link in the Members app to  enter the Member Code into a form and register with their details (name, email) at https://samsungoffers.claims/membersreferral to open a “Claim”. The status of Referrals can be viewed in the ‘Track my Claim’ page at any time after submitting a Claim. Each Member Code can only be used once and only one Member Code per Participant.

8.    Once registered, the Participant will receive an email from membersreferral@samsungoffers.claims with information on  access to template posts for social media channels (including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X and SnapChat) with text including hashtags, a referral code (“Referral Code”), a link to this website https://samsungoffers.claims/membersreferral along with instructions for posting (“Posts”).

9.    During the Promotion Period Participants must share the Posts on any of the above social media channels. The Posts should not be sent via direct messaging on the social media channels.  Friends and followers (“Referees”) who see the Posts, must during the Promotion Period input the Referral Code along with their details (name, email) at https://samsungoffers.claims/membersreferral to obtain a £50 discount code off the regular purchase price of an eligible Smartphone device (listed as an “Eligible Product” under Table 1 below) purchased from Samsung.com/uk or Samsung Shop App(“Discount Code”). The Referee must use the Discount Code by 2 January 2026 and then after 28th January 2026 and without a refund requested (“Referral(s)”), the referring Participant will be rewarded in accordance with Condition 11 of these Terms and Conditions. The Discount Codes may not be used for purchases through SMB channels or employee platforms. If a Referee uses a Discount Code to purchase an Eligible Product from Samsung.com/uk, and later wishes to return that product in line with the Promoter’s returns policy, the Promoter may (in its discretion) issue a replacement single-use Discount Code of the same value and same expiry date of 2 January 2026 for use on another Eligible Product, but no further replacement codes will be issued. If a Referee returns an Eligible Product (for which they used a Discount Code on) in line with the Promoter’s returns policy, this shall not constitute a “Referral”.  

TABLE 1 – ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS

10. The Referral Code has a maximum of ten (10) uses which must all be by different individuals (i.e., a Referee may only use one Referral Code and may not use any Referral Code more than once) and will expire at the end of the Promotion Period.  

11. After 28th January 2026 the Participant can revisit the Members App to see their corresponding reward.  Successful Referrals shall mean the Participant receives the following tiers and associated Reward discount codes from the Promoter via their Samsung Members App (“Reward Discount Code”): 

• 0-3 Referrals:  Tier 2 entitled to a Reward Discount Code for (fifty pounds) £50.00 off the regular price of Samsung smartphones, tablet, watches, buds, computing and associated accessories purchased from Samsung.com/uk e-store for each Referral; and
•  4+ Referrals:  Tier 1 entitled to a Reward Discount Code for a total of (five hundred pounds) £500.00 off the regular price of Samsung smartphones, tablet, watches, buds, computing and associated accessories purchased from Samsung.com/uk e-store.
• Reward Discount Code cannot be used on any Samsung smartphones, tablets, watches, buds, computing, and associated accessories released in January 2026, February 2026 and March 2026.
• Reward Discount Code cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion.
• The above rewards are not cumulative (i.e. you may only receive the Reward Discount Code for one Tier and will not be eligible for both Tiers).
•  The Reward Discount Codes must be redeemed within 90 days once issued by Samsung.
• One Reward Discount Code per Participant and per transaction.

12. The Referees can also see the status of their Referrals in their ‘Track my Claim’ on https://samsungoffers.claims/membersreferral.

Privacy and Data Protection

13. The Promoter’s use of any personal information submitted by the Participant shall be limited to communications about the Promotion and for managing registrations, Claims and Referrals. You hereby consent to your personal information being used for this purpose and confirm that you agree with the Promoter’s privacy policy available at: www.samsung.com/uk/info/privacy.html. You may withdraw consent to such use of personal information by writing to the Promoter or by using the opt-out process outlined in the Promoter’s privacy policy.

14. Other than as set out in these Terms and Conditions, the details and information provided by you when entering the Promotion, registering or opening a Claim, will not be used for any other purpose, nor shall such information be passed to any third party unless for the specific purpose of such third party in fulfilling the services to you in respect of this Promotion.

General

15. The Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to the Promotion whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond the Promoter’s control.

16. The Promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to vary the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion.

17. The Promoter will not be responsible or liable for: (a) any failure to receive submissions due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control; (b) any late, lost, misrouted, or damaged transmissions, Referrals or Claims; (c) any computer or communications related malfunctions or failures; (d) any disruptions, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of the Promoter; or (e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion.

18. By participating in this Promotion, you agree, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, to release and hold the Promoter harmless from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from participation in or in connection with the Promotion. The above limitation of liability shall not apply to liability arising from fraud (including fraudulent misrepresentation), death or personal injury caused as a result of Promoter’s negligence.

19. The Promotion is governed by the law of England and Wales.
