Samsung Rewards is a loyalty program where customers can earn points from eligible purchases on Samsung.com and the Shop Samsung App, as well as through other Samsung apps and partner promotions. Points can be redeemed toward Samsung products, services and more.
There are 4 levels of Samsung Rewards - Silver, Gold, Platinum, and VIP (a paid membership program). The higher the level you are, the more points you will earn on every purchase.
Everyone starts off as a Silver Rewards Member, but if you spend $500 or more within 12 months, you will be upgraded to a Gold Rewards Member. Spend $1,500 or more in a 12-month period and you'll become a Platinum Rewards Member. VIP membership is $149.99 a year.
If you set up a Samsung Account after January 2022, you have been automatically registered for Samsung Rewards.
This means that there's nothing you need to do.
Existing Participants who are Samsung Account holders prior to January 2021 are required to register online at https://www.samsung.com/us/rewards/ or through the Shop Samsung App with the email address associated with their Samsung Account and agree to Terms and Conditions.
No. You will only earn points on purchases made on Samsung.com and the Samsung Shop App.
Points will be credited to the customer's Rewards Account between 15 and 45 days from date of purchase, after the following: the applicable return period(s) have closed, the applicable chargebacks are complete, and 15 days have passed since the close of the calendar month in which qualifying purchases were completed. At the point the Reward Points are deposited, then the tier status will be updated.
You can check your Samsung Rewards status and the number of points earned any time.

Participant can achieve a tier status at any point in a calendar year by earning the requisite number of Points as set forth in the table above. That tier status will remain in effect as the minimum tier status for the following full calendar year at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”). Participants must requalify for tier status in future calendar years. Participant’s tier status is based on the highest qualifying Tier Level for which the Participant qualifies.
If you cancel or return an order, your Rewards points will not be added to your account.

No. Samsung Rewards points are not transferrable to other customers. Participants can only transfer Rewards Points between their own Rewards Accounts. It is not possible to send Points to or receive Points from another person or Samsung Account.
You can convert your Samsung Reward points for use in selected other countries.
Important: Any attempts to bypass local tax regulations will be dealt with by according to local law and be dealt with by local law enforcement agencies.
You can check your Samsung Reward Points balance and convert points anytime on the My Rewards Page, located in My Page, when you sign in to your Samsung Account.
You can use converted Samsung Rewards points as soon as you've signed in and registered for Samsung Rewards in the country you intend to use spend your points.
Converted Samsung Rewards Points retain their original expiration date from the country you first earned them.
Converted Samsung Rewards Points can be redeemed in different Samsung stores, varying by country. These may include Samsung.com, Galaxy Store, Samsung Art Store, Samsung Shop App, and Samsung Food.

After a user’s eligible devices participate in a DR event, Samsung Rewards, equivalent to $50 USD, are deposited into the user’s Samsung account when the user clicks on the tip card presented in the app. The user must have the DR Saver Card enabled on their participating devices in order to earn the rewards.
