b. Download the SmartThings App from your app store (iOS or Android) and create or login into your Samsung account. Connecting your appliances to the SmartThings app is a mandatory requirement to claim the Extended Warranty promotion. 

c. Ensure your appliances are powered on and your Wi-Fi is working. Open the SmartThings app.

d. Make sure you are within 10-15 feet from the appliance you are trying to connect. 

e. Tap the “+” button in the top right corner of the app and select “add device”, or scan the SmartThings QR Code sticker on the product. If you are having difficulties, please refer to this instructional video.

f. Once you’ve connected your appliances to the SmarThings app, click on the promotional ad in the app or visit samsungrebates.com to access the online offer claim form. Submit the offer claim between Jul 09th, 2026 and October 30th, 2026. 

g. Complete and submit the offer claim form between 12:00 PM ET Jul 09th, 2026 and 11:59:59 PM ET October 30th, 2026 by following the on-screen prompts to provide the required information including but not limited to: participant’s full name (no initials), complete mailing address (no P.O. Boxes), valid email address, telephone number, etc. Participants will not be allowed to change their mailing address, email address, after submitting the claim form. 

h. Provide date of Qualifying Purchase and upload a photograph of the original receipt showing the Qualifying Purchase, including the model number and serial number. The file must be in .JPEG, .JPG, .PDF, .PNG, or .GIF format and may not exceed 20MB.

i. Wait for the email conformation that your claim has been approved and save that email for your records.
