I purchased the Samsung air conditioner because I was told it would cool the room quickly because the specially designed vent located on top of the unit was large so more air can go through and cool the room faster. It was amazing for a while but the vent clogs up with dust so it stops cooling and you can barely feel any air come out! I’ve had it serviced and It has to be cleaned every few weeks otherwise it does t work. It so frustrating!… I can barely walk and there’s no way I can get up a ladder to clean it, so I have to rely on others to help me. Buying the Samsung Air Conditioner was one of the worst purchases I’ve ever made!

The wind free option is a great feature for the bedroom to keep the room at a moderate temperature without creating drafts while you sleep. The Wi-Fi feature is a great bonus to be able to control the comfort of our house from anywhere.

I have the unit installed above my bed and there is a significant draught coming from the bottom of the unit in wind free mode. It definitely isn’t wind free as advertised. I have to use it in normal fan mode and direct the wind away from me using the louvres. I can only sleep wind free using this method. The louvres have to be re-positioned each time it’s turned on. Apart from the wind issue it seems to be a good air conditioner so it’s good value if the wind free issue can be overlooked.

Oh this air conditioner makes a very annoying loud sound I’m not at all what I was expecting… My 15 year old air conditioner was much better and quieter than this, looks nice but the annoying sound would definitely not recommend… Worst purchase I have ever made stay away from this

I purchased the Samsung Air conditioner, very satisfied overall with it's features, performance and it's look It's Cooling and Heating is quiet responsive as long as the temperature is set correctly from the remote. It's remote access from the Smart Things App and the Google link is an intelligent and convenient feature. The unique feature that make its Superior than the other brands is It's Built in Windfree functionality. energy saver=lowering electricity bills, love it. Well Done to Samsung

I recently purchased the SAMSUNG 2.5KW air conditioner, and I am quite disappointed. The noise level is excessively high, making it difficult to use in my bedroom. I was recommended by the neighbor who bought same unit last month. He said it's so silent and fast cooling. With wind free function, it's even silent!! and cool enough without airflow. I was so fascinated and will def. recommend!! I heard that wind free function is only available on Samsung, correct???

I have the unit installed above my bed and there is a significant draught coming from the bottom of the unit in wind free mode. It definitely isn’t wind free as advertised. I have to use it in normal fan mode and direct the wind away from me using the louvres. I can only sleep wind free using this method.

Great system, works well. Very quiet and heats my whole house up in minutes. The app is very easy to use and I like how I can turn on the system when I away before I get home to a nice warm house. Haven't uses the cooling mode yet but I'm sure that will be fantastic also. Highly recommend this product.

My research took about 3 hours. As soon as I saw this one, I knew it was the one. My partner has problems with his eyes so fans and air conditioners bother him. It really is what it claims - windless and quiet. Best thing is I can operate it from my phone. I love it!

I’ve had this installed about 2 months ago and I love it! The wind free option for sleeping is perfect and no longer wakes me up blowing directly at me. I’m looking at changing the other split systems I have over to this one when they need replacing.
I recommended this product.

We did a lot of research & review hunting befor purchasing two units approx 6 weeks ago & absolutely love the wind free feature. It is a great option for bedrooms where both of ours were installed. Thanks Joyce Maybe & Samsung.

Works great, super quiet, looks good, and wifi control makes it easy. Got this to replace a fujitsu designer range that was six or seven years old. Out performs the fujitsu and is so quiet whilst doing it. Still early days,

The wind-free technology is great. I suffer migraines so having the option for the cold air to filter through rather than blast out is prefect. It’s also really quiet. Well worth the extra cost.

This is the worsed air con IV ever owned. It's 2 years old and IV had multiple parts needed to be replaced Under warranty. It break downs ever summer. I'd give 0 star of I could.
