Inatall the app to you phone, so handy. Alerts setup lets you know when preheated etc. Great internal light. Steam clean. Fast preheat settings. With 2 fans and 1 solid door and a removable divider heat tray you have 2 ovens in 1. Alot of features, easy menus to chose or change as as you set up to cook. What I love the most is the flexible cooking scenarios. Single large oven use or 2 smaller oven use. The double fan feature in a single oven is efficient and heat temperature consistency is not an issue. In wall. Would buy again.

I noticed that food was not properly cooked when following the cooking instructions. I purchased an oven thermometer to check the internal temp and discovered that when I pre-heat the oven to (for example) 180 - The actual temperature is 150. If I set the oven to 200, the actual temperature is 170. If I leave the oven untouched for 30 mins or so , it does eventually get to the desired temp, but clearly something isn't right. This is the 2nd replacement oven I've had and the fault is the same. Oterwise, the oven has all the features you could want and looks great..... Sadly, there just seems to be a temperature calibration issue with this model.

I bought the oven 12 months ago. The main feature I wanted was cooking with steam and a bake bread often. It started off quite well and as time has passed I need to frequently descale the oven. To the point where I now have to descale every time I use steam. The 30mins of coming now need 3hrs to descale. This just isn’t functional. I have call customer service twice to try to get the issue fixed. Both times they said a technician would call but no luck so far. The positive is I can use it as 3 smaller ovens or one small oven which heats up very quickly.

The app is fiddly and only one household member can see the camera feed (the person who adds it to the household). The full oven works great, and we love the steam mode for making bread or roasts. The split oven mode isn't especially good, doesn't get hot enough in either split section. Cleaning mode doesn't really clean it. So expect to manually clean the oven still.

What i love about this oven is the pyrolytic cleaning function, its so convenient. Also the soft door close is really cool and awesome. The finish of a black color makes it look somewhat super premium. Pricing is within normal range for pyroltic ovens

We saw this oven at our friends house and fell in love with it. Its built like a commercial oven and is very solid. We bought one and it blends in with our black kitchen. We love the pyrolytic function as it self cleans the oven.
