I noticed that food was not properly cooked when following the cooking instructions. I purchased an oven thermometer to check the internal temp and discovered that when I pre-heat the oven to (for example) 180 - The actual temperature is 150. If I set the oven to 200, the actual temperature is 170. If I leave the oven untouched for 30 mins or so , it does eventually get to the desired temp, but clearly something isn't right. This is the 2nd replacement oven I've had and the fault is the same. Oterwise, the oven has all the features you could want and looks great..... Sadly, there just seems to be a temperature calibration issue with this model.

We have had 6 repair attempts in the just over two months of owning this product and still it cannot be fixed. Samsung says they are now a repair based service model so they will not switch the product out. The oven will not sense the door is closed most of the time and therefore will not cook. I don't know how it can be legal to sell a broken product and leave the customer in a constant repair loop? Just to add to the pain the light inside has blown now too.
