Cleaning Detergent Drawer on Samsung Washing Machines.

Last modified : Jun 06. 2019

Over extended periods of use, detergent dispensers in Samsung washing machines can get a build up from detergents and softeners. If or when a build up becomes too much, odour and leakage issues may occur. To prevent any sort of build up and issues arising, it is a good idea to clean the detergent drawers at set periods of time. The set period of time for cleaning the detergent drawers can vary depending on amounts used.

Below are instructions for two variations of detergent drawers in our front loader washers and also instructions for our top loaders.
