Why is my fridge not cooling?

If your fridge does not seem to be cooling properly then diagnose the problem by following the steps below:

1 Make sure the fridge power cord is correctly plugged in and temperature settings have been set correctly.

4 degree  to 2 degree centigrade 

2 Check whether the unit is not overloaded with food items and that the vents of the unit are not covered. If so, move the food items and container to provide a good air circulation.
3 Check for air leaks on the door gasket. Run your fingers on the rubber door seal to check for cold pockets of air when the fridge door is closed. If air is being lost from the fridge then your door gasket may require a replacement.
4 Check for dirt/material sticking to the fridge door frame and the rubber door seal; if an obstruction is found then wipe down to remove the obstruction.
5 Check for any deformation or warping; if deformation exists due to an accident or a manufacturing fault then the fridge may require a service. Contact Samsung Customer Cares using the options below to book in for a service.
6 Watch on how frequently the fridge door is being accessed. Frequent opening of the doors can affect cooling of your fridge.
7 Check for door misalignment, if the doors are misaligned, Contact Samsung Customer Care using the options below.
