Recording videos in 4K on my Samsung Phone

Recording in 4K UHD will bring your scene to life. You can shoot incredible footage and play it back with the details you saw in person. Follow the below guide to learn how to adjust your camera settings to recording on 4K UHD.

Please Note: Screenshots were captured from a Galaxy S10 operating on Android OS Version 9.0 (Pie). Settings and steps may vary depending on your Galaxy device and software version. Recording in 4K UHD is subject to your Galaxy device, it is best to Check your device specs to confirm if your phone support 4K Recording resolution.

1 Launch your Camera and select the Settings cogwheel.
Launch Camera app and select settings
2 Under Videos select either Rear Video size or Front Video size
Scroll down page and select Rear video size
3 Select 16:9 and tap on either UHD (60fps) 3840x2160 or UHD 3840x2160
Tap 16:9
Select either UHD or UHD (60fps) resolution
4 Head back to your camera and slide to Video to record in 4K UHD.
Scroll down page and select Rear video size
