Using Samsung Notes on my Note20 & Tab S7

There are new added features and settings added to Samsung Notes on the Galaxy Tab S7 & Galaxy Note20 - this includes Straightening Text, new Note Templates, Reading Mode, organise your Notes with Folders and so much more. Follow the below guide to learn how to get the most of Samsung Notes on your Galaxy Tab S7 or Galaxy Note20. Straighten Text
1 Launch Samsung notes app icon Samsung notes app
Launch Samsung Notes
2 Tap on to create a new Note
Select S Pen
3 With your S Pen, start writing on your new Note
Tap on Air Actions
4 Tap on Straighten icon to Straighten your writing
Tap on straighten icon to starighten your writing.
5 You will then notice your writing being aligned

Note Templates
1 Launch Samsung notes app icon Samsung notes app

2 Tap on Orange plus icon to create a new Note
Tap on + icon to create a new Note
3 Select > Page Template
Tap on the 3 dots > Page template
4 Choose your preferred Page Template

Reading Mode
1 Launch Samsung notes app
Launch Samsung Notes
2 Tap on to create a new Note
Tap on + icon to create a new Note
3 Tap on Paperclip icon Paperclip icon then select Voice Recording
Tap on Paperclip icon then select Voice recording
4 As you are speaking and taking notes, your voice will be recorded for reading mode
Start wiriting with your S Pen
5 If you would like to stop the voice recording tap on Stop icon
Tap on Stop icon to stop recording
6 To start using Reading Mode tap on arrow icon then Play icon Your Voice recording will read out the text written out on the screen. If you tap on a word with your S Pen, the Voice Recording will jump to that part of the text and continue reading from that section.
Using Reading Mode
Importing PDFs
1 Launch Samsung notes app icon Samsung notes app
Launch Samsung Notes
2 Tap on PDF icon
Tap on PDF icon
3 Select the folder the PDF is saved in
Select the Folder the PDF is saved in
4 Tap on the PDF you would like to import then tap on Done
tap done
5 You will then be able to view the PDF in Samsung Notes

Sort Pages
1 Launch Samsung notes app icon Samsung notes app
Launch Samsung Notes
2 Tap on an existing Note
Select a saved note
3 Select three dots icon > Sort Pages
Tap on the 3 dots > Sort pages
4 You will then be able to view all pages within your Samsung Note. If you would like to move a page to the beginning or end of the Note, simply long press the page then drag and drop to your desired spot

       Edit icon Allow you to select and Delete, Copy or Share multiple pages


       bookmark icon View all your saved Bookmarks


       search icon Search for a phrase or word within your PDF or Note


       Close icon Close the Sort Pages function
