Why isnt my Mobile device powering on?

Follow and action the troubleshooting steps below:

Charge your device

Your device's battery may have been completely depleted. Plug your charger into your device and let it charge for a while. If there is still no response from your device, please proceed to the next step.

Perform a soft reset

The software on your device may have crashed. Try performing a soft reset on your device by holding the volume down and power key simultaneously for 7 seconds. If there is no response, please proceed to the next step. 

Visit an Authorised Service Centre
