Love: Vacuum suction, AI mode (automatically adapts suction according to floor type) & the automatic bin emptying with a very decent sized bag. The suction is amazing. Hate: The mop is disappointing, yes it can buff out marks really well but the rest is disappointing. It does NOT vacuum whilst it mops, only uses cold water with no cleaning product as an option. If also keeps on getting stuck, saying there's debris or something stuck when nothing is there! It needs to vaccuum as it mops, ideally with hot and/or soapy water to achieve 5 stars in my oopinion but I bought this model as it was the only one with the self emptying bin.

It is cordless and lightweight and can be maneuvered around tight spaces. I also like the AI feature which senses what type of surface you are on (hardwood or carpet) and adjusts the suction accordingly. Another feature that I like is it can be self-emptied into the included charging station with a press of the button, so you don't have to clean out the dust cup all the time. Using it is very easy and it has lots of suction. I definitely noticed my carpets were cleaner after using the vacuum. All in all, I would definitely recommend the Samsing Bespoke AI Jet Ultra vacuum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, great battery life and suction, but the difficult part is how it isn't very maneuverable. The head of the vacuum is too light, and the way it is pushed around makes it difficult to keep straight. I believe it would benefit from a heavier main floor head, and better wheels to push it. For the price, they need to go back to the drawing board and improve it. Also, the way that they have the base with the auto empty is a cool feature, but, they make it proprietary with bags. It should be a bagless design across the board, because it doesn't benefit the environment to have a bagless vacuum and then a bag empty system that's automatic. It's not easy to clean either.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bespoke AI Jet Ultra is a very well built vacuum and the features are very well designed. The overall functionality is what one would expect for a stick vacuum. For the price point, I would expect the vacuum to be easier to move on carpeted surfaces as it doesn't feel as though it has much pull. The suction doesn't adjust as well as I'd like when on plusher surfaces. It tends to get stuck pretty easily. The battery holds a long lifespan and charges pretty quickly. I like the dust bag emptying mechanism and it keeps cleaning the debris easy and filters well. The attachments that come with the vacuum are good but attachment storage options could be improved on the base station.

Upgraded to Bespoke AI version, from an ordinary Samsung stick vacuum. Huge difference. At a base level it's a vacuum cleaner that has fantastic battery life and suction. The AI option will adjust the speed, and the way it is vacuuming based on the surface it is detecting. So easy to use and comes with a large number of attachments for every need. Online downside so far is that the suction of the bin when the vacuum is placed back on the stand to charge. It doesn't always get everything in the clear bin. This can sometimes be as basic as lumps of dust and hair stuck in the vacuum. But it rarely happens.

It can tell if you are on the carpet or hardwood floor. The vacuum will change its function. I love how you can see the screen and it tells you the battery percentage. The only thing I don't like is the bags. You have to change them when they get full. That is something you have to keep buying. I like how you just put the vacuum into the base and it automatically sucks out all the garbage. The suction on this is great. It picks everything up on multiple different floors. I also like the light so you can see everything you are picking up. I highly recommend you try this out.

Really like a clean station, which is not only helps to avoid dealing with emptying vacuum but also a convenient way to store it. Easy to handle, even for kids. Good suction, AI mode covers the hassle of switching between floor and carpet. Giving it 4 stars because of couple things, which needs to be improved: 1. Laser instead of LED, like green laser on Dyson, which is way better in highlighting small trash or even fur on the floor. 2. Missing ability to customize suction power for different modes (slightly increase/decrease) 3. Integration with smart reorder: ability to enter number of bags left, track when bag was replaced and notify/reorder.

The color is a nice sleek black and it comes with an Anti-Tangle Pet Tool, Combination Tool, Extension Crevice Tool, 3 dust bags,100 minute battery pack and 1 All-in-One Clean station. When I say it vacuums, I mean it vacuums. It's suction power is powerful. You have different options to how powerful you want the suction to be. Which is a great feature. I feel like it leaves my floor and carpet very clean. I like that it is also lightweight and not heavy. I highly recommend this vacuum to anyone who is looking for an upgrade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For starters the look of this is so sleek and slim. I live that it’s lightweight and I can cart it to any room in the house! The handle sits comfortably in your hand and the controls are right there on top which you reach with your thumb. This glucoses across our hardwood floor so nicely and with not a lot of noise. The vacuum itself is pretty quiet. There is one feature we love and that is that it extends which works great for taller people to vacuum, like my husband! We also have used this on our carpet and it did great there too but I love this more for my hardwood.

Aesthetically, it looks really good, and the accessory cradle is really convenient. The automatic cleaning function is a great feature. In terms of suction, performs very well, however, does not vacuum on the pull back (in reverse) which other new competitor models do - disappointing considering the price point of this vacuum. Previously owned a dyson V12 and the performance is better on the Samsung, however, is considerably heavier and the LED light does nothing. Would love the green laser similar to the dyson to identify dirt and dust not easily visible to the eye.

This one is easy to take to places and clean every part of our home. The built is sturdy and the battery works great. We cleaned the full house many times and the battery never got to less than 30%. The AI mode is extremely convenient as before we would need to adjust every time you change floor or vacuum a rug. I love that it has a little light in the front of the vacuum so I can see the dirt even when the lighting conditions are not great. The self clean is a nice touch, and despite the fact we use everyday for a few months now, it still has space in it. You still need to clean it from time to time, which is fine.

This is only noticeable if you don't extend the arm to a comfortable enough length. If you're holding the vacuum almost straight up it'll feel "stuck". If you're holding the handle closer to your waist it'll glide over thick carpet very easily. If you're cleaning up a lot of finer dust the basket filter will get clogged quick leading to the "Check micro filter or dustbin" message. Cleaning them is easy but depending on your usage you may have to clean them out every few days. Battery life is great. On a full charge, JET (the highest suction mode) will get around 15-ish minutes which is usually enough for bigger messes.

I received my vacuum over a month ago and I am really enjoying it so far. The power is really great. I thought that the doc that auto empties the vacuum would be a bit gimmicky but it turns out it's actually really useful. The vacuum is always empty, charged and ready to go when I need it. The main drawback is say is the head unit. You can adjust the gates on it, so you can create a vacuum (pun not intended) for better sucking power, or create a less grippy head when vacuuming rugs and things that move along the floor like that. Overall very happy though!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum has been an item I've had on my wishlist for some time, and noticed it on sale for a decentprice. Once I got it I was excited to try it out on different areas that I wanted clean. The design of the whole setup is light and east to hold. I feel like it gives the house a good look because of the sophisticated design. When it came to using the vacuum I got to say I was mainly disappointed with the suction power and the battery life of the vacuum. When using it on hardwood floors and other flat surfaces the device works perfectly fine. It's when using it on any other type of surface, such as carpet both in car and at home, as well as sofas or beds. I got the package that includes other accessories such as the pet brush tool and the wide brush too. Neither of which worked for the places I needed, the grass and pet hair didn't get sucked in nor did it get brush away. The next problem is the battery life, when using it on MIN and AI mode works fine and lasts about 1hr. When using MAX and JET modes the vacuum barely lasts 15 mins and I have to wait 3hrs for the vacuum to charge. Honestly after getting I hardly use it since what I would like to use it for doesnt work. There are times that I noticed the vacuum clearing itself into the dust bag, there are times that dust and other items get stuck in the vacuum container.

We purchased our stick vacuum 2 weeks ago and love it. The ease of moving from our tiles to carpet to laminate flooring is seamless. The various attachments and the clever storage stand, that houses the attachments that you can simply pick up and move with you, provides the ability to vacuum not only day the day dust etc from the floors, pick up pet hair when our kids visit with their pets, mop our tiles and the transformation from vac to dust buster all in the one unit makes this model a one stop shop, housed it a compact, clean lined and smart unit.

You don't want to hide it in a closet or anything. I also love it auto detects carpet and floor. It stops the bristles on the floor automatically and can just keep going as I please. Battery is good too and my favorite feature is the stand auto disposes all the dust. I thought it might be a bit gimmicky but heck now that I am using it I DO NOT miss opening my trash trying to get all the dust out and inhaling some.

Which eliminates long amounts of time bending over as one is upright and in a more natural position that can be varied for taller persons. The AI element is actually superb, as it adjusts to different floor textures hard, soft,stone in a heartbeat. This goes to show technology is making advancement that was only a mere thought but is now a reality. Tje design is very futuristic and quite quirky which love.

Received this for Mother’s Day and from day 1 it’s always saying to check micro filter. A lot of times it hasn’t emptied properly and I’ve pulled ithe vac out and had everything falling out. I’m also already on my 3rd bag which is annoying The battery is great and I can get my whole house done on 1 charge and I love the light on the front but for the price I expected more

The HEPA filtration is a great feature because my wife suffers greatly from allergies. So all allergiens are captured into the dust bags, which comes 3 in the box. I also like that it is lightweight and it has a light at the base of the vacuum. It helps you to see what you're vacuuming. It's a great feature so you don't vacuum something that shouldn't be vacuumed. I use this vacuum on both carpet and hardwood flooring. I highly recommend this vacuum.

I haven't used my vacuum for too long but already think it's great. It was easy to unpack and I love the caddy to hold all the extra bits. It's very light and easy to move around and has great suction. The battery life is more than enough to go around my house using a high setting. Love that it can connect to my phone using smart things and the vacuum switches off and gives me a notification on the display when I receive a phone call. Glad I made the switch from another big brand.

The vacuum is powerful and easy to manoeuvre and the auto empty function is great for locking away dirt and dust. The AI feature does change the spin speed and suction power when moving from one surface to the next and the adjusted time left on the battery indicator is a nice touch. The unit seems sturdy and the attachment cradle keeps everything nice and tidy. I got it at a big discount and it was similar in price to other manufacturers so good value for me.

Great product but the access for the bag liner in the base unit is, in my opinion, in the wrong position (depending on how the unit is positioned). In my case, the base unit is in the corner of the laundry. I have to pull the whole unit out to access the bag liner. It would have been better if it was on the same side as the where the stick vacuum is docked. Luckily this only has to be done once every few weeks depending. Otherwise would have been a 5 Star

I used it everyday for years until it broke.. I decided to upgrade to the Bespoke Jet Ultra and I am glad I did! Light weight and excellent suction power, I wish the battery had more capacity when used at maximum power but so far it works very well. The aesthetics are great, can fit in a small corner for an apartment or even a studio, the charging station is great and it keeps the vacuum small container empty and ready to go. My wife loves that she does not need to change anything when moving from hard floor to carpet areas. The noise it makes when used is very reasonable and not loud at all compared with other brands, the battery charges quickly and it does not overheat. it also can be used under furniture easily and has a couple of attachments that make very versatile and for the first time in years I was able to vacuum my car at home. Putting it together takes less than 5 minutes and very easy, does not require any tools.

The AI function makes this very easy to use, simplifying vacuuming over different surfaces. Aside from the fact that it is a good all-around vacuum, my favourite thing is how easy it is to change the attachments. They clip on and off without any wrestling which means that I am using them. The pet attachment is a fave. The one downside is that the index finger rest is sharp and uncomfortable. But overall, I am happy with my purchase.

Bought it not long ago. Used the product for both vacuum and mopping. The suction for vacuuming is very good and with the AI mode, it is able to adjust the suction when moved off the carpet to tiles floor. The mopping is fine for light cleaning once a week. Battery last quite long from full charge. With the other accessories included, I can also vacuum my car more easily. Overall, it is a recommended product to purchase.

I believe we are about a month of using this vacuum and find it exceptional. Good suction, easy to use, good battery life,does catch all the dirt and run smooth and quiet. The emptying cycle that unloads the vacuum into the base does not always work. We have had to assist in emptying the stick vac dust bin twice now. The AI function is handy for it scales down the vacuum when not needed which helps extend battery life.

I love my ultra stick vacuum,I find myself vacuuming every day now,as it’s so easy to use.No more sweeping to clean small mess,just grab the stick and it’s done in seconds. After a month of daily use, the Samsung Bespoke AI Jet Stick Vacuum impressed with how it glides over both carpet and hard floors, automatically adjusting power on its own. As someone with pets, it picked up hair and crumbs quickly, and the auto-empty dock was genuinely convenient. It feels a little heavier than some others, but maneuvering and emptying the bin was easy, making cleaning far less of a chore

We have this since few weeks and its getting used almost every day on my hard flooring and carpeted areas AI does great job detecting floor type and automatically adjusts the settings and optimises battery efficiency and as a result you get spotless cleane house without any messy requirements for emptying the vacuum as it's not automatically once you dock the vacuum to the station. I purchased a dyson gen5 detect a few weeks ago and had nothing but headaches from dyson. Luckily I got an ad that Samsung was launching it's newest vacuum and I immediately had to check it out. Loving my new Samsung Stick Vacuum! It is efficient, quiet and easy to use. I love the digital readout for remaining battery life. The integrated auto-closing dustbin was the game changer for me in purchasing a Samsung over the Dyson, no more mess as I no longer need to manually empty the dust collection chamber. Also love the floor washing feature. Samsung have thought of everything in this vacuum.

Much better than previous model but i find that i set the suction to jet mode which gives you about 12 minutes of battery. No problem i said ill go and buy a second battery - well i bought this model from jb on special and when i got quoted $430 for the second battery -almost half the price of the unit i decided no more stick vacuums, back to old fashioned vacuum cleaners with a power chord.

Recently purchased after another brand died after 3 year. So far very happy with the quality. Its quieter and the AI function works quite well on our different combinations of floors. The brush head is slightly narrower than some other brands but this ended up being a good things to get i to smaller spaces. Auto emptying dust bin is a game changer. Fantastic for maintenance of a cleaning!

I wish I read the reviews on this site prior to purchasing. I’m finding I have many of the same issues as several others have had. Primarily, using this machine on carpets is ridiculously difficult. My wife keeps trying, but just gives up every time. In addition, the “AI” function is bogus. Seems to me they just threw those letters on the product to make it appear it has an advanced functionality. And finally, why do I have to clean the dustbin and micro filter after EVERY use! It’s not like there’s even much dirt/dust in the dustbin and the filter mechanism. Even after only 5 minutes of use, the notification comes up. It takes more time to clean the parts than is spent using the machine to do the vacuuming! Consequently, the machine doesn’t get used much and we bought a different stick vacuum from another maker. The Samsung now mostly sits unused. Maybe I’ll use it to hang clothes on. Most expensive clothes horse ever.

It’s small, so I can reach tight or hard-to-clean places without any trouble. It’s also very efficient—it has a little light at the bottom that lights up the floor, which helps me see dust and dirt I might have missed. I also like that when you charge the vacuum, it suctions out the dirty dust it picked up and filters it, so I don’t have to touch anything. The design is sleek and modern, and it picks up dirt really well on different types of floors. The only downside I’ve noticed is that it might not be the best choice for bigger homes or for older people. The vacuum is a little heavy, so someone older might have a hard time using it for long. Also, the battery only lasts about 30 minutes, so it would take longer and more effort to clean a large space. But other than that, it’s a good vacuum and works great for smaller homes or apartments.

The Ultra model is a bit heavier than the Lite model, but it offers longer runtime. The suction power is excellent, and the vacuum automatically adjusts its suction level based on the type of flooring, ensuring efficient cleaning. Most importantly, the self-emptying dust station is a game changer and one of the best features you can have with a vacuum.

I love the size and the weight. My 5-year-old loves to vacuum now which is amazing. My kids all use it. It's useful and it's the perfect size for them. I love that it has different attachments and I love that it has a pet hair attachment which is amazing I have 2dogs. It takes a while for it to charge but it's good for a half an hour on mid-level. I love that it picks the level for you. It knows what floor you're on and it adjusts how it's vacuuming. It is great at sensing where you're vacuuming and what suction we use. I like that the bag is attached to the charger and not the vacuum and when it cleans itself it drops it into the bag which is great. Overall this vacuum is a must. It is great for small jobs. I use it on my wood floors everyday for dog care. It gets the job super quick and efficiently

I chose this over Dyson for the simple fact that I run all Samsung appliances. I won't lie, I was nervous about this purchase because Samsung hasn't been in the game like Dyson has. Wow! I do not have carpeting so can’t say how it works on that. It is great on my laminate and tile though. I really like that it does a self diagnostic after it empties the dust bin so you know if there are any clogs. There are 2 things I don’t like and the reason for only 4 stars: It is heavy! It is 7lbs. I have carpal tunnel syndrome and can’t do my whole house without pain. It also makes it difficult to use on high areas. Also doesn’t stand on its own. There is no attachment storage! You could have added clips to the base unit so that all the attachments are handy and don’t get lost. I do really like the attachments though. I like that the brush on the upholstery attachment can be lowered or raised and doesn’t get removed. Also very nice that the crevice tool has added length if needed but is also attached so you won’t loose the extra piece.

Love this product. The suction level is strong. The AI model helps a lot when it comes to vacuuming on different types of floors. However, it is really hard to get accessories for this model in Canada. It's almost impossible to find a replacement battery anywhere online. Samsung should really care more about enhancing their after-sales services.

Don’t do it. Don’t even think about it. If this “bespoke” piece of junk were $900 cheaper I’d still be utterly disappointed but not viscerally angry. As I type this my blood pressure is through the roof! I should have learned from the fridge disaster that the best of Samsung is long gone. Normally when I buy boogey it pays off - not this time. It lasts for 20 minutes. Idk why one needs AI in a vacuum in the first place but even if you did it’s not apart of this unit. It turns off if you vacuum stairs which sounds nice so things don’t fling when you lift it up but the roller doesn’t start back so you’re left looking like an idiot whilst cursing you’re existence halfway up any stairway. If you’re set on wasting your money this is the perfect purchase. People often give one star for the most trivial (the box was cardboard, it makes noise, etc.) reasons let me assure you this is not the case. There is absolutely nothing redeemable about this vacuum.

Terrible build quality - don't waste your time with this vaccuum. Started out well, then the brush head breaks after only 5 months. Not covered under a warranty and Samsung want you to buy a new one. There's a reason Samsung aren't known for their vacuums, stick to the trusted brands and save yourself some money doing so.

I love the upgrades long battery life so I don't have to change batteries or wait to charge it to get my entire home clean in one go. The AI Cleaning Mode is very helpful with different types of flooring. I love that it automatically adjusts to provide the best cleaning setting without me having to guess. I really like the All-in-One Clean Station. If automatically empties the canister for me and begins charging upon docking. The bag is very easy to change out when it's full but it holds so much that you don't have to do it often. The vacuum is very light and easy to use around the house without tiring me or hurting my back pushing it around (goodbye big, bulky vacuums). The vacuum was extremely easy to connect via Samsung Smart Things and to set up. I love the wifi connectivity to monitor my vacuum battery and bag life. It looks very stylish in my home as well.

Battery will last just a little over a year in which case Samsung won't even replace. The normal runtime for "mid" suction is only 20 minutes now after 18 months and the "jet" will only be 8 minutes. Horrible experience, buyer beware and get something better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am enjoying my new Bespoke AI Jet Ultra Vacuum. It came with the cleaning station and plenty of attachments. It works really well on my tile and short pile carpet using the AI feature to adjust the suction. The battery lasts a lot longer than the one on my old Stick 60. The filtration system seems to work really well, although it is a bit sensitive to needing cleaned after every other use. I just set my dustbin emptying to the LONG setting and run it twice. If it still says it needs clean I just delete the message, because it doesn't. I love the new LED light on the front of it, that my old jet stick did not have. It makes maneuvering underneath tables and chairs so much easier. I don't know if the charger does battery conditioning, so I do slide off the battery after it is charged up, just to keep it from shortening the life of it. Overall it is great at what it does and that is keeping your floors clean and your back happy! I just received my new Mop Head for it so I will need to give it a test spin as soon as I get the pads for it!

I can easily adjust it to different heights, use different attachments for various uses for my 4-bedroom house. Our kitchen is typically the most dirtiest in my house. With different level of suction power, it is really easy to clean the entire kitchen area with ease. I can pretty much clean anything in the house without running out of battery juice. It automatically empties the dust bin each time I keep it on the charging station which is very convenient. Unfraternally, this unit does not come with any storage bag for attachments. For this retail price, I would have expected to have a nice storage box or a bag for the attachments. Not a complain, just a minor personal gripe. The material for this unit seems to be high quality, so I'm hoping that it would last me a very long time. Time will tell. I'm very happy with this unit and I highly recommend this to anyone who is in the market for vacuum cleaner. A lovely and useful tool in my house, indeed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The main reason I wanted to test this vacuum was for the clean bin technology since I have Allergies. It has a nice sleek look. It is fairly easy to set up but I did receive an error while connecting it to the app which resolved upon the second try. I like that there is adjustable suction. Once connected to the app it switches to ai mode which adjusts suction as you clean. I used The vacuum on three surfaces hardwood carpet and tile. It performed well on all surfaces. The vacuum glides quite smoothly on the hardwood. The head rotates to fit into narrow spaces. The AI mode used a lower suction on the hardwood. It felt like very little suction, but it seems to effectively pick up the dust and crumbs I was able to see where cleaning was needed very easily due to the built-in light, I haven’t had a vacuum with a light like that before and it is a game changer. I would recommend this vacuum to somebody who is looking for a sturdy and high-quality and visually appealing vacuum with advanced features. I wish that there was a place for storage in the tower for the attachments.

The vacuum has a hard time recognizing my carpets on AI mode in particular. The beater bar doesn't always come on which is frustrating, and our old Dyson had no issues here. Other than that no complaints.

Suction power is really good. AI generates the speed quickly. Battery is long-lasting, at least for now. However, it is really hard to buy official Samsung vacuum parts in Canada, which is a big minus.

I needed to adult but not in a boring way so, “Okay, time to be a responsible adult with clean floors.” What I didn’t expect was to be emotionally attached to a stick vacuum. Excited to vacuum. Wondering what else I could vacuum. Can I take it outside? (spoiler: I did). I vacuum the car, the outside rug, the shed (just dry vacuuming not wet). Because..the suction on this thing is no joke. Pet hair, crumbs, mysterious dust from who-knows-where... gone. Spider webs. Gone. Spiders…gone.. Ants. Gone. It adjusts itself automatically depending on the floor, which makes me feel like it gets me. I didn’t even know I needed that in my life, but now I can’t go back. Battery life is crazy long — I vacuumed my whole house and the aforementioned outside areas and it was still going. And the clean station? Game-changer. It empties itself without that gross dust cloud in your face. Bottom line: I never thought vacuuming would be the highlight of my day, but this thing makes me weirdly happy. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who wants clean floors and excitement from their appliances.
