Utter rubbish, do not waste your time or money on this product, within 4 weeks of purchasing this bespoke £899 vacuum cleaner the main suction pipe does not extend, so it is broke. Samsung offer 100 day peace of mind and 5 year guarantee, but will not replace the pipe, complete waste of money.

There is another review on here about the quality of the build of this vacuum and I can back this up. I ordered this wanting a change from Dyson. I was initially happily but surprised to get this £1200 vacuum at an amazing offer of £580 but when I realised the quality of the machine drop in price was no surprise. A bit like the other review but for me it was the head that just snaps repeatedly in two, this in just 24 hours of receiving the vacuum. I contacted customer services again used to Dyson who would just replace the part but Samsung can't do that you have to send the whole thing back and wait 10 to 15 days for a replacement, very green as I imagine my original order will just get dumped! I decided to return it, get a refund and return to Dyson for a quality build. For a Samsung Bespoke item I don't think the build is bespoke although the idea is great. Hope Dyson invent a self emptying stick hoover soon and this will see the back shelf!

Assembling the vacuum cleaner was straightforward and easy. Including a second battery emerged as an ingenious feature, enabling an uninterrupted cleaning spree throughout the household without frequent recharging pauses. The integration with SmartThings opened a window to invaluable insights, granting access to energy consumption data and maintenance status updates. This contributed to a deeper understanding of the vacuum cleaner's energy usage and associated costs. The vacuum cleaner is light weight and easy to manoeuvre. Its AI power sets it apart from other vacuum cleaners, as you can change its cleaning power and functions. The LED lights on the brush helps cleaning as it enhance and illuminates rubbish that would have either be missed. The cleaning station even though nice and can be set up anywhere comes across bulky and a wall mount would have been nice. The tool station is an unnecessary addition to a beautiful vacuum. Lastly the vacuum is very expensive compared to others on the market and might not fit into people on a tight budget. Nevertheless, it readily earns a warm recommendation from me to friends and family members seeking a top-tier cleaning solution that marries sleek and smart with function.

Like a few others on the reviews - after less than 6 months the head popped off. Managed to get it back in but then after two weeks it popped out again. Messaged Samsung and they basically said that I had mistreated it and wanted me to buy a replacement. I've hardly used it. Seem to me to be a design flaw as I cant work out what is causing it to pop out. Be warned if buying this - it wont last if you actually use it. Considering the price, I will in the future look elsewhere. Disappointed in the product, but more disappointed in how Samsung has handled this.

After having this hoover for a year the head attachment for the carpet broke. Previously I had used dyson hoovers but thought a £1000 hoover I would get that extra quality and customer service! I was wrong. Dyson deemed this as cosmetic damage. This meant that they would not replace the part resulting in an extra £120 purchase. The customer service was terrible and they didn't want to take accountability. All I would say is stay clear of this company and stick to a business that values its customers rather than calling them a lier.

Samsung won't accept my honest critical review. I will be so surprised if they allow it. I took delivery of this today. It was originally going to be a 5 star review.... So why the sudden drop? I unboxed and used it to clean my house. It went great. Battery was not even fully charged, yet I completed the floor cleaning and all the surfaces in my bedrooms + some communal surfaces like the couch in the living room and the table in the dining room. I did the floor in the laundry/pantry area, the lino in the bathroom, the porcelain floor in the kitchen, the laminate floor in the dining and theater (+ shaggy rug in the theater), low pile carpet in the staiwell, and hard wood upstairs in the bedrooms. The AI kicked in and changed the suction automatically adapting to the different floors. I was honestly so impressed, because I had been using a Dyson cordless (2022 model) and it was not impressive at all. It needed to be on Max power for any reasonable cleaning... but then the battery only lasted about 10-15 minutes and it expelled so much hot air I always felt hot after a cleaning session with that Dyson. This one? It would suck Max power when it needed, and never once it made me feel hot because of expelling hot motor air. I was also gobsmacked by the efficiency of the clean station. It sucked the entire contents of the canister into the hygienic bag and I didn't need to touch it once during the process. I put it on the dock, it charged and emptied itself, ready for the next clean. During usage it was light (I'm 6ft tall and have strong arms). I felt it was a breeze to clean, and while the Dyson made me sneeze every time, this one didn't. Emptying the Dyson would cause me to sneeze badly for at least half an hour, eyes itching. I have severe allergies. This vacuum did not cause these issues. So impressed I was, I showed it to my mother. But that's when things went downhill. Now, it was fully charged... so it should work effortlessly. But the AI was no longer changing speed and suction power automatically. It's as if it was stuck on Medium speed despite the little screen on it saying AI. It kept saying "adapting to current environment" but would not change! The rollers in the motorized head were spinning... The LED light was showing dust on the floor... it was working as expected until I pulled it back while vacuuming the shaggy rug and the whole handle broke in half!!!!!!!!!!!! It's a two-part handle with a wire running through it. It simple snapped in two! I could put it back together, but the build quality is clearly not good for something that's £1,199. I tried to unplug, remove the battery, press and hold power and all the other buttons to see if it would "reset", I even tried to run it upside down in case it was a clog... nope, it was sucking fine. The AI is not so smart after all. That's on the 2nd use. And the vac was not abused, was not misused, was not dropped, was not anything that's not allowed per the manual - which yes, I have read. I am just unhappy, because Samsung initially delayed my delivery, and now I have an apparently shoddily-built vacuum that costs more than some people's cars. Absolutely unacceptable. Trust me, I could see the way it is built when the telescopic handle came apart. This is going to be the exact same in your vacuum, it is not a factory fault, it is a bad design. They need to fix the design of the telescopic handle to remove the flexing and offer a free replacement. I bought this because it would assist me in cleaning different areas more easily, as I am high but the cleaner is shorter, we could adapt it to each person and not feel back pain. But do not extend it fully. It will simply flex a lot, and probably will come apart line mine did! You can push it back in, sure... but should you have to face your brand new over £1k vacuum breaking in half in front of you on the day you took delivery? I bet you don't want that. Samsung representatives have my email, and they have my consent to get in touch with me. I would feel offended being asked to contact customer service if they see this review and have the opportunity to make the contact themselves. For this price, I think they need to up their service standards.

Not really impressed. It's okay but doesn't work well on my carpets. AI mode goes crazy can never make its mind up. Some days works fine some days doesn't so I stick to just manually selecting the power. I have had it for a week and the dustbin has started to fail. It doesn't suck all the dust out and it's not even that much dust. The inside filter does not spin and I even set the duration longer and it doesn't suck the dust in to the bin. I have had to manually empty it mant times. Really not worth the price imo and I will be returning.

It’s a great, powerful Hoover, however, there are some definite design flaws. it seems the hoover is only to be used on the smallest setting as when you extend the length of the hoover it becomes wobbly/ flimsy and sometimes will come away from the hoover, leaving it only connected by a wire. Being 6ft tall it’s not the easiest to use as I’m hoovering hunched over. If you extend it, it also doesn’t fit back onto the base, you have to reduce it back to its normal size. Not what you expect from a £1200 top of the range hoover. I have reported the issue and requested a replacement, but after 2 hours on the live chat, a failed collection, a further 40minute call and another failed collection, I’ll have to accept that I’ll have to put up with it!

Terrible build quality - don't waste your time with this vaccuum. Started out well, then the brush head breaks after only 5 months. Not covered under a warranty and Samsung want you to buy a new one. There's a reason Samsung aren't known for their vacuums, stick to the trusted brands and save yourself some money doing so.

I don’t really love anything and I’m afraid I regret trading in my previous vacuum cleaner. I’ve had this since it first arrived so plenty of time to use it. Within a few days the extendable wand trigger broke. I reported it and nothing. AI capability poor and majority time use manual. Hard floor head seems to trap dirt inside constantly. General floor cleaning head pick up poor eg just a bit of cotton thread doesn’t get picked up. Constantly having to clean mini filter, too many times. The auto empty works half the time , opening from extendable handle into chamber just too narrow, constantly clogs. Diagnostics keeps saying check head roller but there is nothing inside or clogging. It’s just not good enough for the price by a significant margin.

Loved this when I first got it. Looks great, but that's about it. The purple micro dust filter is so small, it needs cleaning literally every 2-3 days otherwise it blocks with dust and the AI function does not work. I managed to source a replacement filter online for over £22, as Samsung do not even stock them! Also the "empty drum" function after placing it back on the stand is a bit hit and miss. Sometimes it spins, sometimes not. All in all, a big disappointment, and a lot of money for gimmicks that don't work as they should.

What a disappointment and waste of money. I spend more time doing maintenance on it than I do vacuuming. I get error codes every time I dock it, despite following the manual and fully cleaning everything. I get 1 days use out of it and it’s complaining again. It’s not fit for purpose when the filters are out of action for 24 hours drying after each use! If you need to use it before you can wash it all again, the AI function won’t work. Contacted customer service to check as surely this isn’t right. They were unable to tell me, the only way is to send it away for an undetermined amount of time with no replacement in the meantime. For a “premium” product with a premium price tag, the service is shocking and definitely doesn’t compare to their competitors. When it does work, the AI feature is handy and the range of accessories is good. But edge suction is terrible and parts do feel like cheap plastic that could snap pretty easily.

I have been using this new vacuum cleaner now for about five weeks and I'm very impressed. I live alone with three semi long haired cats to clean up after, I have not had to remove any cat hair from the brush bar at all. The build quality is good and robust so I'm not understanding other reviews that show pictures of broken parts, I can only assume that excessive force is being used. I vacuum almost every day with three cats living indoors and still have not filled the first cleanstation dustbag, on inspection it does feel about 75% full. The pet tool performs well and also has not had to be cleaned from pet hair build up on its small brush bar. The only downside to this cleaner is the price, I feel that to make it better value the spray spinning sweeper and the Jet Tool Accessory Kit should be included for such an expensive cleaner.

I have been using this hoover since it came out so I consider I have been a good guinea pig now. It’s a brilliant concept, and I haven’t had as many of the build quality issues as others have reported. I have had the top of the head pop out once (see other people’s pictures below) but I managed to pop it back in without any fuss. The rest of the hoover seems well designed and sucks up much more than any Dyson I have tried. The clean station is really hygienic and I love it - gone are the days of getting dust in my face. Because the hoover is so good at sucking up dirt, the filter clogs very quickly. It can be washed but as others have described then it is out of action. I searched Samsung and Samsung spare parts and spoke to numerous customer advisers to try to buy another filter. I was even told at one point to buy the wrong part by a customer advisor as the parts are not clear which hoover they are for. Eventually I came across someone who seemed to know what they were talking about and the filter is Samsung: part number is DJ97-03298A Now I can swap filters and hoover constantly - sharing as I think it will help quite a few people.

The vacuum is powerful and easy to manoeuvre and the auto empty function is great for locking away dirt and dust. The AI feature does change the spin speed and suction power when moving from one surface to the next and the adjusted time left on the battery indicator is a nice touch. The unit seems sturdy and the attachment cradle keeps everything nice and tidy. I got it at a big discount and it was similar in price to other manufacturers so good value for me.

After a few uses, the mop part is broken, it cannot be replaced. After a half year, you have to buy another one, so that the installment payment has not expired. That's great. I'm not happy. I really wanted one. But already i think no more.

Great vacuum cleaner that surpasses our previous Dyson v11. Due to the poor battery, even on low power, we could barely get one floor cleaned. The Jet Ai lasts enough for the whole house and with 280 watts sucks everything in its path:). We have yet to use the spare battery provided. You have complete control from the product handle or use AI setting to automatically adjust for floor types or to adjust if solids are detected. And the best of all - the automatic emptying into a Hepa filtered base unit with charger. No more emptying into our bin with dust particles being spread everywhere. My wife loves it and we often haggle over whose turn it is to hoover - thanks Samsung. Only downside maybe unproven robustness of plastic head and base - hopefully last as long as dysons. The cost does seem high but your are paying for a superior product that1) cleans effortlessly, 2) lasts for "ages" on one charge, 3) discards it's own waste into a paper bag with no dust or spills 4) charges seemlessly and looks great as a Stand alone piece of gadgetory. The extra cost of the bags is worth it at around £19 for 5 that at current rate will last 6-8 months. We don't "hoover" anymore we "Jet" - 10/10

This is fine on hard flooring but not got a lot of suction when hoovering carpets, Just feels like it glides over them and Doesn’t actually suck up the pile. Wouldn’t recommend for carpets. It does have a Good battery length. I can do all downstairs inc stairs and upstairs and battery is still going.

We was looking for a decent cordless vacuum that we could use on a daily basis, keep a decent charge and one that would empty automatically with no messy dust clouds around the bin - and the AI Jet Ultra excels at them all! We mainly use the multi-surface head as we have a mixture of carpet and hard floors and having previously used our old vacuum, the Jet Ultra had a full bin after cleaning 1 room. We was amazed at what it was picking up and also a little disgusted that our old vacuum was doing such a poor job! The suction when using the tools is the best we have experienced and we have mainly stuck with a well known bag-less brand before but this has opened our eyes. The main multi-surface head has a strip of led lights that we find very useful, especially on hard floors and under the couch. The AI features could do with a bit of tweaking - we do find that when running it in 'AI' mode it can lag when switching between the different surfaces. So we normally tend to put it on 'Medium' mode. We hardly need to use the 'Jet' mode as we find the standard 'Med' mode perfect for daily use. This mode is also relatively quiet for the power which we could not believe. It also connects up to 'SmartThings' and you can view your usage. One useful feature that you can select is if you also own a Galaxy phone and receive a call/message, the Jet will stop and display it on it's screen! Quite handy. One thing to note - we have not needed to use the extra battery as of yet, however having it is a massive plus compared to other brands who demand more money for spare ones. The major bonus for us is the auto emptying feature of the charging base. Having to simply place the Jet onto the base and it automatically sucks empty the bin and runs a diagnosis each time is simply amazing. No messy dust clouds and no prodding at the fluff balls in the bin. The base is not bag-less and requires bags which do come with the Jet with 1 preinstalled. This was one factor that actually sealed the deal for us because it is so much easier to empty a full bag than having to empty a large container which could still lead to the dreaded dust clouds. Yes you need to purchase bags, however they are very good value and keeps everything clean and tidy around the base! All in all, if you are thinking about getting one of these they are definitely worth it!

Outstanding Quality and performance. The quality of manufacture is clear to see. Compared to my previous Dyson this Samsung is several steps ahead. Whilst its mainly plastic all the components are substantial , the tools slot together seamlessly into the main unit. They stay solidly in place, they release with a rocker switch. The selectable power is very easy to use. The ability to empty the unit into a closed bag as well is excellent. No more clouds of dirt and dust billowing up when emptying unlike others. Two batteries are standard and that's how it should be with any of these battery operated vacuums. Easy to select power levels as well which do alter to the environment very well. The unit is light enough to hold upwards for above head cleaning so that's a big bonus as well. It comes with a tool holder as well which is neat and easy to use and carry. Overall this is much better than the rest by a significant margin.

Have been a user of Dyson for many years. This year thought will make the switch and could not have been happier. Such a great design with the all in one clean station as it removes the task of emptying the hoover - it's all kept in a nice little bag to empty when filled. I love placing the hoover onto the station and watch it clean itself and start spinning - a clean and empty dustbin each time before its next use.

The suction power has been great, the design is fantastic (fabulous to use), a game changer in terms of performance and we have loved our short time with this. Sadly we have had to return after three weeks as the AI just stopped working. Was sporadic from week 2 then simply will not change from anything else than a lower suction. Currently awaiting a replacement from Samsung. This has been a bit of a faff with varying long chats with clearly an overseas support team. We want to persevere with the product as there’s much to like about it. Very simple to use, the cleaning station is ace and the accessories easy to change. We agree with a fellow reviewer in that the additional hard floor attachment seems hardly necessary. I tried to get the spinning sweeper as it looked a cool thing to use after seeing the advert, yet does not come with the box and Samsung say it’s not available to purchase for the AI model. When I asked why is it advertised, I could not get a straight answer. This all seems a bit weird to me. Finally the dust filter on the handset is quite small and after 2 weeks needed cleaning every other day and frankly this is annoying. It’s not hard to to (just shake and wipe clean) however to do it properly (wash it and let dry) it is time consuming and will be even more so when the UK winter kicks in. So we wait for the replacement, I’ve noticed only one other gripe about the AI not working so maybe we’ve been unlucky? We have said to each other is the the AI worth bothering with as you soon realise which setting is best for each room and can adjust manually. However this is one of the main USP’s for this device and to be honest, when you pay this price you feel that you shouldn’t just have to make do. We got a good trade in deal and price for this machine so if the new one comes back and the same problem occurs? We probably will come to a view and stick with it although if any other problem presents itself, we will send back, get refund and try elsewhere. Hopefully though this won’t be the case.

We bought it before Christmas when my wife complained that our conventional vacuum cleaner is now too heavy for her. I have only just started to use it because Christmas has been a busy time for us and we were daunted by its complexity and the apparent need to connect it to the internet to make it work. When satisfied that I have mastered it fully, I shall teach my wife to use it. I give it top marks for everything except for the instructions - an important aspect that is missing from your list of attributes for rating. The way it adapts suction flow and brush speed to the various floor surfaces is wonderful. And the use of a second vacuum device to empty the bin and compact and enclose the contents is a good step forward. So, instructions: It would be nice to have everything covered in one document. - The paper 'Vacuum cleaner' document gives a QR link to the online manual; the rest is safety information: a lot of 'Do not' but nothing about how to use the machine. - The paper 'USER GUIDE' goes straight into the advanced (AI and clean station) functions, but has no basic user information. - I downloaded the 56-page 'User manual' with yet more 'safety information' until page 13, where the useful stuff begins. I was hopeful when I reached page 24: Operation, but that section lasts only two pages, only one of which is relevant to my purchase. On page 26 it goes on to Maintenance which is a good section. The cleaning heads ('tools' or 'accessories') are really important parts of a cleaner, and there isn't enough basic information about them under 'Operation'. The uses of the pet tool, combination tool, flexible tool and crevice tool are pretty self evident. But I can't find any information to distinguish between the 'Active Dual Brush' and the 'Slim LED Brush+'. What are the significant differences between them please, and where should each be used? I would expect to find this information under 'Operation', if not earlier in the manual. Have I missed something? Instead I have had to experiment and explore. I was pleased by the way the active dual brush behaved so gently over our braided rug in AI mode. Please make use of this feedback. I've had 5 Dysons and none of them were/are as good as this beauty. All 5 Dysons have failed in some way, so it's like you're buying a new Dyson every 1 or 2 years, which is annoying. So I thought, that after a bit of research, I'd give the Samsung VS20A95943N Bespoke Jet Complete Extra Vacuum a go as I was a bit disappointed with Dysons. Well, the Samsung Bespoke IS FANTASTIC - it is much better than any of the Dysons. It's so well made, again seeming to be much better than the Dyson's build quality. The suction power IS AMAZING and my timber floors and carpets are all cleaner than ever. It is MUCH quieter than my Dysons have ever been. You get an extra battery so you can do your whole house without stopping for a recharge. It's so easy to empty as well with no mess. It's just brilliant- buy it, I don't think you'll regret it - I haven't. 👍😀🤩😍😎+ I got it on sale so it was much cheaper than the top of the range Dyson. Samsung make good stuff!
