To start using Galaxy Fit3, a Samsung account must be registered on your phone. Your health data on your Galaxy Fit3 will be safely transferred and stored in the Samsung Cloud connected to your account, so you can fully access and manage your data.

There are a number of factors that can effect the step count on your new Fit3. These include environmental, skin conditions, excess movement and vibration. You can test the step count performance by walking 50 continuous steps on a straight path. Walk as you would normally with your arms moving naturally by your side and without regularly lifting your arm to look at the watch display. The Fit3 can be used when you are swimming in a pool or the sea where the water level is not deep. The 10 minutes you are referring to is used as a test for the ATM rating of the watch, which is 5, meaning that it can be submerged in up to 50 m of fresh water. Overall, this device has an IP68 rating, meaning that it has been tested for up to 30 minutes in 1.5 m of fresh water to meet the rating requirements. We'd love to help you get the correct time on your Galaxy Fit3 after the clocks went forward, Brenda. It's likely that your phone or tablet hasn't pushed the new time to your watch, as your watch synchronises the time directly from your connected device. Firstly, you'll need to ensure your watch is connected to your phone or tablet. Check that Bluetooth is switched on for each device. You can restart your Fit3 by pressing and holding the Side key, and turning it back on after 30 seconds - this will refresh systems and connections. Check your connected device's date and time settings - if you have a Samsung Galaxy, you can do this by going to Settings > General Management > Date and time > Toggle 'Automatic date and time' off and then back on again. Ensure that 'Set time zone based on location' is enabled.
