Galaxy Watch - Find Your Watch's IMEI Number (SM-R800 & SM-R810)

If your watch has been repaired and no longer connects to your wireless service provider's network, you'll need to reactivate your watch. Contact your wireless service provider and provide the watch's IMEI number to continue using the watch on their network.

Available screens and settings may vary by provider, phone, or watch.

1 From the watch's Home screen, press the Power key.
2 Navigate to and touch Settings.
Display the IMEI Number 1
3 Navigate to and touch About watch.
Display the IMEI Number 2
4 Navigate to and touch Device.
Display the IMEI Number 3
5 Navigate to and touch IEMI to display your watch's IEMI number on your screen
Display the IMEI Number 4
6 Provide your wireless service provider the IMEI number for your watch.
