New Galaxy Smartphone Reservation FAQs
• Can I cancel my reservation, if I change my mind?
Yes, you can cancel your reservation until 4 July 2025, simply contact us. Please note that cancelling your reservation will render any discounts received invalid, and you will not be able to use them. Discount is valid from the start of pre-order until 24 July 2025, so if you change your mind and wish to cancel after 4 July 2025 simply do nothing and your reservation will be cancelled automatically on 30 July 2025. Once cancelled, a refund will be initiated, and you should receive your refund by 8 August 2025.
• Can I still cancel my order if I have used the discount I received for reserving the new Galaxy device?
Yes, you can cancel your order any time before it has been dispatched. To cancel your order, go to ‘My orders’ in your Samsung Account, and then simply select ‘Cancel order’ next to the relevant product, and follow the on-screen instructions. If your order has been dispatched, you cannot cancel your order, but you can still return your order, in accordance with our Returns Policy.

• Will I get my full refund if I return my product order?
Any refund for the reservation payment and the product pre-order will be subject to customers following our standard returns process.
• Will I receive an email confirming my reservation payment? And will I also receive an order confirmation email when I pre-order?
Yes, we will email you confirmation of your reservation payment. And then again, once you complete your pre-order. Please note that the order confirmation is acknowledgment that we have received your order and does not mean your order has been accepted by us. All orders are subject to our acceptance of your offer to buy the product(s) that you have ordered. If we have accepted your offer, we will send you an e-mail confirming that the product has been dispatched via a dispatch confirmation email. Please make sure customerservice@shopmail.samsung.com has been added to your safe list to ensure you receive all of our emails.
• How will I receive my discount?
Simply sign in to your Samsung Account when you pre-order the new Galaxy smartphone. Your reservation discount will show in your Samsung Account from 9 July 2025, and will be applied to your pre-order automatically.
• What happens after I’ve paid for my reserved new Galaxy device?
You will receive an order confirmation email as usual, which will include all details of your order and discounts applied. Please note that the order confirmation is acknowledgment that we have received your order and does not mean your order has been accepted by us. All orders are subject to our acceptance of your offer to buy the product(s) that you have ordered. If we have accepted your offer, we will send you an e-mail confirming that the product has been dispatched via a dispatch confirmation email.
• When will I be able to buy the new Galaxy smartphone after making the reservation payment?
We will email you to let you know when you can buy our new Galaxy device.
• Is my discount only valid on the new Galaxy device launching?
Yes, you can only use your discount on the new Galaxy devices that’s launching.
• When does my discount expire?
Your discount is only valid from the start of pre-order until 24 July 2025, so make sure you use your discount before it expires.
• What are the full terms and conditions for the reservation offer?
Pay £50 towards our new Galaxy devices by 4 July and get a free accessory in your basket when you pre-order*
*Pay £50 by 04.07.25 and get a free accessory when you pre-order our new Galaxy devices. Offer valid on pre-orders until 24.07.25 and if a purchase is not made, you will be refunded by 08.08.25 to your original payment method. • When will my discount be available in my Samsung Account?
Your reservation discount will show in your Samsung Account from the 9 July 2025 and will apply to your pre-order of our new Galaxy devices automatically as long as you are signed-in to your Samsung Account. Please note your discount is only valid until 23.59 on 24 July 2025.
• How can I pay for my reservation payment?
You can pay by debit card, credit card, or using PayPal. Finance options are not available for deposit payments, neither are Samsung Rewards points.
• When will I get my new Galaxy smartphone?
We’ll send you an email when your order has been dispatched, as usual. Our courier partners will also contact you by email and SMS, as detailed in our Shop FAQs.
