If you like the Galaxy series previously to this, this is a solid upgrade while being more of the same. The main issue I have is the functionality of the AI photo editing. You cannot turn it off without making photos look profoundly low quality. And what it does is just horrendous. Ruins perfectly good photos with obvious AI errors. The fact that an AI needs to process the photo and spit out a higher quality image instead of the camera tech just being better is so embarrassing for the company. I am not anti-AI but it feels impossible to use basic functions of this phone without it being forced on me in non-functioning ways, which I find unacceptable. If I had know the camera is impossible to use without AI, I wouldn't have bought. The errors are creepy in some cases as well. Battery life, UI, phone make, apps, everything else is solid and up to standard. Good that the updates are set for 7 years with this edition goingforward.

Seems fast to load and carry out any instructions whatever you are using on this mobile. Camera has been very good so far but need longer to appreciate some of the many features. Battery still monitoring due to difference to last mobile. Display is really good looking with many options to use. Performance is sleek and nice to use for all aspects on this mobile. I was looking for an upgrade to my S20 FE and the S25 FE caught my eye. The 7 years of software support and all the new AI swung it for me and WOW what an upgrade. I have been using it for the last 3 months and am very impressed. The new Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen is more vivid and vibrant. Subtle changes to the fonts and icons have given it a fresh and modern look over my S20. Circle search is fantastic as is the Photo Editing features. Smart Switch copied everything over, photos, files and apps. I have been using it for the last 3 months and am very impressed. I am looking forward to my new S32 FE LOL.

I bought this to upgrade from my A54, which has been a very good phone for what i needed it for. But, upgraded as id have from day one and needed better connectivity. I bought the 128GB version in White, colour doesn't matter as I use a case anyway. This phone was brilliant straight out of the box. Vibrant screen, audio quality and volume is far superior to the older phone, which surprised me, help guides are, well, very helpful. The transition of data was foolproof. Overall few days in and ive only partial charged it, so far. Well done, Samsung.

Nice phone, decent battery life, good to finally upgrade to 5g which has finally become more widely available in my area. Easy to use smartwatch to transfer my apps and data from my old S20FE whose battery was worn out. Found the AI settings very intrusive, have turned off the majority of AI actions as I don't find them beneficial. Screen is nice and bright but not hugely better than my old phone. Camera is good but the three camera lenses feel very exposed to potential accidental damage. Wish the SD card slot hadn't been binned by Samsung, just a way of forcing buyers to more expensive handset than the basic 128gb model. Good promotional incentives made me decide to go ahead with the purchase.

Samsung s25 fe steer clear!! Face recognition works well for a day or so and then suddenly 9 out of 10 times says face doesn't match.. contactless picks and chooses when it works or wants a verification but then doesn't open any screen or direct to verify. Reported to Samsung help team they advised factory restore to me to back up everything first don't worry don't need a laptop or pc it can be done on the cloud technician back it up to the cloud reset the phone and low and behold it's not restored and my notes are missing back up in a cloud somewhere that after try for 4 days consecutively on the phone to Samsung support and accessing my phone remotely they can't restore it not sure whats happened and cannot escalate further. Ohh and face recognition worked for a day properly now back to glitchibg. Should have stuck with iPhone and explains why this Samsung was on such a good deal at the time

You can restore your Samsung Cloud backups by going to Settings > Accounts and backup > Samsung Cloud > Restore data > Your S25 FE. For your Samsung Notes app, you'll need to ensure that your notes are synced with the cloud. You can do this by opening the Notes app > Tap the 3 lines on the left > Tap the Settings cog > Toggle on Sync with Samsung Cloud. Please note that this must be turned on for any backups to occur. For the Face recognition, please wipe your front camera lens with a soft, clean microfiber cloth and remove any obstructions which may be covering this area, such as a case or screen protector. Re-register your face by going to Settings > Lock screen and AOD > Screen lock and biometrics > Enter your PIN/password > Face recognition > Remove face data > Register face > Continue. If you struggle in low light conditions, within the Face recognition sub menu above, please Toggle Brighten the screen to On. This will temporarily light up the display to illuminate your face when using Face recognition. You can use the Add alternative appearance feature to register different looks such as glasses, hats, make-up, or facial hair. I bought this item on a pay later bases while I really needed a brand new phone, a phone with today's technology that would deliver a good performance. The performance of the phone is more that spectacular while being top class, and providing all the gadgets that I need to enjoy and make the most out of not just calls and messages, but videoing using the camera which is 8k and really helps to capture fantastic video footage as well as being able to take fantastic photos with great quality. This phone is very durable as it is long lasting in terms of battery life and does not necessarily require a cable to charge while working on wireless charging. The connectivity js very fast and supportive in many ways.

To be honest I have just upgraded from an A71 a great phone, the S25FE. Is a closed book literally I have no clue and the first time (i have numerous samsung products Brilliant) why do you not do a small intro manual you charge top wack fair enough, but for pity sake help ,I have a phone i do not understand and no advice available. You say to blow your horn ,Well don't just sit on your hands HELP.!

This was my first time buying a Samsung phone, and unfortunately, this model disappointed me and for the price you pay, I don’t think this is a good mobile phone. Pros: * Very good camera and video quality * Interesting AI tools Cons: * Battery performance is poor. I tried several ways to improve it, including changing the refresh rate and adjusting multiple system settings, but I felt the battery life is still not good. * Performance issues when opening apps; sometimes I had to close other apps, wait a few seconds before reopening them or even turn off WI-Fi to load them faster (this happened with different Wi-Fi networks). * GIFs on WhatsApp load very slowly, often requiring me to turn off Wi-Fi for faster loading (this happened with different Wi-Fi networks). I also tried different troubleshooting steps to reduce battery consumption, but none made a noticeable difference. Additionally, I found the return policy confusing. Returns are limited to 14 days, yet I was advised—both online and by a Samsung staff member—to use the phone for more than 3 or 4 weeks so the AI could learn my usage habits and optimize performance. This makes it difficult to properly evaluate the phone within the return window.

Bought to replace my old Samsung, it's much faster and was very easy to transfer everything from my old S9! Some great features probably more than I will ever use. Still getting used to the size of the phone it is a lot bigger/heavier than my S9 but the screen is so much better for streaming. The battery doesn't last as long but not really a problem for me, camera is excellent with some great features. All in all I am very pleased my purchase. Have been a lifelong iPhone user but disappointed with lack of innovation. I have switched to Samshng and am disappointed I did not do it sooner. I drcoder to get a "starter" phone (S25 FE) and have not been disappointed- although I do wish thr battery lasted longer. I just about get through 12 hours. Excited for the S26 n3xt year and will upgrade. The AI features have also blown me away. I still have a lot to learn though.

I bought this phone a week ago. It looks to be a good all rounder. The camera is versatile, the screen is clear and bright and there is plenty of internal storage. The battery lasts well over a day and the processor is capable of multi tasking. The phone is robust and well made. My only small reservation is the Samsung bloatware which can be a bit intrusive. But it's easy enough to suppress. A good reassuring device.

Brought this as an upgrade from s23. Having smart switch is a bonus as all swaps over from old phone, only thing they could improve on is how long it takes to swap over. First time having a bigger phone and I'm well happy. Screen refresh rate is great and smooth. Battery life is 100% better than the s23 depending on you're usage. Speaker is very clear but can seem quiet on times. So glad samsung have built in screen protectors but I still purchase my own to protect it. Having double the memory of my old phone is a godsend. Although I do wish they could put an sd card slot into phones. Phone is lighter than previous one too which is good but I keep checking pocket to make sure It's still there lol. Camera quality and use is best I've had. Front facing camera could be better in my opinion as selfies are my wife's favourite and my kids lol. Overall I'd recommend this model phone and Samsung quality as always

This replaces a previous Samsung Note phone. It was 6 years old so it had to be done. The battery is good too. This mobile looks to be good quality so I'm hoping it will last just as long! Stand out feature is the quality of the display. I did look at the more expensive versions of the Galaxy, but i am very happy that this has everything I need.

Got this s25 FE to replace my previous samsung that no longer support android 10. I'm pleased with my purchase and waiting for the free bundle to arrive, meanwhile I have to use the phone carefully as I don't yet have a cover for it. Would be great if samsung speeds up and send the customers their free bundle quickly instead of 45 days wait.

Bought this for my wife 4 weeks ago, a fantastically performing phone with a long battery life.we recently went to Tenerife on holiday which tested its durability, and the camera is far better than her old phone. I had an S10 and upgraded, but the sound is very poor, I have gone through all the settings and everyone is stating they can't hear well on calls, sound distant. I need the volume full to hear people. I wouldn't buy this model again.

Tglhis s25fe is hopeless. Reason the apps often fail to load. Tried to get help from Samsung to no avail. Will rtn this phone shortly as it fails to work consistently. My old iPhone was way better

It is much more responsive than my old phone and camera and photo editing tools are great, but struggling to get Bluetooth to work, which is a real pain for my fitness and phone alerts.

I have got the s25 ultra, its absolutely amazing, honestly I was considering the 17pro max, pixel 10 pro xl, and the s25 ultra for over 3 months, and did lots of comparisons, all were good products, but by far the s25 ultra blows everything out of the water, its the king of all phones.
