We're sorry to see that you're having some issues with Face recognition on your S25 FE, Nikki, along with restoring your data. We'd love to help. You can restore your Samsung Cloud backups by going to Settings > Accounts and backup > Samsung Cloud > Restore data > Your S25 FE. For your Samsung Notes app, you'll need to ensure that your notes are synced with the cloud. You can do this by opening the Notes app > Tap the 3 lines on the left > Tap the Settings cog > Toggle on Sync with Samsung Cloud. Please note that this must be turned on for any backups to occur. For the Face recognition, please wipe your front camera lens with a soft, clean microfiber cloth and remove any obstructions which may be covering this area, such as a case or screen protector. Re-register your face by going to Settings > Lock screen and AOD > Screen lock and biometrics > Enter your PIN/password > Face recognition > Remove face data > Register face > Continue.
