1. Overview

What is Samsung Access?
Samsung Access is a new subscription program that gives you the ability to upgrade to the latest Samsung TV after 27 months with no feeΔ, so you’re always on the forefront of what’s new without being tied down.

Gain access to our latest products and the ultimate Samsung experience, complete with Samsung Care+ coverage and exclusive benefits with one streamlined monthly payment.  

What is included in Samsung Access?
Samsung Access for TV includes:

Where can I sign up for Samsung Access?
Go to this page on Samsung.com. Select your model and then check out. Upon checkout, if you do not already have an approved Samsung Financing account, you will be prompted to complete a Samsung Financing application. Δ

• How can I manage my subscription?
Login to your account on Samsung.com. From there you can perform actions such as upgrade and return or cancellation. Regarding payment transactions, you can check your TD Bank account online here to:
o       Pay your bill.
o       View account activity.
o       Check your balance.
 
What is Samsung Care+?
Samsung Care+ is automatically included with your Samsung Access subscription. Samsung Care+ provides 24/7 technical support. Answers to frequently asked questions can be found here.

How do I sign up for Samsung Care+?
Samsung Care+ is included with Samsung Access subscription so you will see it automatically in the cart. 

• Does Samsung Access work with any other promotions?
Samsung Access cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers. See the Terms & Conditions for more details.

2. Benefits

How do I access Showtime, Sling TV, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, YouTube Music Premium, YouTube Premium and YouTube TV?
You can decide on any one of these partner services (up to a $120 value) and will receive an activation code via email within 28 days after purchase. You will need to visit the partner site for the service you selected and apply the code emailed to you. The length of service for each subscription varies by provider. 

Can I access Youtube TV, YouTube Premium, YouTube Music, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, SHOWTIME®, and SlingTV on other TVs?
Yes, you will have a full personal subscription to the service of your choice so that you can stream on multiple devices (e.g., iOS, laptop, tablet, etc.). Note: If you share a TV with someone else, you will only have access to the service you are signed up for when you are logged into your service account.

• Where do I go for Youtube TV, YouTube Premium, YouTube Music, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, SHOWTIME®, or SlingTV support?

3. Payments and Financing

• Does Samsung Access require financing?
Yes, Samsung Access requires an approved application for Samsung Financing issued by TD Bank. See full Terms & Conditions for more information.

• Does Samsung Access affect my credit?
Applying for Samsung Financing issued by TD Bank will require a credit check, and your payment history will appear on your credit report.

• How do I know when my first payment is due?
A billing statement will be sent or made available to you after your first purchase using the Samsung Financing Account. For more information, please refer to the terms in your TD Bank credit agreement.
You can check your TD Bank account online here to:
o   Pay your bill.
o   View account activity.
o   Check your balance.

• What happens to my financing account when I upgrade or cancel?
Cancellation or upgrade of Samsung Access after 27 months or after having made payments equal to 75% of the Financed Amount will result in a credit applied to your Samsung Financing Account for the remaining TV balance (after return of your TV in good condition to Samsung).

When you upgrade or cancel after 15 days but between the 12- and 27-month upgrade/cancellation period, your financing account will reflect a fee that is 75% of the TV price minus the amount of the TV price already paid.

4. Requirements

What are the requirements to subscribe to Samsung Access?
Anyone with a Samsung Account can participate in Samsung Access after being approved for a Samsung Financing Account by TD Bank (our financing partner), subject to your available credit.

• What condition does my TV need to be in to ensure I can upgrade or cancel with no additional charge?
In order to receive the maximum Access Credit or Cancelation credit through Samsung Access, you must return your TV in like-new condition (small dents and scratches are OK), and you must include the remote, TV stand, and power cable that came with your TV.

5. Returns

What is the return policy for Samsung Access?
The normal Samsung.com return policy applies to Samsung Access. Returns must be made within 15 days of the TV delivery date in order to receive a full refund. Click here for more information.

After the normal Samsung return period, the Cancel and Upgrade policies are in effect. Note that all Cancel and Upgrade fee timelines start upon receiving your TV. 

• How do I return my TV?
You can return your Samsung Access TV just as you would any other product purchased through Samsung.com. Click here to log in to My Orders page and initiate a return. A return button is available next to your item below the TRACK ORDER button.

• What happens if I do not return my TV upon upgrade or cancellation?
If you do not return your TV for an upgrade and you do not cancel, you will not receive credit to your Samsung Financing Account. You will be responsible for paying the remaining monthly payments until the balance on your financing account is paid off. Make sure you enjoy the benefits of your available upgrades or return the TV if you chose to cancel. See full Terms & Conditions for more information.

6. Upgrades

What is the upgrade policy for Samsung Access?
Upgrade TVs every 27 months from the shipment date or pay 75% of the TV price minus the amount of the TV price already paid to upgrade between 12 and 27 months. You cannot upgrade before the 12-month mark.

When can I upgrade?
For TVs, upgrade without a fee every 27 months. Want to upgrade your TV sooner? Pay 75% of the TV price minus the amount of the TV price already paid to upgrade after 12 months.

How will you charge me for upgrades through Samsung Access?
You will only be charged 75% of the TV price (minus the amount of the TV price already paid) through your Samsung Financing Account if you choose to upgrade between 12 and 27 months from the original shipment date. Note: The upgrade fee must be paid on your next TD financing bill; it is not revolving and cannot be broken up into multiple payments.

How do I upgrade to a new TV?
You can upgrade to a new TV through Samsung Access by logging into your Samsung Account and selecting the eligible TV you want to upgrade.

Within forty-eight (48) hours after you request an upgrade, Samsung or its authorized representative will arrange to collect the TV from you. Samsung or its authorized representative will provide you with the label and shipping box upon pickup.

You will be required to upload a photograph of the TV before and after packing it into the shipping box provided to you. You must include the remote, stand and power cable that were included with your TV. All data, including all confidential and personal data, must be removed from your TV before returning it to Samsung.

Can I upgrade any Samsung TV?
Currently with Samsung Access, you can upgrade to the following eligible TVs:

7. Cancellations

What is the cancellation policy for Samsung Access?
You can cancel after 27 months for no fee or pay a fee of 75% of the TV price (minus the amount of the TV price already paid) to cancel between 12 and 27 months. This fee will be due on your next billing cycle after cancellation. See Terms & Conditions for more information.

What do I do with the TV after I cancel?
Upon cancellation, you will need to return your TV. Within forty-eight (48) hours after you cancel, Samsung or its authorized representative will arrange to collect the TV from you. Samsung or its authorized representative will provide you with the label and shipping box upon pickup.
You will be required to upload a photograph of the TV before and after packing it into the shipping box provided to you. You must include the remote, stand and power cable that were included with your TV.
All data, including all confidential and personal data, must be removed from your TV before returning it to Samsung.
Once you return your TV, Samsung or its authorized representatives must determine, in their sole judgment, that your TV is in “Satisfactory Condition,” meaning that it is in the same condition as when you signed up for Samsung Access, with reasonable wear and tear (e.g., minor scratches and dents are acceptable), and all TV accessories are included.

Note that you are unable to cancel prior to 12 months. You can cancel after 27 months with no cancellation fee. You will be charged 75% of the TV price (minus the amount of the TV price already paid) through your Samsung Financing Account if you cancel before the 27-month mark and the payment will be due on your next billing cycle to TD Bank. See the Terms & Conditions for more information on cancellations.

How do I cancel?
Cancel at any time by clicking here to log in to My Orders. Select the cancellation button and complete the prompted steps. You will need to return your TV for the cancellation to be complete.
Within forty-eight (48) hours after you cancel, Samsung or its authorized representative will arrange to collect the TV from you. Samsung or its authorized representative will provide you with the label and shipping box upon pickup.
Note that you are unable to cancel prior to 12 months. There is a charge equivalent to 75% of the TV price (minus the amount of the TV price already paid) if you cancel before 27 months.
