So, you got a brand new Galaxy phone and it's awesome. But what's not so awesome is missing all your old photos, videos, and contacts. Well, your worries are over because Samsung Smart Switch lets you seamlessly transfer all your content from your old phone to your new Galaxy phone. Smart Switch will transfer data from most Android or iOS phones, and even some older Windows and Blackberry devices. Follow the below guide to learn how to transfer your data wirelessly.

1 Launch Smart Switch on both your Galaxy devices

Latest Galaxy devices already have Smart Switch pre-installed however if you have uninstalled the app or if you are unable to locate the application within your apps tray, you can easily download from the Google PlayStore.

2 Allow the following Permissions
Allow permissions
3 On your Old Galaxy tap on Send data and select Receive data on your New Galaxy
Tap on send data on Old device then receive on newer galaxy
4 On the New Galaxy tap on Galaxy/Android
Tap on Galaxy/Android
5 Select Wireless on both Galaxy devices
Tap on Wireless
6 Allow both devices to locate and connect to each other

6 Tap on Allow on your Old Galaxy to establish the connection
Tap on Allow
7 On your New Galaxy select the data you would like to copy over then tap on Transfer to begin

8 Now just sit back and allow the devices to transfer the data from Old to New

9 Once the transfer is complete tap on the pop up messages on your Galaxy devices
Tap on popup buttons on Galaxy phones
