I have had this fridge just over two years and unfortunately I did not buy the extended warranty! Huge mistake, anyone thinking to purchase this fridge, please buy the extended warranty! I have had to call technicians out multiple times in the two years and again now the fan or condenser is spinning out of control. I have to switch the fridge off at night because it is that loud. I now need to pay for a technician to come out to take a look at what is happening with the fan! It looks great, I love the iPad feature but its internal build isn’t great! Surely at this price, it should not be giving me this much trouble so soon!

This fridge has has revolutionised our family kitchen experience. Through the many preloaded apps, such as YouTube, Spotify and whiteboard drawing, the kitchen has become a space for the whole family to enjoy. To say nothing it's quality as very reliable fridge. As a family that cooks many curries, the metal and twin cooling feature combined with the new additional cooling unit at the top of the fridge, not only ensures that the food is adequately cooled in time to not generate bacteria but also keeps the smells in confined to just the fridge. Thoroughly delighted with my purchase, couldn't recommend it enough.

Was a fan of Samsung products - got this to replace my 22yr old Samsung American unit - which had no signs of losing its capabilities (hence now working well at another good home!). I Love the integration with my Samsung phone (account and apps). But not impressed by a major failure within 6 months. Samsung support is via 3rd parties. No guarantee on the fix offered. I ignored the 'Which' consumer guide warning on this model, as I was too bedazzled by the gadgetry .......

La telecamera interna inquara un solo ripiano per cui non ha molto senso perchè lascia la maggio parte dell'interno senza visibilità. Poteva essere almeno direzionabili da remoto quel tanto da vedere tutto il frigorifero. Per il resto è facile la sua gestione e il monitor touch screnè abbastanza fluido. Ottimo prodotto

Loads of space, good firdge / freezer. I've added internal storage systems to separate food items - shelves are high so can be stacked, otherwise food kind of gets lost. Family hub, very useful but speakers are terrible if you plan to use for radio etc - which is a shame as would've been brilliant (unless there's a speaker setting I'm missing?), have reverted back to Amazon alexa

[Cet avis a été recueilli en réponse à une offre.] On a acheté ce Samsung Bespoke Family Hub il y a quelques semaines, et franchement, on est super contents. Déjà, la capacité de 614 litres est parfaite pour une famille (on est 5 à la maison), il y a largement de quoi ranger les courses pour toute la semaine sans devoir tout tasser. Le design est vraiment classe avec la finition platinum inox, il donne tout de suite un côté moderne à la cuisine. Et puis il est silencieux, on l’entend à peine, même dans une cuisine ouverte. Mais ce qui change vraiment tout, c’est l’écran connecté Family Hub. On s’en sert tous les jours : pour noter ce qu’il manque quand on finit quelque chose, consulter les recettes pendant qu’on cuisine, voir ce qu’il y a dans le frigo sans l’ouvrir (hyper pratique quand on est au magasin), ou même pour mettre un peu de musique pendant qu’on prépare à manger. Les enfants adorent aussi y mettre leurs dessins ou des photos, c’est devenu un vrai petit centre de vie dans la cuisine. Il y a aussi des fonctions un peu plus “techno” comme les suggestions de repas selon ce qu’il y a dans le frigo, ou la gestion automatique de la température, c’est assez bluffant. Le seul petit bémol, c’est la classe énergétique E, donc pas le plus économe sur ce point-là. Et bien sûr, c’est un investissement, mais on sent vraiment la qualité et les fonctionnalités sont au rendez-vous.

I thought my 13 Y/O AEG American style fridge freezer was great, but this...this trumps it!! Although the external dimensions are the same, I have much more internal capacity in both the fridge and freezer compartments. The internal layout in both compartments is better. It comes with a water/ice/ice crusher (awesome) dispenser which is neatly incorporated into the left door giving even more space for your frozen food. There is also an internal camera that shows you what is inside without opening the doors! Cooling is achieved through a new high performance and energy efficient AI Inverter Compressor with a 20 year warranty! This with the twin & metal cooling technology keeps the fridge and freezer at a constant temperature. The magic though is in the large touch-screen integrated into the right door. Using Samsung's "Smarter Things" app. the fridge is easy to set up. One of the cool things I like is that you can just talk to the interface through Bixby to open the fridge doors! Great if your hands are full! The doors are also opened by moving your hand across the door sensors. no need to put your greasy fingers on the doors at all! I've set up the weather and shopping list and paired my mobile phone and the TV. I play my Spotify music through it when I'm cooking or listen to live TV audio. There's so much more that it can do and I will look at this in the coming days. I haven't worked out yet how it does my cooking!🤣

Our fridge-freezers have been intelligently designed to maximise the available interior space, so that you can comfortably pack more into it than the exterior would suggest. The addition of the water and ice dispenser does not diminish the capacity any, and adds an extra way for anyone in the household to get instant refreshment. Even though the doors open with no effort, you won't even need to do that to do a stock check thanks to the camera. The Twin Cooling System ensures that a constant temperature is maintained throughout, so that everything stays fresher for longer. It's fantastic to see that you're loving the Family Hub screen and what it offers once connected to the SmartThings app. You'll be able to more effectively manage your weekly shop, or keep entertained while you work away in the kitchen. ^DB at Samsung Support

[Ta recenzja została użyta jako cześć kampanii promocyjnej.] Lodówkę użytkuję jako następcę dwóch poprzednich Samsungów Side-by-side, pierwszy (15-letni) model przestał mrozić zamrażarkę, stąd wymiana, drugi (7-letni) wylądował w garażu, a nowy (którego dotyczy opinia) zastąpił poprzednika w kuchni. PLUSY - front nie jest ze szkła i łatwiej utrzymać go w czystości. Bardzo szybko można miękką szmatką usunąć odciski palców. Lodówka jest bardzo cicha, praktycznie niesłyszalna. Lód produkuje dość szybko. Schładza się w kilkadziesiąt minut (pusta, od temperatury otoczenia do zadanych wartości w zamrażarce i chłodziarce). Jest pojemna, a półki w końcu nie mają plastikowych listew na końcach, tylko metalowe. Przetrwają dłużej. Ekran multimedialny robi wrażenie, podgląd zawartości bez otwierania (przez kamerę) spełnia swoje zadanie; co więcej - byłem dziś w sklepie spożywczym i zajrzałem do lodówki przez aplikację, żeby sprawdzić, czy mam śmietanę - to jest akurat super opcja dla "roztargnionych". Można słuchać muzyki na kilku platformach streamingowych, duży plus. Jakość dźwięku pozytywnie zaskakuje, w końcu to lodówka, a nie zestaw Hi-Fi. MINUSY - jest jeden, technicznie nie przewidziano, że puszczę muzykę z YouTube i w tym samym czasie smartfon będzie połączony z lodówką przez Bluetooth. Jedno nie blokuje drugiego i miałem przez chwilę kakofonię, bo jednocześnie odtwarzana była muzyka z obu źródeł na raz, to spore niedopatrzenie. #PromocjaSamsungUrzadzeniaAGD #OpiniaZaCashbackwPromocji
