What is Samsung Rewards?
Samsung Rewards is a loyalty programme where customers earn points whenever they make a purchase on Samsung.com, or through the Samsung Shop App.
As soon as you join, you'll enjoy free delivery and a range of other exclusive benefits. But the more you spend, the more you will be rewarded.
There are 3 levels of Samsung Rewards - Blue, Gold, and Platinum. The higher the level you are, the more points you will earn on every purchase.
Everyone starts off as a Blue Rewards Member, but if you spend £1,000 or more within 24 months, you will be upgraded to a Gold Rewards Member. Spend £3,000 or more in a 24-month period and you'll become a Platinum Rewards Member.
How do I register for Samsung Rewards?
If you set up a Samsung Account after 5 July 2023, you have been automatically registered for Samsung Rewards.
This means that there's nothing you need to do!
If you set up your Samsung Account before 5 July 2023, you need to opt in to joining Samsung Rewards. This can either be done when you check out on samsung.com, or at samsung.com/uk/rewards, or via your Samsung Members area - simply accept the new Special Terms to register.

What does my insurance cover me for?
All policies provide accidental damage coverage. If your device is accidentally damaged, we'll either repair or replace it. Accidental damage refers to where the device fails to function correctly or safely as the result of an incident that has happened by accident. For example, it is dropped, something is dropped on it or liquid spilled onto it. Where you have taken the option for additional theft coverage, your device will be replaced in the event it has been stolen. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for further detail.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. We also offer monthly finance from Samsung Finance, PayPal Credit, and Klarna.

Do you offer a next day delivery service?
Next day delivery is available for all mobile products (smartphones, tablets, wearables, and computing), as long as the order is placed by 7pm. Where the next day is a Sunday, your order must be placed by 1pm on the Saturday for next day delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer next day delivery for TVs, Home Appliances, or any large and/or heavy items (over 135kg) that will require more than one person to deliver. We also cannot offer next day delivery to addresses in Scotland, Northern Ireland or the Isle of Man. Delivery times may vary on Bank Holidays or in cases of unexpected severe weather.
Can I request a specific date or time slot for my delivery to arrive?
You cannot request a specific time, but you can request a specific day and cut-off time in the checkout.
All Samsung products come with a manufacturer's warranty. Please visit this link to confirm the length of your warranty. The manufacturer’s warranty provided with Samsung products varies depending on the product. Information regarding the Samsung warranty can be found in the box for the Samsung product. Alternatively, please visit the warranty page. for more information about the warranty on your device. Please note, you will need your proof of purchase/delivery invoice for future reference and in order to make a claim under the manufacturer’s warranty. The manufacturer’s warranty does not affect your rights under your purchase contract with us or your statutory.
What devices can I trade in?
You can trade in phones, tablets, and wearables from various brands, if you’re purchasing a new Galaxy device. However, if you’re trading in for Samsung Credits, only Galaxy devices are accepted at this time.

8. Only available at Samsung.com. Customers must apply Trade Up discount on product page, before checking out. Recycled products are non-returnable and have zero value. You must fully uninstall (including disconnecting and draining of water, or wiping all data, as applicable) your appliance, laptop, monitor, or television, and make sure it is ready for collection at the same time we deliver your new product. We reserve the right to refuse the delivery if you fail to do so. You will be required to pay a surcharge equal to the amount of the discount you received, if you do not recycle or have your product ready for recycling. Offer cannot be combined with multi-buy promotions for Home Appliances. Each household may only recycle one of each type of product and will receive only one Trade Up discount for each product type recycled. The Trade Up discount is an incentive to recycle it is not a Trade In value for the recycled product.
