It works and looks good. However I don't like the very reflective screen. It can be difficult to see the screen clearly when outside.

I bought this phone on a whim since it was on a heavy discount for a student day thing I attended, never regretted buying it since cause it's amazing, it fits in my small barnicals pockets, fits in bags easier, and makes a nice slap sound when it closes. I've dropped it about a hundred times with the year I've had it and it's perfectly fine. Like it's fallen out of my hands, off tables, on the pavements, barely a scratch and has thankfully not broke on me. Also barely notice the crease on my screen, it's like barely there in my opinion, I only notice it when the screens black and I see the reflection looking funny. I ALSO GOT CORAL RED AND ITS BEAUTIFUL, thought it was pink till I was corrected on the colour 😭😭😭. But legit I like the colour it matches a bunch of these cute phone cases I got off AliExpress. It does overheat quite a bit and burn to hold when I'm playing larger games like mlbb especially during the heat wave when I barley had anything to cool it down and drains battery faster than when I use other apps, though it is expected since it's a large game. I also do find it frustrating that I can't do a screen shot normally anymore, it was one of the big features that kinda wazzed me off when I switched but I got used to using the ai thingy for screenshots now.

Phone is not fit for purpose had phone for 11 months and in 4 months the screen has gone twice.and as samsung dont cover the screen on waranty is a bit crap as they charge £199 a time to repair as i thought it would of been covered from the 1st time repaired.once it comes back will be taken back to o2 to exchange phone for a less faultless phone as my friend had same issue with the fold.going to steer clear of samsung from now on as unhelpful and just want to take money off you.🤬

I loved my flip until this morning! What I don't love about my Galaxy flip now is the new One UI version, which I put on this morning. This upgrade has made it almost impossible to use. I just installed it and there was no warning that it would make everything look different and make it very difficult to navigate from one page back to the alien home page. The phone icon isn't even on the front page any more and I am frustrated to tears. I have had many Samsung phones over the years but I have never been this annoyed with one yet. I am looking at ways to restore the old look as this is just horrible

Was very good phone until latest update that was released on 5th of July, after update cover screen widgets disappeared , what make it now to regular phone and no need to spend extra money as you will need flip phone open to see ur notifications

i had the new flip 7 for just under 2 weeks i took it back to Vodafone as i was not getting any connection they told me that where the sim goes in this was damaged and that did not have any in stock to replace so i had to cancel my new contract and set up another and went back to iPhone i would have kept with the flip if they could have exchanged for a new one but they didn’t have any in Shame great phone

The new phone might be ok, but it's really impacted by the poor trade in experience. Apparently my old phone wasn’t considered to be in good enough condition, so they cut the trade-in value by two thirds, which felt pretty unreasonable. So I brought the phone back instead, but when it was returned, the trade-in company had effectively bricked it. A vile experence which means I will never buy a samsung again.

I didnt love anything about it, only had it a week and the screen went black on it couldnt get a replacement as the shop said id dropped it( which i did not ). And its going to cost me £400+ for a screen NOT PLEASED

I bought a FLIP 7 only 8 months ago and the camera/video only works intermittantly due to an with the 'motherboard'! Im a professional music so have 139 GBs of recordings, photos and videos which I need to "back up" This is very inconvenient and Im very dissapointed

I liked the colour, design and how it appears, on the otherside, it feels flimsy, i have S21 ultra which feels much better than this flip, photos are not that great, camera is below average, considering to return this flip.

The Camera uses the same high quality 50MP main sensor found in the S25. I love my flip however, less than a year screen was showing darker on half of the phone. The use of the phone was the same which is good but nothing else very special than the other version. New version is not clearly demonstrated and regular updates not showing what is new. I love the flip because is easy fitting in my pocket and bag but not is more quality if that make sense because the continuous bend makes it loose it quality. Picked up the Flip 7. I came from a foldable but the tablet type. Decide to go smaller as I was never using the tablet side of the past foldable and was using mainly the front screen. The Flip 7 ticked all the boxes for me. Battery is great..Small in pocket and light for this type of phone and am now using this foldable open. The cover screen is so more useful with the good lock app added and we have the now added Dex feature.Their are better cameras on flag ships but the camera on this phone do the job and produce good photos and videos. Also if you have AR/XR glasses this phone has direct port output C. So you can use your glasses with them. Screen brightness is good can see well in sunlight. Recommended. Flip 7 Blue 512gb.

Bought as a replacement for my Z Flip 5, who's inside screen became unresponsive and made the switch to a new phone very difficult. Especially when that new phone, a Z Flip 7 FE was faulty straight out of the box. Everything worked except it would not see the sim card so no calls or data. Had to go back to Samsung for waaarranty repair, have now been without a decent handset for 10 days and the repair hasn't started yet.

I’ve always been an IPhone person, but I decided to give Samsung a go as the camera quality was on point!! However it was a bad decision as 7mths in the phone fell (even though it was in a case) the screen went blank. The phone won’t even turn on!! I am requesting a full refund, compensation, and the trade‑in value of my old phone due to the persistent faults with Samsung Z Flip 7 and multiple service failures. The trade‑in process was mishandled, the phone developed overheating and shutdown faults, repair arrangements were mismanaged, the SIM card was lost during repair, and the device remains faulty. Samsung has not met its obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and I am rejecting the device. I require resolution within 14 days or I will escalate the matter.

Had problems with transferring data from old phone to new. The e sim was no good. Had to have 3 sim cards before phone would work. All good now and z flip works well looks nice 👌

First if all the best aspect about the Flip7 is it’s form factor. This is the first flip I bought so I can’t compare it with previous gens, but you barely see the middle dent and it’s light and compact. The only thing is that when unfolded, it is long, thin, and the weight is mostly at the top so it feels tiring holding it for too long without trying to slip; the weight feels unevenly distributed. That is one thing I’ve come to appreciate about slab phones ever since holding the Flip7. Otherwise it is fast, has a good screen, and it fun to use. However, cons of this phone (as someone who previously used Samsung/android until 2017): - android interface for some apps still feels outdated. On first Whatsapp install I ended up with a very 2013 look, but I had to uninstall it to get the updated version. - sometimes it feels like Samsung can’t decide whether it wants to use it’s native system/apps or use g00gle ones. - regarding apps, WHY do I have to download apps for very specific things? (Camera RAW for in-camera app advanced settings, or when it asked me to download an extra app to be able to log in my work emails on outlook). - it gets HOT on some applications. Like uncomfortably to the point I thought it was either going to blow up or melt. I know this isn’t a gaming phone but it’s 2026, processors should be able to handle the load with adequate cooling. It runs Genshin Impact ok, there is some lag but the initial graphics were horrible. I only need to play a quick 15 mins on workdays and it struggles to do that. - the cameras are abysmal. I have a IP11 that I have been using since 2020 and the Flip7 cameras are only marginally better (zoom in only). That is a 6 year old phone. Otherwise the image quality is blurry, washed out and the zoom out is grainy. Also why do I have to manually select 12mp or 50mp depending on if Im zooming or not? The phone boasts so much AI but it can’t even automatically select its best mode when taking images? - the battery charges fast but also depletes fast. - too much AI. I wanted to love it, it was supposed to be my big upgrade after 6 years but I was let down and decided to return it. Samsung please fix these issues for the next flip! I really want to make it my next device otherwise…

I don't think it'll last the 3 year contract, it all feels very flimsy, it only charges to 89% as well no matter how long it's been on charge.

It's only my third Flip - Flip! I've had the 3 and 5. Both of they're screens packed in. Expensive to repair, so now it's the 7fe. Bought from a well known company. They have a choice of returns, used etc. Just drilling my flip 5's case the camera's are bigger on the 7. You'll need a case because it's slippery on a surface. You think they'd put a case in the box, for the price. It's a bit cheap of Samsung, but they all do it. I was told by a phone salesman that the screen has a life span of a certain amount of open/close cycles. Shame because it's getting expensive! Hope the screen last's a bit longer on the 7fe. Don't bother buying a screen protector either, hard to fit because of uneven screen. I had phone shop's not wanting to do it. Great phone though.

Used the phone for 6 days, and i was VERY careful. But on the 7th day the hinge started creaking everytime id open or close the phone. It was a shame cuz i reallt liked the phone but had to return it.

Aside from being the coolest looking phone out there! I love the size. The portability - slips straight into a back pocket. Slips easily into small handbags (very important on a night out!) I love the small profile that it folds into. It fits into any pocket when folded with little chance of getting damaged like open phones. Along with the high specification that I expect from all of my Samsung phones, this is the best yet.

I love everything about samsung phones, and won't use anything else. Upgraded from my flip 6 to 7. Initial delivery had a small defect on the screen protector, so a replacement was arranged. This one was fine. All works as expected. Just looking forward to my free gift and some cashback as part of the promotions. I never buy from anyone other than samsung directly now. Amazing deals, meaning with trade in and nhs discount, im only paying 30/month for 12 months for a new flip and a watch 7, with an additional £75 back on top. When i bought my flip 6 there was a similar deal with a gifted chrome book. You don't get that kind of service and cost effectiveness from the Fruit folk 🍏 😆

It has been a long time since I bought myself a top end mobile. The fact that the Flip is supported for 6 years made my decision. I must say that I am glad I have. Nothing the screen cracked after two weeks. Despite it being insured and replaced I am currently using my old phone as I don't trust the new one to work at all. Wish id never even seen a galaxy 7.

I've only had the phone for a couple of weeks, but so far I've only experimented with it, trying out saving tiles on the front screen and moving them around. The size is great,as sometimes with a normal large phone when carried in jeans pocket, bending down becomes awkward. Great phone.

I have been a loyal Samsung customer for over 10 years and have owned multiple premium devices, including Flip and Fold models. Unfortunately, my experience with the Galaxy Z Flip 7 has been extremely disappointing. After just three months of normal use, the inner screen started flickering. I took the device to an authorised Samsung service centre expecting a warranty repair. Instead, my claim was rejected due to a minor cosmetic scratch, which has absolutely no relation to an internal screen defect. It is unacceptable for a premium device to develop such a serious issue so quickly, and even more disappointing that Samsung would deny warranty support based on a cosmetic mark. This feels unfair and does not reflect the quality or customer care Samsung promotes. I expected better from Samsung, especially as a long-term customer. I hope Samsung UK reviews cases like this more fairly and stands behind its premium products.

I love the look, feel and the convenience of my flip. I know there has been a lot of discussion on the chip, but i have had no issues, and i have found the phone a joy to use. We have 3 flips in the family, my wife and daughter have a z flip 6 each, and i have a 7. My son who games a lot, has the S24 Ultra for the power. However, all 3 flip users are very happy. I use my flip to process the raw files from my fuji camera, using both Lightroom and the ai features in Ui8. No issues, no crashes and works a treat. I am a total convert to the Flip world.

My phone’s screen suddenly broke without any apparent reason, while it was simply kept in my pocket. This happened just over one month after purchase, meaning Samsung would not offer a refund or replacement—only a repair. The timing could not have been worse. The broken screen completely ruined my Christmas period, as I was away and unable to contact family and friends. I also could not use my phone for business purposes, banking applications, or essential daily tasks, which caused significant disruption. This phone was an upgrade from the Samsung Flip 6, which had numerous issues including constant screen problems, apps freezing, and severe battery overheating, especially when connected to a car via cable or wireless charging. I was explicitly assured by a Samsung representative that these issues had been fully resolved in the Samsung Flip 7, and that I would not need to worry anymore. Unfortunately, just a month later, I experienced the same problems again—screen failure and overheating. When I requested to return the phone or exchange it for a non-foldable model, I was told this was impossible as the device was just a few days over one month old. This felt completely unreasonable, especially as a long-term, loyal Samsung customer who owns many Samsung mobile and home devices and has trusted the brand for years for its reliability and quality. Regrettably, that trust has significantly diminished with the Samsung Flip series. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering a Samsung Flip device to think carefully before purchasing.However, the recurring product issues and rigid policies have left me extremely disappointed with Samsung overall.

Only had flip 7 for 6months on the wide screen of camera 1x getting white vertical lines since not used camera for while unaware when happened so its very delicate -not like my samsung ultra s24ultra never had issues its under warranty free but if found it my fault hence by being dropped/knocked then I have to pay but I've not done that -not happy at all even on google lens when viewing a item has same thing white vertical lines will now.need to buy another phone will go back to the new samsung 26ultra coming out soon

Had my flip z 7 since July been very happy with it, it's been amazing, I did have a flip 5 it used to get hot and the bezel came off, but up to now the flip z 7 is far better and doesn't get hot am impressed 😁

Used the phone over the weekend and then took back to shop. Couldn’t use it. Then told I couldn’t take it back. No 14 day cooling off. Never shop at Samsung again

This Phone broke after an update phone gets very hot cracked on the fold, and this was after 3 months. Samsung didn't want to know very poor service didn't help wouldn't t cover under warranty. after doing research this is a common fault but they choose to ignore it and the customers that buy it stay away from this phone better with iPhone or even Nokia

I have got the s25 ultra, its absolutely amazing, honestly I was considering the 17pro max, pixel 10 pro xl, and the s25 ultra for over 3 months, and did lots of comparisons, all were good products, but by far the s25 ultra blows everything out of the water, its the king of all phones.
