Can I pay for gifts using finance?Yes, all of our finance options are available as usual during our holiday period. All finance is offered subject to status.

Can I return or exchange items bought on Samsung.com?Yes, items can be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Returns Policy. Any mobile product bought between 5 November and 23 December 2025 can be returned for an exchange or refund until 10 January 2026. The product must be in ‘as new’ condition, with all accessories and any free of charge items you received included. Products that are returned damaged will not be accepted, unless you reported them as having arrived damaged or the product is faulty.

Is next day delivery available?Next day delivery is available for all mobile products (smartphones, tablets, wearables, and computing), as long as the order is placed by 7pm. Where the next day is a Sunday, your order must be placed by 1pm on the Saturday for next day delivery.
Orders of mobile products for next day delivery to more remote parts of Scotland must be placed by 3.30pm. You can confirm whether this applies to your postcode when you enter it at checkout.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer next day delivery for TV orders using our wall mount installation service, or for heavy items (over 135kg). We also cannot offer next day delivery for larger items (e.g. Home Appliances, TVs etc.) to addresses in Scotland, Northern Ireland or the Isle of Man. Delivery times may vary on Bank Holidays or in cases of unexpected severe weather. -

Can I place my order online and then collect my item(s) in-store?We offer collection in-store, but this option is only available for smaller items. Large appliances, TVs and Soundbars are not currently available for collection. You can pick up your online order at our Samsung KX store , from our Selfridges or Harrods concessions, or from a Samsung Experience store. To collect your order in person, simply select one of the collection points when you are placing your order online.

Can you buy a Samsung voucher?At the moment we don’t offer Samsung Gift Vouchers. However, we have some great products ready to buy right now on Samsung.com at the best prices.

Do Samsung offer gift-wrapping?We do not currently offer a gift-wrapping service.
