This has been the WORST buying experience I’ve ever had. My first unit had loud drilling noises, and Samsung replaced it with a scratched product. When I returned it, they sent me ANOTHER scratched unit. Clearly, they’re pushing out refurbished garbage instead of brand-new products. I’ve now gone over a month without a vacuum cleaner because every replacement takes 1-2 weeks, only to arrive damaged. Absolutely unacceptable. Don’t be fooled with the replacement policy. You will NOT get a new item, just excuses and damaged replacements. Samsung’s “service” is a joke. Order history: 1. Order ending in 0149 – drilling noises, returned 2. Order ending in 4205 – scratched replacement, returned 3. Order ending in 4205 – scratched replacement again, still unresolved

Had this product for 2.5 years, broke twice. Second time the motor burnt out while using the jet mode. Returned but it was out of warrenty and they wanted an additional £144.44 with no gurantee that would fix the issue. After contacted samsung I was offered 20% off a new full priced vacuum. After spend such a large amount of money I would of expected it to last a lot longer. Wont be wasting my money again.

I was super fed up from carrying my heavy vacuum around the house and it wasn't convenient having a wire to trip me up too. I was worried going from corded to cordless would mean a lower quality clean. How wrong was I!! I had vacuumed the day before this arrived, and the amount of debris the Samsung Jet picked up from my carpets was astounding! Very lightweight, easy to swap in accessories to use on my stairs, bed, sofa and even my car. The battery life was really good and best of all? The self cleaning! Wow It also looks great. This product is a game changer for me.

At first I was unsure this would be a good replacement for my present handheld. But after the first use I was overwhelmed how great it is. It is so light and picks up brilliantly. Love the idea that it cleans itself at the end of each use. Did not know it took paper bags but it’s an excellent idea as no messing about emptying and disposing of the dirt. Slightly annoying that the full manual is online but once set up it is so easy to use. I highly recommend this machine. Yes it’s expensive but taking everything into consideration it is definitely worth it.

The Bespoke Jet AI Lite Pro is hands down one of the most impressive vacuum cleaners I’ve ever owned. I love how lightweight it is and its really powerful considering its the lite version. Its made cleaning the house much easier and (nearly) enjoyable. The 280W suction power is brilliant, it tackles everything from fine dust to larger debris, even on thick carpets. I know 'AI' is used a lot in all electrical devices now, but the AI tech in this really works, intelligently adjusting suction based on floor type, so you always get the best cleaning without wasting your battery. I love how lightweight and easy to manoeuvre it is, it feels comfortable and hassle-free, overall I love this machine and the fact it empties is brilliant!

My honest verdict is that the pick up is pretty disappointing. It’s very wrist tiring because the top is heavier than the bottom making the attachment difficult (jumpy) and clumsy to manoeuvre . The main attachment for carpets and hard floors is actually small/short which means you don’t get the surface area cover so hoovering an area takes a significantly longer time . Obviously changing between attachments takes time (other non cordless hoovers have designed this in) so you don’t always bother and then you just end up bashing wall/ skirting board edged especially as the head is so light. There’s a delay changing between from hard to carpet surfaces which is okay. General pickup is pretty poor when looking at the dog hairs on things like the front door mat or kitchen patio doors mat where my dogs tend to lie. Overall, for the user, it is a clumsy hoover that’s time consuming to use.

The Vacuum features a HexaJet Motor, which generates power of up to 280W with multi-cyclonic air filtration for better performance on all floors. This is then coupled with our AI Optimum Tech, and AI cleaning mode 2.0, which classifies different environment types, such as different carpet types, by sensing the brush load and vacuuming air pressure, this automatically adjusts the suction power and brush speed. The Jet Lite Pro is a cordless Vacuum Cleaner, that can last up to 120 minutes on a full charge. Fantastic VC with excellent all around performance, long lasting battery, lightweight and added bonus of the clean station. I am able to clean multiple rooms under one charge on maximum setting, which was a barrier in our previous vacuum. Easy to use, great added tools available for various needs.

I recently purchased the Samsung Bespoke 280W Jet Lite, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! From the moment I unboxed it, I was impressed with its sleek and modern design, which fits perfectly with my home decor. The lightweight design makes it incredibly easy to maneuver around furniture and carry up and down stairs. Despite its light weight, the suction power is outstanding. It effortlessly picks up dust, dirt, and pet hair from my hardwood floors and carpets.
