Nice tablet but cannot add an Esim, does not have sim manager in settings, even after contacting Samsung and they say it is Esim compatible. Or am I missing something.

This is a good budget tablet. My primary reason for choosing the A11+ 5g is its 7 year OS & security updates and also because of my familiarity with the Samsung ecosystem as I already own a Samsung mobile 'phone and smartwatch. Other aspects that I like are that it's plenty fast for me, it has a reasonable 6Gb of RAM & 128Gb of onboard storage is more than adequate for my purposes. You can even extend onboard storage with an appropriate SD card if you like. It comes with a very capable processor on board so occasional gamers can game more than adequately just as long as they don't try cranking settings up too much. Disappointments are the screen, colours are muted as you'd expect. There's no biometrics recognition other than 2D facial camera recognition which really isn't ideal in this day & age. There's no POGO connectors for integrated cover/keyboard (but you can connect a BT keyboard no problem). Despite what another review comment from Samsung says below, mine also does not support e-SIM. Even using a UK mobile operator that supports e-SIM, there's no SIM manager option in settings and most importantly, the device is not listed on Samsung's own website as supporting e-SIM. Are any of the disappointments game changers? No, not for me. I'm not a games player, I wouldn't stream a movie on it and if I wanted a productivity-focused tablet, I'd have bought something else. But for 7 years of OS & security support, there's really nothing else out there on the market that even comes close to this if you're looking for a budget tablet.

Regarding the display, the colours may appear slightly more muted than those on a phone, but the screen is designed to remain bright and clear even in direct sunlight, making it ideal for everyday browsing, reading and watching videos outdoors. If you'd like a more vibrant look, you can enable Vivid mode and adjust the brightness by going to Settings > Display. When it comes to security, face recognition using the front camera offers a quick and convenient way to unlock your tablet, while a PIN or pattern remains available whenever you prefer an additional layer of security. As you mentioned, although this model doesn't support eSIM or SIM Manager, you can still take advantage of its Nano SIM support. For connectivity, with both Wi-Fi and 5G support you're covered whether you're at home or on the go. The combination of 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, expandable via microSD, also provides an excellent balance for everyday browsing, streaming and casual gaming without paying for more than you need.
